The ladies in this store dont dont a clue how to work the smart watches that they sell. It was embarrassing to try to watch her figure it out. You lost $800 because you dont know your own product.

Every time I go into this store Im promptly ignored. On the rare occasion I even get a greeting its not even followed by a smile. If youre in this particular mall and would like designer bags, itd be much better to go to Dillards or the Coach store where the quality of bags are much better and the sales associates are undoubtedly more friendly and helpful.

I recently took my purse in to get the pipping replaced on the handles. After waiting over 7 weeks and numerous calls I finally received a call that my purse was in. When I received my purse I made the comment that it seemed smaller but was brushed off and led on to believe that it had just been to long and that I didn’t remember. When I got home I’m pulled the purse out of the bag and took a look and I had absolutely no doubt that it was not my purse. I called the store and it couldn’t have been their fault and was told to call customer service. I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour to be told that I should have never went to that store for a repair and everything they were saying was just that I didn’t n ow what I was talking about. I had the customer service representative look up the purse based of if the style number and just as I thought this was a brand new purse. So not only did I pay $82 for repairs on my purse that I didn’t receive but I got a purse on sale for $160 when the purse I dropped off cost more than twice the amount. I will never go back to that store. I have never been lied to by anyone the amount of times I was by the employees of that store and to have the manager lie to customer service saying they didn’t receive my ticket so they couldn’t give any information on my bag after she just got done reading me the ticket and verifying that it was in fact not my purse is just disgusting!!

The staff was friendly & willing to help if needed, but did not push themselves on you. Loved everything in the store.

Im one of the regular customers at micheal khors, but Had the WORST experience with one of the micheal khors employee. As we entered the store no one smiled or even WELCOMED US IN. We went in because there was something wrong with one of our bags however one of the employees said she cant do anything with it, and made some explainations up because they did not make any sense back to back. SHE WAS SO RUDE TOWARDS US so we asked for the manager, but she said she was the manager at that time. I MEAN WHAT KIND OF MANAGER GIVES THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS? Since her service was bad, we asked for her business card but she said she didnt have one. So then we asked for her name and then she said she didnt want to give her name to us. We kept asking but then she said if you dont get out of our store im going to call security. Like bull crap. No one was in the shop at that time but if anyone saw what happened i bet they wouldve butted it and said something to that manager. I NEVER want to see that employee EVER AGAIN WHEN I SHOP THERE.
