Awesome customer service!! I bet I called them 20 times asking questions about the products they carry, or about proper procedures for applying. It doesnt matter who you talk to they are all very informative and happy to help. They made my choice between using a sealer or using an epoxy very easy. Its hard to find even decent customer service these days, but they excel and provide GREAT service.

Had no experience staining concrete but wanted to do the project myself. I was even given a cell number to call if I ran into trouble. I had to use the cell number. Even after hours customer service is outstanding. My floors look great!

We stopped in and chatted with one of the company reps about our project. She did a great job of explaining the procedure and gave us some hand out info that covered a great deal of what she had told us. We left with a couple of samples to test on our concrete and couldnt be happier with the whole experience. This is the place we will go for all our concrete needs.
