We went to a car dealership and they told us they couldnt help us. As we were getting ready to leave, we heard the David Stanley commercial come on and so we decided to give it one more try with someone else. We pulled up and instantly a sales rep named German came to our vehicle with a welcoming smile. We told him our situation and being turned away from another dealership and he said come on in lets see what I can do for you. We left in a beautiful 2021 Silverado! We were so excited. The experience was wonderful!! German treated us like we were just as important an anyone else. What a great place!!! Thank you German, we love our new truck!!!

David Shepherd was an incredible salesman! He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I felt like my friend was the salesman and we were hanging out, talking about cars. I would not recommend them at all. They do not hold up to their word and just waste peoples time!They offered my in-laws 35,000, when we drove up there, they only offered 33,000. What ever happened to a mans words? I guess that doesnt matter to them. On top of that, they had an offer from an individual, for 35,000 but had already told David Stanley, they would sell to them. So, they lost out big time, over this deal!NOT HAPPY!
I purchased a 2016 kia optima on 9/29. I used my suv as a trade in they said they would pay the loan payment on the suv off within 10 days. I called the finance company on 10/21 to find out how to make my payment they showed no record of me having a account or applying for a loan. On 10/28 I went to david stanley to pick up my title. They said it was not ready because there was a issue with the finance department I been trying to contact them since 10/28. I either get no answer voice-mail or they say will call back and never does. SWOFCU the leanholder on the suv called yesterday to tell me my payment was pass due that they never received payment from david stanley. I have had several people tell me that they quit working at david stanley because they rip people off or they were customers and had similar issues as me....VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BE AWARE
Malachi and his associates worked diligently to hear our desires and concerns. They never pushed their personal agendas, but in turn listened to what we wanted at a price we could afford. They were very realistic but worked overtime to ensure both parties were able to find common ground. We never felt coerced. They were patient in that we had our four kiddos with us. He was very family oriented and made sure we all felt comfortable with our decision to purchase the truck of our dreams. He met our expectations and more!

Pretty disappointed in today’s experience. I had to have a key fob programmed. Take in consideration I had to do the same thing for the SAME vehicle 4 months ago.The last time I did this the price was $160, this time for the exact same thing was $280.The explanation? I was just told that the price was raised due to Covid… what? So I have to pay almost twice as much for the same service 4 months later because of Covid?Starting to really regret buying my vehicle from here.

I will give this dealership a two this is due to the way they treated me ten years ago. But perhapsIt is fair to the current management now. I was looking for a traverse 10 years ago and walk in with shorts on and a t-shirt. I knew what I wanted to buy . I had just finished paying off my house and wanted to buy a new traverse for my wife. I asked the sales person on the floor how much usb the traverse LT cost and he flat out told me sir I think you need to come back and see the use car lot I don’t think you can afford one of these.The sales person not knowing my incomeStatus flatly denied me what I was asking for.I took my business some where else an bought me a new traverse. I since have not done any business with David Stanley ever since thisHappened to me. I have purchase several newCars for my daughter and my wife but neverEven consider going there. Just think of howMuch money this dealership could have madeAnd have me returned to purchase the other new cars I have bought. Now I will be buying a new truck or perhaps a used one . Do you thinkI will go there again. Not a chance.

Honestly if you are a young female interested in getting a car or just information be prepared to feel like trash. I went in to try and see if it was something I could afford and was treated like a child. A older gentleman first made me move from the seat I was sitting in so he could sit there and then just told me to come back with my dad and rushed me out of there. Made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

William Lerma helped us in the David Stanley Used Car Lot last night, and he was wonderful to work with and very helpful. My car was totaled two weeks ago when a teenager ran a stop sign and broadsided my vehicle. It is very stressful and difficult buying a car under these conditions during this used car shortage, but William was very compassionate to our situation. He was personable and friendly, as well. Thank you, William, for a job well-done.
I came in to repair my vehicle and it took them a whole month and a half to fix it. I understand it takes time to order and deliver the parts. After sometime I called to check up on the status on the vehicle, they gave me and estimate and said they had got all the parts and was ready to assemble. The next day they called me saying they ordered the wrong parts for the vehicle so I had to wait another week. At this point I knew how much I would need to repair the vehicle. Later on, the right parts were delivered and the assembly process was finish. They called me to pick up vehicle and notified me there was a $500 up charge for another part they never mentioned was needed until the same day it was already finished. I had no choice but to pay it. They also gave me an incompleted inspection check sheet so I have no clue they even checked if it was okay to drive. I notified them and nothing was done. Very unhappy with my service.

I was very doubtful, but he assured me everything would work out, and he would do the best he could to get me out of there with a car. Even just his positive attitude had me convinced (: My attitude had completely changed from when I first walked in. I trusted and believed this man. And sure enough, within less than an hour I was on the road. I honestly enjoyed my entire experience here! I HIGHLY recommend these guys. I brought my car up and had to have my 4 kids with me. The dealership was kind enough to shuttle us to Jump Zone that was a few miles away and pick us back up after the service was done. Everyone was super friendly and very professional!
I am in the market for a new car. I called around to see if my situation (credit, income, trade in value) was where it needed to be to get into something I liked. I spoke with a lady on the phone. Gave her the details and asked if I would be able to get what I was looking for with all things considered. She said it would be no problem and to come in. I went in only to find that I was unable to get anywhere close to what I wanting. They were going to give me $8500 for my trade in, asking $6700 down, with monthly payments of $900. Not even close to where I wanted to be and that was the lowest they could go. I never seen the lady I talked to. Less than a week later I get another call/text from them. I explained what happened. She said that she would be there and for me to come back because she was sure that she would be able to get closer to what I’m looking for. I went back…same thing. Except this time I chose a vehicle that was less expensive. They still managed to come back with the same numbers. I asked them not run my credit if they weren’t able to get closer to what I was looking for. They did anyway. The salesmen said they weren’t sure why the lady would tell me to come back or say that they would even be able to come close to what I was asking for.
Oh my gosh!! How do these dealers stay in business? And the service dept. I mean how do you charge someone 150.00 for absolutely nothing?? I know they charge for diagnosing the problem, but they said that they didnt have enough time (a day and a half) to do a full diagnostic so why did I have to pay for a full diagnosis? Because they have your keys, thats whyI would give negative stars on my review if I could. So just beware! And I should of known better 😡
Tires for life only applies for 6 years and a limit on miles. They consider the life of a car to be 6 years. Oil changes for life applies less than 6 years. I havent had the car 6 years. The service contract was canceled before 6 years. I will not be returning ever. The thing that lost my business was being told to read my contract. False advertising at its finest.

I’m not from the area but am here for work for a few weeks. I needed an oil change and a new fuel filter. I picked this dealership because of the positive reviews. I made an appointment and was there on time. They took my truck right away and was told it would be about an hour to hour and a half. I’ve been sitting here now for three and a half hours with no updates or anything. I’ve watch several people arrive after me and leave before me. Everyone I’ve dealt with with has been super nice but there has to be some sort of communication with the customer. It wouldn’t be that bad if someone would just let me know what’s going on.
If you need a truck or car, Pily Molina can get you the best deal at a really good price, she’s very helpful.

We just bought a very expensive car only days ago. the rear dvd system isnt working and we have been given the run around. We texted the sales guy that next day and told him. Hes been very shady since we drove off.I drove up to the place the next day, after the salesman told my husband that he was there until noon. When I got there, he wasnt and then the manager wouldnt come out to speak with me. Another sales guy rang him on the phone (our original guy who sold us the car whose name is Martien). He proceeds to tell me that everything would be taken care of.Nothing has happened. Today is Friday. We bought the car two days ago. Everything was good until this... they are hiding something and not being truthful and stalling us. We STILL havent heard from the manager after multiple attempts. I would NEVER ever recommend them. How do you treat someone like this? All we want is for our car to be as it was advertised. You have a service department but you are acting like we cant get seen or even an appointment. Why? Fix it. WE JUST BOUGHT THE CAR!!! TWO DAYS AGO!!!Clearly, they have a scam going. I intend to hire someone to help us with this matter.
Never have had experience as bad as this. HR and half late for set-time meeting. This after an HR drive. Price was confirmed verbally. Internet salesman Aaron finally shows and says oh no cant buy your car for stated price. He buys cars from pictures only. But our pictures didnt show some chips on front bumper. I have to post at least one star for this to post. This should be minus 4.

All was good at service except that I requested twice that the air pressure be checked on the tires when they rotated them . I checked readings on the screen when I arrived and they were the same after I left.

I was not aware tires and life and oil changes for life is not actually the life of me owning the vehicle. For the past 5 to 6 years, I have spent $500 ish each oil change to stay within what I thought was staying within your needed guidelines, in addition to driving 1.5 hours one way to your location after you moved from Norman. Only to find out that I have been going out of my way and spending more than what it would have cost me to stay closer to home for nothing. It would be better, to be honest, to advertise free oil changes for 5 years and tires for 6 years. So ultimately, no, I will not be coming back or buying any more trucks because I value doing business that is upfront. The employees I have worked with are very pleasant, but your policies are terrible.

I had a terrible experience....Last night I found a used automobile that I was interested in buying from David Stanley. I went on the website and sent an inquiry. This morning around 8:30am, I contacted the dealership to start the process of purchasing the vehicle. I completed the online “trade in” evaluator and was emailed a “Trade-In Certificate” from the dealership giving my car a value of $22,907-$24,738 (see attached picture). All of the questions answered and pictures, VIN, were uploaded. I was happy with the price of the car that they had on the website and was also happy with the trade in certificate value that they sent me via email. I completed the “trade in” information a second time and emailed it back to the salesperson. Then I completed the credit app for the financing that I needed. Reminder, I started this process at around 8:30 am. The day went on, telling me all day that they were super busy. OK, we are all super busy as I was dealing with this throughout my work day while also being busy. But OK. I reached out to the salesperson multiple times during the day and she kept saying the sales manager was busy. By 4:30pm tonight, the same day, I still had not heard back on the purchase. Then when I did get a call from the salesperson, the trade-in offer over the phone was $1,750. Dumbfounded, I asked, do you mean $17,500 because I have a “certificate” from the dealership that gave a value of $22,907-$24,738? Salesperson said, yes, $17,500. I was told that it was not a valid value (Trade Certificate) and that they could not offer that amount? I asked to talk to he manager, never was called back of course by the manager, but the salesperson called me back twice, first offering to go up to $20,000, then up to $21,000. OK, so still want to talk to a manager to see what the deal is but still no call at 7:09pm as I write this! I am not just a disgruntled “want to be” customer, I just don’t know how a dealership can operate like this. If you are trying to do business with this dealership....RUN! Do not trust them!
