I went in and asked for a quote on updating the head unit, all the speakers and adding a sub or two to my car. Although the owner seemed very nice he never followed up with me or contacted me with a quote. I went to intense car audio and they got me in to start working on my car the next day.

Great shop if you want someone that cuts corners, cant wire subs and tune a box properly. I was just being sold random stuff just to put $ in their pockets. Doors looked like someone tried cutting with their eyes closed, rear deck has 3 broken clips, missing bolt from rear seats, subs wired with improper gauge, tape barely holding twisted wire together, box too small and tuned to 44hz instead of 35. The day I got my car Bluetooth & usb didnt work. He blames it on Honda when it worked fine before. I had to tell him what the issue was by calling support for a device he installed. Needless to say.. my exp was very underwhelming. I spent multiple thousands to get a headache Im still trying to fix. This guys an idiot
