Very rude. Called to ask for pricing on a trailer hitch, he was rude throughout the whole conversation, then hung up on me. My husband tried calling to get better information than I could give and he did the same thing to my husband. I see that there’s other reviews about this same incident. He needs to be careful, he lost our business and it wasn’t even a bad price for the hitch.

I called and they had the parts and they installed it the very next day. Great job, good customer service. I recommend them.

They DO NOT give warranty on their work. If your trailer or hitch ends up in the same condition after a week or 2, you’ll have to pay them again to maybe fix it right the second time. Sometimes cheap prices don’t equal good workmanship. Be very careful with this place.

After UHaul put a sport hitch on my car and charged me $125.00 then told me that the loud and sometimes knocking sound was just a part of having a hitch on a small car, I was devastated I thought I was either going to ride around in my car sounding like it was falling apart or have to take it off.My Nissan dealer referred me to J & I Hitch.I talked to Eddie everyone there was so friendly he got me in and only took about 30 minutes, with a minimal charge, I had my car back. Uhaul referred me over here because they couldn’t get me a hitch. So glad they did! This place was so much better to deal with and prices were comparable to Uhaul. Definitely will be my first choice on my next vehicle for a hitch!

They were supposed to install a 7 pin travel trailer jack on our SUV. They cheated us. They installed a standard 4 wire thinking we wouldnt notice the first time we hooked up a trailer that required trailer brake? On top of that the wires are on the wrong pins. Morons!

Great service. Needed my 5th wheel hitch removed out of my old truck Camper World quoted me 400.00 went to J & I they looked at the hitch and it was 4 pins needed to be pulled and the hitch lifted out with a forklift and the 4 pucks popped out. It took less than 15 minutes and they only charged me 20.00. Big difference from camper world.Fair and honest.

I bought a top of the line ranch topper from these guys. I ordered it with a flip down sliding front window and the electronic lock package that works with the door unlock switch. The first one came in and didn’t fit correctly due to manufacturers defects. No big deal. I patiently waited for them to receive a replacement and finally had it installed 4 weeks after the first one. The replacement did not come with the sliding flip down front window and they had already sent back the defective topper so it couldn’t be transferred. I got the run around about how they would order it and get back to me. I have given up after numerous phone calls. It’s a year later and I still don’t have the sliding window and I’m out 150 dollars.

J & I Trailer Hitch not only installed my trailer brake control, they fixed faulty wiring connection to the trailer at no extra charge. The intermittent circuit fault was something that others had tried and failed to fix. I highly recommend J & I Trailer Hitch.

These guys are absolutely great. I came through town en route to Las Vegas with a trailer brake that wasnt working correctly. They were highly recommended by Lewis RV Center, as the guys at Lewis were helpful but couldnt fit me in that day (and we were continuing to Las Vegas the next day). I was able to stop in, explain the issue I was seeing, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes. The price they gave me for the repair was second-to-none. Thankful for J & I Trailer Hitch.

I have been doing business with JandI hitch since 2002 and Ive yet to have a negative experience with them they are fair honest and their pricing is far and away the best in the city and their service is excellent to say the least. Oh my goodness. This is a hidden gem of a business. Word of mouth led me to them and I need to spread the word. Im putting them on my Facebook page. I know nothing about this business except that I saw a man driving one of their trucks with a dog on the back. It was a flat bed truck, leaving the dog helplessly swaying back and forth with each turn. It was irresponsible, dangerous, and unforgivable.

Brought my truck in at 430 to have a trailer hitch welded on he told me hed call me at 6. Called me at 6 didnt charge me an arm and a leg. They were very friendly and courteous.
