Great selection, great customer service. Our salesman, Tom, was great. No pressure, very knowledgeable and an overall excellent representative. We visited 5 other tile stores just down the street and this store was the only one that had anything close to what we wanted and was willing to send the sample boards home with us. We chose a 3x12 Emser tile. Highly recommended! Ask for Tomas Rahling.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. They explained how busy they were with installs and very clear about turnaround time expectations, which they met exactly on time. The installers did a great job and even suggested we remove the plastic sliders off our couch feet and replace with non-skid pads to help protect the floor. Would 100% recommend and will use again when we replace the carpet!

So far we just need a non skid pad for our rug, but Paul, Senior Salesman, was very helpful and when we called to ask questions he went above and beyond by sending pics and then talked us through what we needed. Theyve been there since 1976, and the prices are great. Highly recommend!

Took off work for a whole house carpet install. Installers show up after 3PM and say its too late - have to reschedule. Job was rescheduled for Saturday. They show up at 1145. Worked until 830PM and left without putting all of the furniture back. I paid extra for them to move furniture. I do not recommend this store.

My floors were destroyed by a flash flood. I went to several stores to look at luxury vinyl planks. I found what I liked at Budget Floors. I liked it so much that I kept looking at planks and picked it out 3 more times! I then started pricing it. Budget Floors was much cheaper than anywhere else for a very good product. I would recommend you NOT go shopping on an OU game day, but otherwise the service is good. I don’t like floor shopping but I got a good product at a good price at Budget Floor. And the planks were in the warehouse and did not need to be ordered! Great!

Tons of options in OKC for carpet. I visited 7 carpet stores including the big box stores like Home Depot. Home Depot had the best price per square foot on a style I liked however it was going to take 3 weeks to get it installed. Budget Floor Store was the next best option and was able to get the carpet installed in 3 days. I chose an in-stock carpet, mid-grade textured carpet with a premium 12lb pad. Paul (salesman) was great, Id recommend asking for him. The installers did a good job with stretching the carpet, left no mess behind. If you want carpet done fast, Id recommend them. Other local carpet stores were 15-20% more per square foot (installed) than Budget floor store with a comparable carpet and pad. Factor in all the prices of the carpet, pad, and install. I will say dont cheap out on the pad, get the best pad you can as it makes a huge difference.

Really nice people. Great selection to the point of almost overwhelming. Prices are a tad high but all top quality products. Randy assisted us and was very accommodating with no pressure so that made the experience great!

Scott was pleasant to talk to and able to beat the prices of other flooring companies I talked to. The two gentleman who installed our carpet arrived here right when they said they would and finish two rooms in only two and a half hours. I would highly recommend them and absolutely use them again if ever needed!

Our salesperson was very nice, but why have a sign on the door saying masks are required, but then you go in, and see other sales people walking around with customers who dont either have a mask on, or wear them below their nostrils. If its mandatory enforce it.

The recent experience my husband and I had with Budget Floor Store could not have been better! We contacted the store at the last minute in hopes that we could get a wood floor installed prior to a special event we were planning at our house. And, our attempt paid off! Upon our initial call, we were able to speak with a sales manager immediately to schedule a time for him to come to our house and take measurements. Although we live 30 miles outside of Oklahoma City, he agreed to meet with us after store hours to accommodate our busy schedules. The measurements were taken on a Wednesday, the floor was delivered on Friday during the agreed upon time frame, and it was installed on Monday by very competent installation specialists. The floor looks absolutely beautiful… And was properly installed ahead of schedule for our special event! I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service we received. Everyone involved followed through on all promises made. I have and will continue to recommend Budget Floor Store for their outstanding service, products and guarantee.

Friendly people. Much better selection than the floor trader place across the way. Went to floor trader for carpet a few years back... Wasnt really enthusiastic about the whole experience. Went back again just to see what kind of laminate flooring they had and felt the same unfriendly whatever kind of vibe. Instead came here and ended up getting exactly what we wanted. Again, better selection and more knowledgeable and welcoming staff (in my experience). This place is worth checking out before you make your final selection on whatever you are looking for.

Avoid at ALL COSTS!! Should have known from the time we walked in that it was not going to be worth the headache. Our salesperson asked what we needed. Told him as we walked to the tile. said this is what I have in stock that over there I have to order and walked away from us. Would have been nice to have help but it wasnt offered. Figured the poor customer service was due to it being a “budget” warehouse. We order our tile. Very cold atmosphere. Salesperson is trying to rush us out because it’s close to closing. Tells me my ordered tile is local so I should have it by Wednesday. We pay in full and leave. Wednesday comes and no phone call. I call and the person on the phone is rude and unhelpful. I ask when my tile will be in so I can pick it up. Refuses to answer telling me I have to talk to my salesperson. Didn’t realize that was an issue if I’m calling the store I buy it from. From that phone call I make the decision that this will be my one and only purchase from Budget Floors. Poor customer service is a no go for me. Our sales person calls me back and says it will be in sometime on Thursday. I ask for a time and told he doesn’t know they have trucks all day long. Waste of my time phone call. I missed a phone call Thursday and received a voicemail from Zac that he could guarantee my tile would be in by 3:30 and they close at 8. He acknowledged in the voicemail that I have to drive in to pick up my order. Unable to make it Friday so I drive up on Friday mid day. Told to pull around to the large overhead door for one box of 7 sq feet of tile mosaic. The manager comes out with the one box after several minutes of me waiting to say they didn’t have the other part of my tile and because it was already Friday it’s on a truck to be delivered Monday. I informed him that wouldn’t work that the guys working on my project have another project starting Monday and I was already delayed. We go inside and he gives me a full refund on my missing tile. I get back to the car trying to think of where I can go and buy tile today and realize I may not be able to match the particular mosaic tile I purchased so I get my daughter back out of her car seat and grab the box of tile and ask for a refund so I’m not all over okc dealing with tile. I ask about the refund being on my card and told yes it would be. There was this RUDE woman who decided it was her job to belittle me and speak to me in ways no person should be talked to. All the while the “manager” is standing there ALLOWING her poor behavior. It was an upsetting experience but nothing super horrible. I’m feeling upset due to the fact that no one has the common curtesy to call me the day before when the tile was guaranteed to tell me there was an issue. They would have gladly allowed me to drive 1 1/2 hour to find this out THEN allow their employees to treat a customer poorly. I asked the woman to please quit speaking to me. I was NOT going to allow her hateful words and tone to continue when I had done nothing wrong. None of this was my mistake. I get to the car and realize they said this woman would be processing my refund and would have direct access to my financial information and I felt completely unsafe with that decision. I go back into the store and demand that woman not touch my financial information because it made me feel unsafe. I feel that she would purposely mess around with my financial information. So I’m asking to speak to a manager and was told I was. So I asked for someone over him because he allowed and encouraged this behavior. Supposedly the store owner came over and said he would take care of the situation. He didn’t care and by not stepping in when she was being hateful and making a situation 10x worse. I looked up the store and called one of their other stores to make the complaint. I spoke with Jason from the Moore store and just speaking to him made me feel better and that someone from this company cares. I would give Jason my business but I refuse to allow the Akin Bros to profit from my order. About to re-floor my home.

We ordered around $10,000 worth of flooring (including installation) and paid half up front. I called in the days leading up to installation to check on the status and was told everything was on schedule. On the day of installation no one showed up. No one called. I started calling. My salesman was off that day and wouldnt answer. The manager was avoiding my calls. When I finally spoke to someone I found out they had forgotten to order my flooring product and would have to delay installation by 10-12 days. This put us moving into our renovated home a couple weeks later than planned. We had carpeting and appliances scheduled to be installed right after this so these had to be rescheduled as well. When I requested some sort of a discount for my trouble I was offered $100 off of my $10,000 order (1% off- really?). This wasnt satisfactory to me. I wasnt given an explanation or apology. The manager on duty avoided speaking with me. When I finally got him in the phone he had almost nothing to say. No apology. No response to my complaints. We drove to the store, requested a refund, and took our business elsewhere. I found another store with a much better price on the same product. My install was still delayed of course, but I didnt want to give my business to Budget Floor Store after this experience. The person who spoke with us at the store acted like they had control over the issue. This was clearly their mistake. It seems as if this is a pattern with this company.

Zac, Jason and Jose all gave us 5 star service. From gathering carpet samples to installation day, everyone was extremely professional and delivered on their word. We were under a time crunch and Jose, the installer, stayed late to finish the job AND did it joyfully. We would highly recommend them!

Kind of embarrassing because I had to cancel but went to Floor and Decor to buy but they don’t install their products? Thought that was strange. Anyway, had to cancel my purchase. Called a friend who had built a new home for what to do, he had gotten Floors from a store called Budget and ended up getting Floors and installation there. My salesman was nice and had once been a installer himself so that helped a ton on what was involved. His name was Paul and made the experience a positive one with very good results. Hope this helps! I wish I could give them less than one star. These people have made my building project a living nightmare. They first shipped us the wrong flooring and it took another week for the new flooring to get in. This put us over a week behind in our project.Then we were told there would be a five guy team to do the install and finish in about 4 to 5 days. One guy finally showed up three days after the team was suppose to start installing the floors. We are now on week 4 of install and the floors are STILL NOT DONE!! Currently we are almost 6 weeks behind on our project and all the other work is being stopped because we can not install anything or move forward with anything until they finish the floor. They have cost me time, money and a ton of headache. I will NEVER be using them again nor will I recommend them to anyone!

I met Frank at Budget Floor Store in OKC when I needed new rugs after a break in. I was so impressed with him and the quality, affordable, beautiful rugs we purchased, I told him I would be back to order new flooring for our home. The selection was great and the prices low. The installation guys finished early and were very friendly. I even had a few extra boxes of flooring that I wanted to return and they took back the special order, no questions asked. The tile we ordered did not come in as expected. Some of it was backordered. The wholesale company did not notify Budget Floor Store and we were kind of upset that our tile would not be ready. Dale, our salesperson, went out of his way to try to find a match. I ended up going with a different tile that I like even better! I would not have found it if Dale hadnt steered me toward another brand. I appreciate the good costumer service!

Had carpet and wood like lam. flooring carpet started fraying as soon as it was installed flooring started sliding no good store did not stand fix it came out 3 times then wanted to charger for for coming out cheap products beware

This is a great source for DIY flooring and tile. Educate yourself before starting projects, this place is a supplier, not a fairy godmother.

First I want to say we are satisfied with the installation of the wood floors and carpet in our house. Secondly, there were some issues during the course of the installations, the wood flooring installation went just fine-as promised and on schedule. The installer did leave a large amount of clumped sawdust on my curb that I had to cleanup-no big deal. The carpeting not as much, the morning we were to have the carpet layed, I got a call at 7:30 am telling me there was a scheduling problem and it would be after 4PM before the installers would be there, I got a call the night before saying they would be at my house at 7:30AM. No explanation as to the schedule problem, so I have to assume I got bumped in favor of someone else, I took the day off from work to be there and now that time off was wasted. My concern was by 4Pm the crew will be tired from a days work and I will get a rush job from a tired crew. Two guys showed up a little before 5Pm to start moving furniture and then two more guys showed about an hour later to lay carpet-they were there until almost 9PM. The carpet work was great but we ended up with painted walls and finished wood work that were scratched when the furniture was moved, just a few places but enough to be upsetting. One of the workers offered to talk to the builder of our house and get color for walls so we could touch them up-been a week and havent heard anything, they didnt know about the wood work, we discovered that a day or two later.As I write this, still no word about the paint, we were able to take care of that but no follow up from Budget about our satisfaction or concerns, again, happy with overall job but disappointed with attention to detail from them.

So I hope you are ready for a story lets talk about our experience, first go in get a really nice sales person we tell him we want to replace carpet on stairs, in the meantime we decided to do our whole theater room until sales person never gets back with us so I finally go to store to ask for a different sales person so I am told they cant do that he is my sales person, so ok I will give him another chance but in the meantime since it took so long we just went back to having our stairs done. So we order and then a couple days later I get a call to schedule ok alls good. Now the day of instal installers get here very nice gentleman with an older man that spoke no English but was a great helper, I leave them alone to install about half way done he has a question about how the pattern is laid so I am looking and realize it is not the carpet I ordered so he calls the shop they verify all the numbers and the wrong carpet was ordered, so I call salesperson to let him know he tries to blame someone else I tell him no its not a blame game you ordered the wrong stuff just fix it so now he tells me it will be a couple days after I explained in the beginning we have a large crowd coming for the weekend so he says sorry with tack board down and all. So now that my half day off work has turned into a full day he tells me they found a remnant and will get it installed. So when they are done and gone I noticed it was not laid evenly and they chipped paint off our door and beat the heck out of our door frame. So I send pictures to my salesman and he replies I will have a manager call you and I am still waiting from April 2nd to April 24th. Thank you!!

We have NEVER been so treated so RUDELY in our lives as we were by DENNIS at Budget Floor Store!!! We had already bought over $7,000 in flooring for one house from DENNIS and when asking DENNIS about the quality and scratch resistance of the luxury vinyl tile we were going to buy from him, DENNIS got very RUDE, CONDESCENDING and INSULTING to both of us! When I asked him if hed rather us deal with another salesperson, he walked up to me like he was going to hit me and ripped up the estimate he had made for us then he huffed and puffed as he walked away!! DENNIS blew OVER $12,000 in sales we were going to buy from him for 2 more houses!! Even though the management was there and knew what he had done, NO MANAGEMENT or anyone else came to apologize for DENNIS unprofessionalism even though we stayed in their VERY HOT and dirty warehouse for another 30 minutes looking at flooring and to give him a chance to cool off!! NEITHER DENNIS OR HIS MANAGERS CAME OUT TO APOLOGIZE FOR HIS RUDE BEHAVIOR!!!!! Some people are just NOT cut out to deal with the public!! Come to find out...the flooring we were going to buy from them (ENGAGE GENESIS) SCRATCHES like CRAZY!! (check out the YouTube of this crappy brand of overpriced flooring and youll see what I mean!) Im guessing he had had complaints before about it...or had a fight with his wife...woke up on the wrong side of the bed....or not meeting his sales quota (bet I can guess why...lol). Whatever his excuse...there was NO REASON for him to be RUDE AND INSULTING!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH DENNIS OR Budget Floor Store!! WE WONT!! (The manager added an apology below, however, even though we stayed another 30 minutes looking around hoping DENNIS or his MANAGER would come apologize....NO ONE DID!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!)

Ive purchased wall to wall carpent, and 5 rugs from Budget, and I am completely pleased with the service every time. And when it comes to rugs, the price for the quality is unmatched in OKC.

I paid for wood laminate for 2 of my rooms. As soon as I handed them the money things went south. Paid cash. It was going to be delivered in a week but then got pushed back to two weeks. Then when they delivered they didnt have my whole order (7 boxes short). By this time i was downright fed up. Living on my concrete floors and my wife which works from home not able to set up her office kinda gets to you after almost a month. They said the rest of my order will be delivered in a week. The week came and went and we called only to hear I have some bad news for you folks. Your order will not be here till April 18th. WHAT?!?! I paid for this IN FULL on Feb. 19th. Two months?? I finally told them I would wait till the 19th but they would have to install my floor now for $1.25 per sq ft. because I was planning to install it myself but it was the least they can do for my troubles. I was going to give them more money for their incompetence. Seems fair right? So I was once again patient. My wife calls a few days before it was supposed to be delivered and for two days was not contacted back. Finally I call them from work and they tell me that it wont be in till May 1st! So finally I went up there again and talked to the manager Jason. Nice guy but not a decision maker. Then I talked to the owner Zack. I told him that now I want a free installation if it comes in on May1st. He said I cant control shipping Ok well I can get that in some instances but If he isnt in control of his own buisness then who is? He pays those guys to deliver and ship. they even have Budget Floor on the truck so how is this not his deal? He offered me $250.00 refunded for my troubles. Really?? I have lost wages from being off work to handle them because you cant get anything handled over the phone with them also my wife still cant use her office. The install was going to be $667.00 . He called me back the next day and said he could do $400.00 refund but that is it. So in a sense we are talking about $200 to resolve the problem? He said what if it doesnt arrive by May first? You are going to want another $200?? This further proves his companys incompetence if he cant even re assure me that the date he JUST GAVE me might not happen. I dont even want the money. I just want it installed since I have no more time off to install it because of their short falls. Every day I took off thinking I was going to be installing flooring costed me $200. Equaling about $1000.00. That is what I have lost already in this deal but I guess his time/money is more valuble than mine? End result is they are coming to get what little material they delivered and bringing my money back. Hence they wasted 2 months of my time and $1000.00 of my income. These guys are running a complete clownshow. They are worse than used car dealers. I highly suggest that you use someone else in your flooring needs. (by the way referring to the comment below from Zac, I was told I was buying an American made product from your sales person. Hence, it doesnt need to be shipped from overseas. I guess your sales guy was blowing smoke to try to get me to buy the product that it turned out you didnt have in the first place. And no you are not commited to doing a free install. I get it. You are commited to your bottom line no matter how your customers get seviced after the sale.
