They company was awesome! The Shawn was always responsive on time very communicative and professional. The team that came out again very very professional the installation was very fast. On 10/08/2021 Rucker Electric installed a Generac generator there entire team was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the product. Ryan is who was out and give us an estimate he was on the job from beginning to completion and most helpful to go over the product and even helped to set it up on our cell phone. Ive hired Rucker for a few things, two of which are replacing a breaker box and finding and repairing a gas leak. Each time, the people from Rucker have been professional, on time, friendly, and have done an excellent job.

I was looking for an electrician to take care of 7 little issues. Dead outlets, a dead light fixture and other small problems. I had used a service from Edmond but their prices were outrageous and another guy behaved really inappropriately so I was online reading reviews when I noticed all the really great reviews for Rucker. I made an appointment and I must say I was not disappointed.David came out and right away he told me the light fixture I thought was dead was not working because the breaker was off! I cant remember the last time I was in the breaker box but that showed me that Rucker can be trusted. David could have replaced the fixture and padded the bill but he didnt. He moved on efficiently but not rushed even though I was the last call of his day. He was respectful of my home and property and did a great job and was kind to my herd of dogs. I was pleased when my bill was tallied up and I felt that the price was fair and reasonable.I cant list the number of repairmen from all trades who have come to my home to make some kind of repair and left me in a situation where I had to repair something they had torn up while doing their job or they had to come back and make the same repair because they didnt care enough about their work to do it right the first time.Great job David! Ive used Rucker several times over the last few years, both for AC repair and electrical work. Scheduling is easy and commonly available same day. A year or two ago we got a great deal one a whole new HVAC unit. The electricians are great guys and help problem solve in an financially efficient manner. Highly recommended!

I hate to write such a low rating on service, I am always appreciative when I can get the work done as promised. However, I had an overcharge, which, I immediately discussed with the office personnel and was promptly issued a refund for the overcharge, that is the reason for the two star rating because she was very helpful in that area.The shower wand that was installed worked just fine immediately after install however, I checked a couple minutes after install and before he left and found that the diverter was not transferring the water properly to the shower wand, and it was coming out both ends of the shower wand and faucet. I pointed it out to him before he left but we both forgot about it. I expect a service man to remember a problem and double back and check it out for performance before he leaves. He did not...The second item, was the leak in the bathroom faucet he was unable to fix it because I have a moen and I understand the parts are not easily come by and he has to go to the warehouse to get the part, but for a small plumbing job, I cannot afford to have a $300 plumbing bill for such a small job, so I told him to put it back together, so now I still have a leak and my shower wand is sub par.My husband was coming home from the hospital the next day as a new amputee and I was trying to get his bathroom fixed up for him. Needless to say I was hesitant to call for a call back because of the charges.Sorry, I hate saying these things.

I had a problem with the home air conditioner in my recently purchased house. A 7 year old unit. 1st company came out 2 weeks prior to Rucker Mechanical. The AC started working before that technician got to the house. I still had the tech try to find a problem. Ended up recommending a repair that would cost $2500 - $5600!The AC started causing problems again. This time I called Rucker Mechanical.The technician called before arriving, was prompt, polite and friendly.He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes as a clogged drain pipe, replaced the pipe and then checked the freon level. Total bill, $112.I will definitely use Rucker again.

The owner is as unprofessional as anyone gets. And they quoted me over 800.00 to put a 240 plug in my location that needs 6 feet of wire to my breaker box. What is going on must think Im an idiot

They were there when they said they would be and completed the installation quickly and were very professional and made sure we were 100% satisfied before leaving and did all this at the best price we could find. Its not an easy task making everyone happy especially when things break and can be costly repairs. But I was extremely pleased with the service received from Rucker Mechanical. Amanda was quick to answer my questions, approximate cost, actions if the scope of work changed during the service call and easy to set up the service call date. Ryan arrived on time addressed the problem and my tenants reported he was very professional and polite towards them.The total invoice came in under the estimated cost with no unforeseen problems. Ryan Wickwire is one of the best electricians i have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with al ot. he always goes above and beyond and explains everything to me. i think I have great ideas and he will tell me if I am off base and provide a better solution that is usually cheaper and always better. Tried to scam us. Showed up at our house without calling (while I was at work), said things were broken that werent, replaced equipment without permission, stole our current equipment, tried to bill for extra hours (they were there less than half an hour), left our problem in even worse shape, lied over and over to cover it up, then hung up on us when we tried to call and talk to them. They know that theyre scamming people, and they like to play the so what, you cant do anything about it card.
