Went here for the first time recently. Really great! The prices are very reasonable and we had a good time!
Nice candy and soda pop store various candy from different eras. Right next door is also a old school arcade .
Cute little candy shop.great prices. Great customer service, very helpful.
Tried to go here twice once with friends and once by myself. Both times the cashier was extremely rude and acted like they didnt want to answer my questions about different products they might have. On the second time I went with my friends they tried to short change us by ten dollars. Definitely wont be coming back. Edit. I think its funny that they respond to the comment saying that they dont have a person working there that matches the description in my comment when I didnt describe any individual person.
It was amazing 👏 ofcourse a little pricey but its Bricktown. My only complaint is that one of the staff members tried to take advantage of my child paying for their things as he turned the device around for a tip and my child felt very guilty and gave him a 5 dollar tip. Ofcourse I gave 5 dollars back to my kid but that was very unprofessional.
Fun place to get gelato you can’t find elsewhere. Those also have a ton of candy. Kids love it.
Really cool candy shop with an arcade. The coffee gelato is excellent and Melissa is wonderful!
The gelato ice cream is pretty good. The candy is just as good as any other place. Pretty expensive.
What an amazing place! They have such an awesome selection of candy and treats. Its nuts! They also have a spot to play checkers and find out who is the next King/Queen of checkers. There is also an additional area for sitting that has some vintage games. How cool is that?!
Some favorites and hard to find candies by the pound or half pound in bins, nostalgic old fashioned candies, and novelty items. We had a lot of fun in this little shop! They have sodas in the cooler too. And dried flavored crickets if youre into that. :) Definitely worth a stop to get yourself a little treat!
Interesting assortment of candies. Some ok’d and off the wall stuff you don’t see often.Cool arcade room with some older pinballs.
Watched a worker pick up candy from the floor and put it back in the bin it fell out of. Not wrapped candy just opened chocolate that Im sure now has hair and dirt on it
A very classic candy shop. First time I went there was about 30 minutes before closing but the lady in there was really nice. My friends and I got gelato and it was really good. They had a lot of candies I have never heard of before. They also had a small arcade which was a perfect combo. We didnt at the games but the gelato was great.
Melissa is awesome!! customer service skills on point!
Sweet girl working the counter. Nice selection of candy and cute shirts.
The young lady that attended us was very polite and did her job 👏 very well God bless
I thought it was neat that they had fried crickets with seasoning on it until I seen roaches crawling around
This place was the cutest. It had the vibe of a true vintage inspired candy shop, & they had SO many choices to choose from! My husband had a blast here, & the man ringing us out was very sweet and advised us of things to do around town since we were visiting, which was very helpful! My husband still wishes he got a shirt from there, but they didnt have his size, so hes very bummed about it haha
Very friendly place lots of variety of candy and they also have some arcade and pinball games there also.
Very impressive soda section. Candys seems so so. Lady there at the time was VERY nice and helpful.
Large selection of candies and specialty sodas. Plus gelato and a pinball arcade
They have everything from jelly beans and assorted gummies to candy bars from other countries and chocolate galore. They even sell multiple Harry Potter chocolates including the every flavor beans. Not to mention the wide selection they have of gelato and sorbeto. They make root beer floats and everyone Ive ever had is delicious. The staff is friendly, upbeat and always looking to help you have the best time in Bricktown. They have just about every soda you could want and multiple pinball machines and a multicade with all kinds of old school video games on it all for only a quarter a piece. They even sell sandwiches that come with a bag of chips and a soda pop of your choosing for only $7. That really helps me get through the day when I cant sit down and have lunch I can just fill out a sandwich card with my name on it and pick it up when Im ready.
Broken video games and roach infested stale candy
Roaches and old candy that never gets rotated apparently
Random candies and good variety flavors of ice cream.
Neat place to stop and get some candy, a soda, or some great gelato while walking around the bricktown canal. The people are great as well.
Very busy but friendly staff and fun atmosphere
The owner is nice and the selection of candy is fantastic!
Nice little local gem. Whenever I head to OKC, I end up bringing candy from here back to friends.
Way too pricey for gimmicky candy when you can just go to your local Walmart and get it much cheaper. Shop seems outdated and dusty- in major need of a renovation.
Great little place I stumbled upon. Gelato, old school candy, my hometown soda from 1,098 miles a way. And pinball. Next time I need more quarters.
Every kids dream store!
Touring Bricktown with family before Christmas and stopped in here after getting lunch. They have a great selection of candy, anything you could think of! I didnt realize till 20 min later that I had left my leftovers from Earls Rib Palace in the store! Sorry Bricktown Candy Co... Hope you enjoyed the smoked bologna 😆
A great variety of candy that can otherwise hard to find. However, we later realized most of what we bought was out of date. It was kind of a bummer. They were nice though!
Rude employees and roaches
Great owner and nice little retro arcade machines
Great stop for the kids as well as awesome candy and Gelato. Great owners as well.👍
One of a kind. Also, enjoyed playing some arcades while snacking on some candy.
Cool little candy store on the canal. It was kind of dirty though. But neat little store. Had some interesting candy. My daughter liked the suckers with bugs in them!! They have a nice little bottled soda selection too.
Very cool. But expensive
We have frequented this establishment since they opened their doors for business. Their selection of gelato is always yummy. They have a great choice of sodas in every flavor. It is a busy place especially before a Thunder game.
The best swiss chocolate gelato. Super fun time on the pinball machines
Really disappointed in the gelato, to be honest. It wasnt absolutely horrible tasting, but certainly not the quality and consistency I was expecting. Il Dolce in Norman is where excellent gelato can be found, and their elegant way of displaying it in the tins is a nice aesthetic bonus! (I live in Norman, and have been there several times). While the gelato at BCC was a letdown, the two ladies working there were very pleasant and seemed like they were happy to be working there. Next time my husband and I are in Bricktown, we may come back for regular candy, but I dont recommend this place if youre looking for delicious and creamy gelato; make the drive down to Norman instead!
Always love this place.
It was so cool and the gellato was amazing
Ice cream was good and so was the customer service.
Cool candies and flavored sodas. I had fun playing the retro pinball machines in the back!
Lots of soda and candy flavors. Not very clean
Didnt have the type of candy I was looking for. Customer service was okay. Prices were very high. Store seemed decently clean but was dimly lit and felt old. Very unimpressed. Could definitely use some updating/renovating if it wants to stay in business. Also, an inconvenient location that was hard to find unless u knew exactly what to do.
The Gelato was awesome and young lady working there was very friendly.
Building is under renovations. The store has a good selection of classic candy. Also has some retro pinball machines. Cute store to visit if you are walking around Bricktown.
Amazing along with staff
While walking through Bricktown we stopped at this candy store. While we were there we played checkers, ate maple bacon ice cream with big chunks of bacon through out, and picked out several bottled sodas. It was a cute little shop with many confectionery options to meet your sweet tooth needs! Its worth a stop. They also have 4 or 5 old time pin ball machines you can try your hand at.
Wonderful selection. It was really pricey.
It was a good experience, I had tried the root beer float and it was great! Nothing like a good old root beer float! And there is a good variety of Candys. And they have old classic video games, for a quarter...they also have Ice Cream!!! My friend tried the butterpecan gelato he said it was off the hook Amazing!!!
Tonight, Sunday, July 21, 2019, at 09:51, my family of 4 was refused service. The doors were propped wide open and as we walked up to the gelato counter, the employee told us they were closed. She was too busy talking to her 2 friends and did not want to wait on us. We were very disappointed and will not be returning. She should be relieved of her job for refusing business.August 4, 2019 3:08 PM I hope you look more closely that your employees follow policies. We ended up at Roxys Ice Cream Social the next evening. We never had this issue there and their ice cream is very delicious.
Pretty cool place, have a lot of stuff you wont find at a standard convenient store. Pretty wide soda selection also. Kind and interactive staff, didnt have what I was looking for but offered a recommendation. Give them a visit if youre in the area and need a sugar rush.
Great place awesome candy, a tiny bit pricey
Great place with classic and new candies of many kinds. Lots of cool things to check out and try.
Love the options!!!
Alot of there candy is marked up 3× prices else where but they do have a large selection to choice from. The best thing here I like is there sodas they carry the best variety for not having to drive all the way out to route 66.my wifes favorite thing is there gelotto i personally find it good but cant do how rich and creamy it is.
This place was great. Had an amazing time with my girlfriend here as tourists. Played some pinball and had some good gelato and soda from small pop companies. They had great selections of both, and the lady helping me was great at helping me make a selection.
The place looked dusty and somewhat dirty. There were no tongs or scoops to put bulk candy into the bags. Expensive for the type of candy sold there.
Fun place to visit. Be prepared to spend a lot if you take your kids with you. :-)
Great old fashioned candy collection 👌, and pinball machines. Remember candy from when you were a kid??? They probably have it!!! And wide assortment of gummies by the pound..oh and candy covered bugs!!
Was not as big as I thought it would be, however it had a large selection of nostalgic candies and sodas.
Not a bad place. Love the arcade machine. Sells Bawls Guarana. They have gelato too. Usually pretty warm inside. Candy is priced like gold. Come here for the experience.
I really love this place. Every time we go through Oklahoma we visit. They have a lot of variety and sale very intresting candy. Absolutely an amazing stop.
A neat candy collection. Its a small store with a very diverse collection of candy. Worth checking out.
Your typical candy store with a large variety to candies and sodas. The cost is on the high end, but almost everything in bricktown is. They have some really cool pinball machines here that you can play for only a quarter, so that part is a pretty good deal. Overall, not a bad place to go and spend a few bucks. Definitely worth stopping if you are already in bricktown
Nice, nostalgic place to visit. Clean and fun. Pinball machines, good ice cream, sodas in glass bottles, checkers...oh, and a LARGE variety of candy.
Really enjoyed the vintage pinball machines! Great selection of candy
Cute little store with nostalgic candy choices like candy cigarettes and bin candies. Offers interesting ice cream flavors like Green Tea. Prices are high and chocolate selection is disappointing. Not a gourmet candy shop. They also make huge, limited ingredient bath bombs and soaps.
Ack. This place was such a disappointment. It’s old but lacks charm since it’s kind of dirty feeling and is packed with typical candy—nothing special. The gelato looked like it was old too. Tasted it, and it was super frosty—not creamy at all. From the look of it to the taste, I cannot imagine it was made any time recently to our visit.Idk. This place could be great. It’s in a great spot. But it needs to be cleaned up and some actual specialty candy and chocolate needs to be added. At the prices they charge, I wouldn’t go back as it just wasn’t worth it.I will say the worker was very friendly and is the reason I upped my review to 2 stars instead of 1.
Good selection
If there is a vintage or unique candy I am looking for, I can usually find it here. Poprocks, zots, candy cigarettes, gummies of all shapes and varieties, gelato, and yummy sodas.
Great place. Good prices but curiously no fudge a great variety of gelato
Cool place! I have ALWAYS LOVED Bricktown!!!
Hadnt been here in a few years, but made it there today and it was wonderful. Always very friendly, and a great place to pick up a quick lunch. Theyve added several sandwich options since I was there last and also have taken over the Triple AAA soda brand which they are now producing in Oklahoma City again! For anyone that works around downtown and bricktown, you know that lunches get ridiculous eating out every day at $10-15 each lunch. This place, you can get a sandwich, chips, and a soda you wont find at the gas station for $7, or you can just get a sandwich for under $5.
Great selection of candy and soda
Cute vintage candy shop. Very pricey and a lot of the gummy candies we bought were stale. Great gelato selection.
Amazing selection of candy and in the heart of bricktown A MUST if you are in downtown!
Very good assortment of Candy. Very friendly staff.Bought too much, but very happy
Nothing wrong per se, but not as exciting as I had hoped. Commercial candies were available but nothing that was made on the premises. Prices were a little on the high side.
Get ready for a large variety of contemporary and vintage style candy and yummy gelato for whatever your sweet tooth may desire. And the quarter per play vintage pinball machines are a nostalgic throwback to the 60s and at lot of fun for all.
Ice cream was great, the person serving was very friendly, and the arcade was a lot of fun
Nice place but could use an update in the store and larger option of candy. I only go there for their salt water taffy.
We just left from the store with my 3 kids and my daughters friend. The minute we walked into the store until the minute we left the kid behind the register was talking on the phone or texting on his cellphone. I had To stand at the counter for a few minutes while he was on the laughing until he helped me get our gelato! Then the kids and I were sitting at the eating after only being there a few minutes and he came over to tell us to leave because he had to go to the bathroom and needed to lock the doors as he was talking on the phone laughing again obviously talking to a friend. We were very disappointed in our visit in such a cute store! 06/02/2018
Love the old school pinball machines, all in working order. Not bad candy selection as well.
There was nothing special. Would be nice if there were more local/Oklahoma items. So much hype only leads to let down expectations.
