Wonderful little discovery while in town! The pastries are simple & flavorful, the coffee was quick, smooth & a perfect start to a day where I was fretting over getting a surprise arrangement for a cherished loved one.Katie was marvelous in the florist side, making me both comfortable & knowledgeable about my potential selections for someone so important coming back into my life. Preparation of the small arrangement was quick & perfect for the surprise! I would highly recommend this as a charming spot for an impromptu meet!

Cute combo bakery/coffee shop and flower/gift shop. Enjoyed the strawberry basil lemonade with was perfect on a 100 degree day. Took a chocolate chunk with Hawaiian sea salt cookie home for later and it was amazing! Had wifi options and a clean bathroom.

Had the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake latte as an iced drink. Coffee was very acidic and there was no prominent pumpkin or cheesecake flavor. The sprinkling of (what I assume is) cinnamon on top really doesnt do anything for it. My spouse liked their hazelnut latte though.Cute location, but pretty small on the inside. Seating for maybe 12-15 people but with everyone spaced out, there was maybe 10 people sitting comfortably.Not sure I would return here, but I do like the floral shop on the otherside.

This will be one of our go to coffee shops. The vibes are wonderful and inviting. The pastries are delicious as is the coffee! The people are warm and friendly.

I’ve been here several times and it’s always really yummy and the people are so nice! They come up with fun specialty drinks to mix things up which is fun too. The pastries are delicious (especially the cookies) and the flower/gift shop next door is adorable!

Great new spot in the Deep Deuce of OKC. They are serving Stumptown Coffee and baking up some delicious treats. All the natural lighting with the raw materials and light colors create the right environment to enjoy a moment with a friend (or by yourself).

Ordered a floral bouquet and cookies for a friend who was grieving and the arrangement couldn’t be more beautiful. I always prefer to support local and this cute coffee+floral shop was a gem of a find. Thank you guys for being so helpful though the process. My friend loved her flowers.

The best latte I have EVER enjoyed! Try their Blueberry Pancake Latte. Also ordered a Rosemary Parm Scone which tasted good but my grandsons Blueberry Scone tasted better.

We stopped by this bakery on our way through OKC. It was an amazing and delicious experience. The person working there was so nice and made the best mochas for us. We loved the baked goods. Everything was fresh out of the oven. The chocolate chip cookies tasted so good!! Thank you Flower and Flour for being amazing.

Absolutely perfect for Deep Deuce. Coffee was great, and added a rosemary scone to the togo order. I didnt have time to look around the entire store, but Ill be back soon.

Flower & Flour was really nice! My wife really enjoyed the strawberry basil matcha and the pour over was delicious! The workers were so nice and a joy to talk to as well!

Flower and Flour is by far one of my favorite coffee shops in all of okc. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by a simple yet beautifully designed space filled by natural lighting. The baristas are always oh-so helpful and friendly, and seem to genuinely care for your caffeine/pastry needs. My go-to drinks are their matcha and cold brews. Their matcha is top-notch, so no nasty weird bitter taste there! If you’ve been curious to try matcha or are simply looking for a place that has good matcha...don’t look elsewhere( let’s not even go there with the seasonal rotating specialty matcha drinks). As for their cold brews (and coffee in general) it is super smooth and rich without being overly bitter/acidic (depending on the drink). Also, there is just enough strength in the coffee that also successfully doesn’t overpower the other flavors you select (syrups,milks, etc). Anyway, moral of the story- go to flower and flour for your coffee, pastry, and floral needs!

Hands-down one of my musts when we are in OKC - one of the coolest places we have been to, even when it is packed, and it will be, because it’s an awesome concept that has been very well-done. My last meal needs to include a piece of their vegan chocolate cake. These folks are expert baristas. Tip: Have the driver drop you off and look for a good spot.
