First visit and spoiled. Your immediately greeted. What your in for is reviewed and then your off to the massage chairs. Offered an item for my a.c. but when I said no that was the end. No pressure at all. In and out in 45 minutes for a brake flush.

I waited to write this review to see if they would make good on their promise of our refund, but they have not as of 9/24/20. Took our car in March to be worked on and they did not inform us of the true problem, they did a quick fix and within 24hours our car was not running again. They charged us over $800 dollars, my husband went into talk to them and they offered to give us a $400 refund. Originally they told us it would be two weeks before we received the refund. The manager actually called and informed us that it would be a bit longer on the refund but not to worry. My husband has called multiple times to follow up on the refund and we kept getting excuses for a delay or told that it would be a couple weeks. I would have much rather them be honest and tell us exactly what the issue was, also the mechanic was completely unprofessional. The young mechanic try to put the blame on us, which I am confused as to how we would be blamed since we went for a car to be looked diagnosed and to be fixed. All we wanted was our car diagnosed and possibly fixed if possible. Instead we spent time have the car stalled, lost time at work, and spent money that did not need to be spent. If you want a service company to be honest, stand behind their work, be treated with respect, and do what they say Gold Key is NOT the place to use.On a side note, we had used them prior to this which is why we took our car there. Biggest mistake to ever walk through that door.

Goldkey was there when it counted and treated me with dignity and Honesty. I appreciate the clear communication in the process and them working to have me back in my vehicle and on the road right away. I found there waiting area to be comfortable, and even though I was there for a few hours, it was comfortable and as convenient as car trouble can be.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had Gold Key service my car for some routine maintenance. They are honest and their prices reasonable. I know it’s hard to find places to work on older cars, so I appreciate their service and honesty!

Pretty disappointed from my first visit. I walked in with over an hour left before they closed. The representative was friendly, but proceeded to inform me that there were two people in front of me and they would not be able to squeeze me in, even though I was willing to wait and enjoy their welcoming sitting area. I explained that this was the only day I would be able to get my oil changed, but they were not willing to accommodate.With all the marketing and great reviews that this company has I was very eager to try them out. As a company that prides themselves in going above and beyond on their customer service, its apparent that their workers are more concerned with closing time than appealing to their clientele.Although, Im not thrilled to have to wait another week for a simple oil change, I am willing to give them a second chance. If the service is better on my second visit next week I will update my review.UPDATE - Management has reached out showing that they truly care about their customers. They were very friendly and courteous about their willingness to make things right.After my second trip to Gold Key I am giving them 5 stars. They were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. The car was very clean after the oil change and they even reset my service light.I will definitely be back again!

This place is AWESOME! they have a mastermind tech in the back that can do it all, and he is very fast as well. Had my brothers car up there because no other shop to find out the issue. Was there for less then an HR and the tech found the issues and had work done and finished an hr later. They have nice chairs too

If you dont mind paying a bit more this is a good place. Clean, friendly atmosphere. They did tell me I had a small transmission leak. I took it to a transmission shop and they said their was no leak. Either way, quick, no hassle oil change.

We decided to take a chance and have our vehicle serviced somewhere other than Subaru. We scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change. Upon pickup the gentleman at the desk (Josh I think his name was) didn’t say hello, welcome, can I help you....nothing. After standing at the desk for a few seconds he finally said “gimmie a second”. We said “okay no problem” and stood there a little while longer. He finally stands up and says “I’ll get you back here” and proceeds to check us out at the back register. He obviously knew who we were because he didn’t ask our names. We paid and thought all is well, the guy had no customer service touch but oh well, it is what it is. The next day when my wife was on the way to take our kids to school every dash light came on so she pulled over and called me. I called Gold Key who told me to bring it back and they would take a look. We decided to take the car to Subaru instead who diagnosed and advised Gold Key had overfilled the oil by a quart and a half. My wife took the car back to Gold Key and told Josh what Subaru had said. He acted like she was crazy but said “we will look at it”. He pulled the car to the back and after a while brought the vehicle back around and told her he didn’t see any lights on but they my have overfilled by a half quart at most. Mr “lack of Customer Service” basically made my wife feel like he was calling her a liar. I mean who doesn’t want to waste half their day correcting something which should’ve been done right the first time???? Needless to say this will be the first and last time we take any of our vehicles to Gold Key. $44.00 and two wasted half days later we are back on the road.

I came in for a nail in my tire and they fixed it at no cost! Friendly staff and quality work! Highly recommend!

A bolt on the engine cover on my vehicle had come off and the engine cover was dragging the ground. I took it to Gold Key because they were the closest and open on Sundays. Not only did they check it out and bolt it back in place in less than an hour, but they didn’t charge me a cent. Very grateful for their customer service and sense of urgency during the holidays! I’ll be coming back here again.

Im always leery about car repairs centers. Alot of them get a bad reputation due to some of the shady ones out there. However my experience with Goldkey has been good thus far. Ive used them for diagnosing brake issues, to oil changes and have always been treated with respect and not like Im being ripped off. I understand that car servicing can be pricey (especially labor) but no one wants to feel as if they are being taken advantage of. That has not been the case here and hopefully they continue doing great work at a fair price.

They were very professional and very kind to me. GoldKey made every effort to make as comfortable as possible, fixed my and checked for any other issue. GoldKey will be my go to from now on!

Went in for an oil change, called ahead to see what is on tap, did a quick drop off and they didn’t have any problems. Conversated with Josh about the business and asked what if I want semi or full and pushed it up to the tech. Tech came out after a quick inspection to double check and the oil change was done under 15 minutes and only one guy was getting it all done. Great shop, great service and very fast. Will be returning very soon for more work to be done!

I brought my 2007 Ford Taurus in because the AC had stopped blowing. I didn’t have the time to diagnose this so i asked them to do it for me. Within the day, Adam, who may i say was a great help and excellent customer service rep, called to give me the news. It was going to cost almost $600 to replace the blower motor and resistor. This came as a shock and i asked them not to do the work. I went and picked up the car, paying the 125 for diagnosis, which is fair.This is where the 1 star review comes in. I work at Volvo, so naturally i Work with technicians. I went and asked one how hard it would be and how much it would cost me, he watched a video and said he would do it for $25 dollars. Turns out, on this car the blower motor is on the passenger side, under the dash, which just pulls off. From there you can take off, and remount the new one. About a 25 minute job. I am disappointed that gold key was going to charge that much for such a simple fix, and hope everyone double checks how hard a problem is to fix before giving them the ok.

Today I needed my 2011 Ford F-150 pickup serviced. I called the dealership to inquire as to if they could get me in. After being put on hold multiple times, I hung up and called Gold Key Service Center. I was greeted by a very friendly voice and was told they could get me right in. I immediately went to the shop and was amazed at what I saw. It was the nicest shop I have ever seen and talk about VIP service!! They greeted me on the drive and remembered that I had called. The repairs were made in the same day and my truck was ready before they said it would be. I will never go back to the dealership again. The service manager, Shawn, was outstanding to deal with and he made sure I understood all that was done in the service and that he was glad to have my business. Gold Key Service is absolute GOLD!

I had my oil changed here. The service was quick, and they have friendly staff. The waiting area was very comfortable, including massage chairs. They are open 7 days, and they will price match local shops.

As others have stated, the quality of the chairs is awesome! This isn’t the only upside to this place, there are many more. The sales person was friendly and nice, and wasn’t pushy. He gave me some helpful and honest advice about my car. Great place to go!

I brought my Toyota Tacoma to Gold Key to replace a leaking rear axle seal. They were very helpful and performed the service as promised. The repair failed a month later while the vehicle was in Arizona. Gold Key was willing to rectify the issue if the vehicle was in Oklahoma. After working with their Service Manager, Part Supply Manager and Warranty Company, I was finally reimbursed for the repair 3 months later. I would have given them 4 star review even with the issue if they rectified the issue sooner. Between going between Gold Key, the Part Distribution Guy and Pronto Warranty Claims, the entire ordeal was a hassle for a simple repair. I hope my situation is just an anomaly.

Went here today with my 2007 Volvo. Called ahead to confirm a free diagnostic computer test. Took the vehicle in and told them my concerns. Got a call about 30 minutes later from someone who said they would need to work further to diagnose the problem. I ask what the diagnostic test found and the guy said he did not do it because it would only give codes and he would not do anything further without me paying the $125. I ask what does the $125 cover and he said a diagnostic and time it takes to do the test. I told him I can go to auto zone and get it done for free. He then said that allows us to recoup money for time it takes tech to do a diagnostic. I went to auto zone and the guy put the machine on my car in the parking lot and then we went back in the store printing out all issues in less than 10minutes and the main issue was tuneup and ignition coils. They really give a bad impression but the awesome thing is you can always find a good place that won’t rip you off of your hard earned money because you don’t know.

Dropped my truck off for an alignment and they had it for almost three hours. Paid for the alignment and signed the paperwork. Upon looking through the paperwork the printout for the alignment was missing so I asked to receive a copy. After reviewing the alignment sheet it was clear they weren’t actually able to align the truck as all the specs were still off. They finally told me my truck was too large for the alignment rack after I questioned them. I don’t have a problem with that, if it’s too big, it is what it is. The problem I have is you had the truck for three hours and charged me for a service that you knew good and well you couldn’t do and never said a word until I asked for proof. Fortunately I know enough about an alignment for me to be able to call BS. I did get a refund, but I don’t appreciate the fact that you wasted my time.

10/10. This place is fantastic. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and kind. They went above and beyond to take care of my kid and me.After everything they washed my car and it looked great.

I went in for an oil change special and was met by friendly people and a very nice facility. The special came with a free inspection and tire rotation. During the inspection, they recommended an alignment and given the state of OKC roads and the vehicle is 1.5 years old, I consented. Then they found an acid leak in the battery, which is also only 1.5 years old, I was doubtful. The acid leak was confirmed, but is apparently an issue with the Nissan provided batteries. It doesnt need replacement -- yet; but, Ill need to keep an eye on it. Ive upgraded my opinion. Id also suggest a second opinion on any work recommended. A cause sheet was supposed to be provided for the alignment and was not, so I cant confirm whether it was needed.

Very friendly service staff, got me in right away and took care of all of my needs. Let me know about further future recommendations, and explained why they were necessary without any pressure. Will definitely come back again.

I understand trying to offer a full service and point out any real problems they may have noticed, but they’re definitely trying to take advantage of people here. I changed all my filters 4 months ago, and when I went in for an oil change, they decided to tell me how filthy my filters were and how I needed new ones (which they were trying to charge an outrageous price for in addition to later finding my filters to still look almost new). On top of all this, they didn’t put enough oil in my car in hopes it’d bring me back sooner I suppose. I definitely won’t be back.

These folks are my one stop for all my vehicle needs. They have gone above and beyond normal mechanic shops and have even given me a ride to my house to help me out. Currently they have gone to great lengths helping me get my tire pressure monitoring system working again after installing new tires and sensors on my car.

Worst experience ever. I wouldn’t get my oil changed here again if they paid me. I brought in my 2014 Audi, it took well over 2 hours when I was told 45 minutes, they under inflated my tires and didn’t know how to reset the maintenance due warning light in the computer. Then, I returned home to have the filter come unsealed and oil pour out all over my garage and driveway. They promised to refund my money and give me a $100 credit if I was to return. Two months have passed and I still haven’t been refunded or received the $100 gift card. I should have taken my car to the dealership, it would have been worth it to have things done right.
