Very customer-oriented although I did not purchase any cell phone items I did have a product from Amazon shipped there and was pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficient employees are. My first experience was amazing when they replaced my screen so I went back for another screen replacement yes they fixed my screen but then I wasn’t able to make or answer any phone calls so I took it back and they argued me down saying it something wrong with my phone already when they fixed my screen and no that wasn’t the case because my phone was working just fine before I brought it to them for the replacement screen anyways I had to pay someone else an extra 35$ On top of the 86$ I already spent to fix what they had broken which was my front camera sensor I definitely would not recommend this place of business to anyone especially since they can’t own up to their own faults// and in response I am being honest I don’t have to lie you all broke my front camera sensor which was the cause of my issue and you can call apple and verify that one buddy!! Still would not recommend you all because your still denying your wrong doings and that’s totally fine I hope in the future you will treat your customers better and own up to your mistakes because we all are human!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone do business with them. They intentionally sold a 3G phone to my mother-in-law and then yelled at her when she went back and requested a refund. We had gone there previously, and purchased some items and believed them to honest. Unfortunately, he is not and I guess he needed that money more than his businesses credibility. Great phone repair!! I own a OnePlus 8 Pro, which is not a common phone. I called a few different shops and they all gave me long wait times to get the parts in. Xoom is an authorized mobile dealer so they were able to get my replacement screen in just 1 day, the staff was very knowledgeable, they knew the answers to just about every question I asked and kept me updated. If I ever have any phone issues in the future, this is where Ill go.

I was driving by and saw the sign for a great deal on their certified stock of iPhones, I went in and in less than 30 minutes I got a great deal on a brand new phone and had the memory mirrored to the new one and all for less than $200 bucks with a screen cover and new case and even wiped the old one with time to spare!This was fast, knowledgeable, and a great deal, and I would definitely recommend this store.

I only gave them one star because I couldnt leave them zero stars. They take all of your information.... Name, phone, etc.. Im guessing in order to look up info on the computer on any product you may have purchased. However they could not find any of my info. I had an issue with an item I bought when it quit working. They insisted on a receipt and after enough time I finally came up with the purchase on my bank statement. Apparently their warranty is only good for 10 days whereas I had it for maybe 14. Quit working after 6 days, but couldnt get there sooner. Guys, good luck with your purchases at xoom wireless. Wishing you the best! Also to the owners.... Cant say too much about the merchandise that you are selling if you cant back it with more than 10 days. Sorry, Wont be back.Larry

Brought and IPhone 6+ 2 months ago and I’m already having issues. The phone shuts off with battery containing life and the front camera works when it wants to work. I don’t know if it’s just this phone or if there are others out there with the similar issue. I’ve read some reviews about the company and saw that they had satisfied customers, but unfortunately I am not one.

Im writing this review again because my girlfriend posted it once and they deleted it so Ill post it again but I purchased an iphone 8+ from them and the phone was working perfectly fine and then all the sudden it stops working not even a month later so I take it up there and they tell me it needed to be restored it was gonna cost me $45 so I said fine and they told me it would be done in an hour well they ended up calling me and saying they had to keep my phone over night and I could pick it up in the morning well the next morning I receive a call saying they think its a battery problem it was gonna cost $40 to fix so I tell them fine ill pay it when I come get the phone after hanging up with them I received a call 10 min later saying it was a motherboard problem and they cant fix the phone so when I go get my phone and ask them if they could replace the phone they said no because I only had a 10 day warranty and that was up so I asked if they could give me a discount on another phone and they told me no they dont do that so Im pretty much out almost $600 on a phone so I wouldnt recommend getting any phones from here

Terrible customer service I bought an iPad and the entire glass front came off. They didn’t want to give me my money back they said they could fix it. I left it for them to fix they said it would take an hour it took longer. I picked it up with rubber bands all over it saying the following day it should be ask done and fixed. Nope it wasn’t. I took it somewhere else. Won’t shop here again ever. If I could give less than one star I would.

We came in and bought an iPhone 6. A few days later we realized the battery was depleted. We brought it back and kindly asked if they would be so kind to replace the battery. We were informed that we had signed a contract and there was no insurance coverage and that we would be card to pay $45Dollars. They rejected to at least Split the difference with us. I would not recommend purchasing anything here. Let’s be honest huh we both know it wasn’t 4 weeks ago. I’m a honest person and my review is honest. Calling someone dishonest to make your self look like the better person is wrong.
