I needed empty gallon jugs for milk. Not only did they have them but were super nice and let me know that I could use my farm tax card to purchase them. Thanks for being so helpful! Best price for the jugs I found too.

I saw an ad that said rent a cooler and water for 7.50 a month. I was NEVER told at the end of then1 year contract I wouldnt own. I decided to cancel my cooler because someone gave me one for free. I was then told it is just a rental and i have to pay 75 to cancel my contract. I told them I still wanted there water service but since then I have never saw or heard from again. They scam people by thinking your gonna own the cooler but you never do. The man said he knows he told me that but let me tell you something when it comes to my money I know what you did or didnt tell me. I would not recommend this place to an anyone. I went back to Callihan and no problems.

Closed the office down because of the icy road conditions. If it’s not safe for your front office workers to drive to and from work, how is it safe to have your delivery drivers still on the road? Called the office to ask a question got a voicemail that they were closed, but the ozarka trucks are still out making deliveries.

These guys dont get it. We have told them OVER and OVER not to leave full bottles u til we tell you to and you still lack customer communication. The cooler is the loudest thing known to man. DO NOT trust them or use them

Good delivery service but they never provide an itemized bill. Probably not an issue for people who use a steady amount of water but it is annoying not knowing what you are paying for. Sometimes they will hit you with a special delivery fee ($20) if your driver misses your route. They wont tell you this and it wont show on the bill because its not itemized.

Have had this service since moving into our home in October 2009!Recently had to have dispenser replaced and was told they provide 5 gallon water jug racks for free.Called 3 times and after being told that a rack would be in our next delivery I finally called a 4th time. This time Im told that its $70 for residential customers and free for businesses! 🤨To say the least theres no loyalty bonuses with this company! Time to find an alternative!$70 for a water jug rack! They’re a nice water delivery company, customer service staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend them the prices are good. But if you live in apartments be careful cause there might people do something to your water or take it might be a safer if you have a house

Called this place and katie and maresha are rude and unprofessional ppl. I called to set up new service they took payment over the phone and set a delivery with address given. They never showed up and after weeks finally get told they dont service my area. This place is a joke avoid and go elsewhere!!!

We use Eureka at the office and their service has exceeded all expectations. On time delivery. Quick response to special requests. Easy billing. Professional. (Thank you, Victor!) So, now I have Eureka in my home and I’m just as thrilled. It took me a minute to get the hang of the delivery schedule (I was making it harder than it is) and Larry took all the time to help me via email and on the phone. These folks know how to (1) run a business and (2) hire great employees.

Ozarka water is high quality h2o but just make sure that you ozarka water made in Oklahoma and not Texas they dont taste the same. Once you haveozarka you wont want any other water

Ozarka is a very good brand of bottled water. You see it in supermarkets all over Oklahoma Texas and other areas. It has a great taste and is bought by the bottle hundreds and thousands of times each day. If youre looking for a place to buy good bottled water, you cant do better than Ozarka.

Be careful of this company. I was a customer for more than a decade and when we closed our OKC office they waited six months to send a bill for $46.01. I called to see what it was for and they couldn’t tell me, but told me I had to pay it or they would send me to collection for more than $200 for equipment that we did return. When I stated all equipment was returned and that they couldn’t tell me to pay the $46.01 or they would charge me more than $200, they said they could and would. Two days later I received a collection letter for more than $200. I’m looking for other businesses who had this same experience for possible joint legal action. If you use this company make sure you get pictures of them taking your equipment. They are not reputable.

I got the 2 distilled 5 gallon water to drink. I also got six 1gallon for cooking, I have to tell you, that is the most crisp, clear tasting water our family ( 2 adults/2 children) has ever had. It was a little bit different when we first drank it, because its so clean. We have went through both 5 gallon jugs in 10 days. Delivery is tommorow. What a difference. GOOD CHOICE FOR US. Had the service for many years and was happy. Decided to cancel after getting new driver that seemed to not want to ring the bell even if the door was open to let me know he was dropping off. Last driver was awesome always brought water into the house.Customer service is lacking and I guess you can get away with that if you are the only home delivery service in the area. When I called to cancel the rep did not tell me that it would be a fee. The rep also did not seem to care why I was canceling they could probably do a better job of trying to retain clients. Had another issue when my auto pay card expired, driver showed up and just said I cant give you any water because you didnt pay your bill which was pretty rude.Not sure if there was a management change recently but they use to be way more customer friendly.

Cancel my service 3 months ago When I cancel my service I was told that I owned the cooler now 3 months later Im getting a bill for the same cooler that I was told 3 to 4 times that I owned it the lady on the phone even double check With someone else to make sure that the cooler was owned by me so why would I get a bill for something I own and if I didnt own the cooler then why didnt they get the cooler when I cancelled my service

I called at 8am for our business account as we were completly bone dry and they said he would try to gert to us today but more likely tomorrow. He made it happen he was here today and not only today but before actually at 11am. I have used this company for several years now and the water is always picked up on time and the water tastes great.

Water tastes great-- it is expensive though. About $1.67/gallon. Had an.issue with driver not leaving the correct number of bottles-hopefully no problems on next delivery

They overcharge, and they keep bottle deposits. I am a single person I know I did not receive 200.00 worth of water in one month. How many bottles would that have been 28 five gallon bottles or something like that. I dont have room for 140+ gallons of water in my house. Tell someone to answer the phone in billing because I am trying to call. First time I have ever regretted automatic withdrawal.

Highway robbery, $14 deposit per bottle, and delivery man leaves me another water bottle when I did not leave a empty out and got charged for another bottle. I had 5 bottles and I was billed $78!

This bunnies is Terrible they rip people off I don’t know how many bills I didn’t realize they overcharged me on bottles that I didn’t even get a random machine over a year I am so glad to be leaving them
