The main building is kinda tucked back away on NW 5th. You head East on 5th, coming from MacArthur, and itll be about 1/4mile East from MacArthur.

The pricing was very competitive and the staff was great. They helped in the color design of the floors, counter tops and backsplash. Highly recommend them.

Darla told me today that I can only request a quote in person. And I have to measure the counter tops myself. And then I have to put down a deposit.This is all before the company even comes over. I dont do business that way.

We used Northwest for a home we remodeled. We bought all our tile from them. We also bought quartz countertops and had them installed as well. Everything turned out beautiful but the thing that is more impressive is they stand behind their work. We did have a small issue with one of the installs and they came back and fixed it at no charge. Very impressed with the guys professionalism and attention to detail. They left our place cleaner than they found it! 😊 Great company to work with.

Couldnt get them to give me a estimate. Had to call about 20 times. Finally gave me another person to handle it. Got an estimate, then was told the amount was wrong. After 2 months of this. Went to classic tile and now have beautiful quartz counter tops and glass backsplash. Skip northwest tile and go to classic tile stone and marble.

This was the third job over 10 years that North West Building Supply has done for me. This time I never looked at another supplier for my granite. When friends are working on a project, I will always recommend North West. Appreciate them.

Everything happened on time and the installers were very good. We are pleased overall and have recommended you to others!

If you can avoid it, dont go to work for them. They are not a good employer, dont treat their emloyees well, and there is no room for advancement. Im not sure if the owner is a decent person or not, but if he is, he needs to get control of his supervisors because they are messed up.

Very insensitive company!!! Immoral business/legal practices. Be careful, they will take your home if they claim not to be paid by you or your contractor. They used the law to put a lien on a mans home, and then bought it. All over $2,500.Watch KOCOs story on contractors.I recommend not using them as a supplier.

I cant speak for their installation and services, but their selection and customer service was absolutely wonderful! If you are looking for granite countertops and have no idea what you want, or what backsplash you might like, or what flooring you want... go talk to Angela! She was AWESOME! She must have walked back and forth between the showroom and the granite out back 50 times, carrying samples of flooring and backsplash to the granite slab I wanted.

If youre thinking about another building material supplier, go ahead and use these guys...
