Good service, terrible wait times on lenses and frames. Told me it was going to be a week when I payed and now its next week and its going to be another week they said. I dont recommend if you are in a hurry to get them.

What they dont tell you in Midwest City is it the doctor is in only one afternoon a week!

Made an appointment Thursday night, was there Friday afternoon. I was in & out. Staff was professional and very kind.

I have worn contacts/glasses my whole life and the two contact trials I got from them were horrible and my vision was still blurry. And when I expressed this to them they basically said you are SOL. And now I have to pay to do the contact fitting all over again. I’m super frustrated with this place. I honestly wouldn’t go here and it’s a giant rip off. In all reality this place needs to get shut down and I don’t know how and why it’s still open. The doctor can’t even get most of his patients prescriptions right and that’s not okay. :(

Kind heartedknowledgeableprofessional&affordable office (Shannon is different, I felt like I was in HER way by being there. She has anger issues that you can feel even while shes talking thru processes I didnt like it. Shes also a smoker & Ive worked with other similar smokers who get stressed out & Instead of following policy like to walk away & take a break, they take the stress out on patients, customers & co-workers. Not Okay! My 1st tech & Dr. Towe were patient, wish I could give them both 5-stars)

If you have Astigmatism & need multifocal contacts do not go here for your exam they dont carry any contacts that will work for both so I wasted $90 cause i still cant see & i cant even order the ones I need. This is 2020 I should be able to order online.

After using this place for years and referring over 12 friends. Thinks have changed. I will not take my family back agin. My wife was talked into getting progression lens in her new glasses. From the time she walked out of the office she felt they were the wrong prescription. We called back and talked to them. They assured us it was right and takes time to adjust. We called back after a few weeks like she suggested. We told her she was wearing her old glasses again because she couldn’t see out of her new ones but wore them at night to try to get use to them. Again they assured us they were right and to stop switching back and forth and to give it a month. Now every time we call it goes to voicemail and no one will return our calls. I’m taking her somewhere else to get retested and get new glasses. Don’t go here

Great place! They never made me feel stupid if I didn’t understand something or when I asked something. They also didn’t make feel bad for not having insurance!I recommend coming here!

I have been going to this place for over 10 years, due to not having vision insurance. Over the years, they change their policies from year to year, with no regard to stay consistent. At first it was a flat fee for an eye exam that included glasses and contacts. Then couple years later you have to pay for a fitting fee on top of your exam. Then they changed it to eye and glasses exam (both separate charges but mandatory to get) with fitting fee. If you wait past a year to refill your contacts you have to get an exam right? I got an eye glasses exam beginning of year somewhere else due to an eye injury. Guess what? This place tells me after six months of an eye glasses exam you have to get another one so its impossible to be seen for contact exam only. They make up rules, see the conflict and motive to want more money? Im not supporting this.

Recently moved to the city and needed a new place to get my vision checked. as soon as i walked in i was greeted by a very friendly staff. everything was great until the doctor gave me the wrong prescription. went all the back home to get my prescription from my original doctor. the doctor there was completely off. not going back again.

Ive been getting my glasses and contacts here for several years. Ive called and left messages the last couple weeks to get a new prescription and never got a call back. I finally got ahold of someone today and she was so rude! She has to be new because the older staff are wonderful people. I got half way through scheduling before I said I would just go elsewhere. I was obviously inconveniencing her.

Nanette is the ONLY reason Im giving 3 stars instead of 1. She was awesome. Everyone else treats you rude. I guess they dont want customers to return. They write the RX in black, then part in blue. SPECIFICALLY SO YOU CANNOT ORDER FROM 1 800 CONTACTS. That is insanely shady. NANETTE SAVED THE DAY. If you cant speak with her, then you should go somewhere else. Thank you Nanette. You saved me so much trouble AND money! Bless you!

Worst place ever they lied to us 3 different times. Told us on a Saturday glasses would be there Tuesday ready and now they are saying 7 to 10 business days. I should have paid attention to reviews but i didnt and the girl that answers the phone at OKC location doesnt even have enough customer service skills to work at McDonalds.

Terrible! Do not go here. The doctor was extremely unprofessional and was doing his best to keyhole me into buying prescription eye drops. Then my prescription was not filled out completely when I asked for a copy.....(aka 2016). Today I called for confirmation of full prescription, they put me on hold for over 30 min. When I called back the lady who originally answered, laughed in the background. The kind lady on the phone was shocked I was calling after my prescription was expired for so long. I informed her it hasnt changed in 15+ years, and that I CAN do math. She didnt even say goodbye or your welcome after I thanked her.

I went to the store in Oklahoma City. The last time I had to fight for two weeks to get my glasses. I figured they made a mistake. I made a mistake by going back a second time. I am still fighting to get my glasses I paid for when I gave them another chance to have my business. Never again. My advice it to get your glasses from somewhere else.

I ordered my lenses and was informed by the person who checked me out that they should arrive in a week. Its been almost a month and still no lenses. I called and spoke with Nanette 3 weeks later and was told they were never ordered. The girl was New and made a mistake. I asked for some form of compensation back due to the error and was denied. She didnt seem very empathetic. For this reason, I will not use this company again or refer anyone. The Doctor who examined my eyes was OUTSTANDING. However, Nanette needs to take some empathy training. Its really disappointing that she didnt go above and beyond to appease me considering I was the customer inconvenienced I understand people being brand new but I shouldnt have to suffer behind someone elses incompetence. If Nanette had just done more than the required, the review Id be writing would be much different. For this reason, 947 Eyes has lost a customer. I will opt to go and pay a higher price for the same exact service if I know Im going to receive much better customer service.In the words of my boss NOT MY CIRCUS,NOT MY MONKEY Thanks for the (lackluster) customer service, Nanette!Chianti.

The cheap prices for eye exams is how they get you in here, but thats exactly the kind of service you are going to get. Nanette, apparently their office manager has no sense of how to treat customers. I was unable to get my sons prescription filled because they would not allow us to order a different brand with the exact same fitting and prescription. There are several affordable options for contact lenses on the market but this company will not work with them, therefore we are forced to use whatever BRAND they choose or go to a different doctor. Which is exactly what we will be doing. I will not be bringing my business here nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else. The one star is simply because I couldnt post a review without one.

Customer service is lacking big time! I scheduled an appointment online 2 days before . Drove 40 minutes then the front desk tried to act like I wasn’t scheduled or that I was overlapped with someone at that time. I showed them my email conformation . At that point they couldn’t lie to my face anymore and finally admitted the doctor had just left for the day . They are unorganized and rude . Waste of my time . I’m going to Dr. Jon Painter in Moore,Ok from now on. Better service and prices!

The exam was quick and easy, the wait times were slow and the frame selection is poor.

Called and got in the same day. All the staff were very nice ans patient even to the screaming and destructive kids that were in there!!!! I wouldnt have been as patient and actually it took everything I had not to walk over to the parents and tell them to take care of their kids!! Dr was very pleasant and helpful . Will definitely be back! Cudos to the staff at the Midwest City store!!!!!

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. It took them 7 months to finally give me a prescription and it was wrong. The doctor they have, does not know what hes doing and had my eye strength switched between my eyes. Their machines that check your eyes is either wrong or the lady was never taught to use it correctly. The DOCTOR Argued with me, saying I was wrong about not being able to see. So I paid $90 for them to waste my time for SEVEN MONTHS. Not to mention all the gas I wasted on trips there just for them to screw up more. Went to Jones Eyecare and they corrected what 947 Eyes messed up in under 20 minutes. 10/10 would never recommend 947 Eyes to anyone.

I was really happy with my visit. The 2 ladies in the front were curteous and professional and the Dr was friendly and quick. Overall I was jus really happy with this place and recommend it.

I paid 451 bucks for a pair of glasses 2 months ago and I told them 2 ladys at front desk and the rude one said give it about 2 months cause it takes time for them to adjust to my eyes, well I went to another Dr to see if I can get them lazered, well anyways he said it does not take long to get adjusted to see in a new pair of glases if my prescriptions done right, so I took that prescription from lazer Dr and Im so stressing cause I should of asked for my money back, cause that place is so not a good place to get your eyes examined if you care about your eyes!!!!! So regretting it!!!!!

I was a little uncertain when booking my appointment because of the prices being so affordable. Although, my experience ended up being incredible!! The doctor was so friendly, he wasnt rudely rushing me out of his office, he showed true compassion to help his customers and care about their eye care along with getting to know the person. Thank you so much! I will definitley be back and definitly be spreading the word about your office. The price here for my eye exam and contact fitting was half the price or more than every office that I called in Norman. Dont judge a book by the crappy google picture. Go see eye care vision center!!!!

I visit with them yesterday. They were compassionate and caring. At least i got my eyes examined yesterday and it was 90 bucks i was happy about that. But i wish they are able to order my full prescription ...what they told me they arent a specialist . they treat people within the norm....they white lady she made me feel sad in the beginning...when she was running the test on me she said oh wow i never seen anyone vision numbers like this ever she said i can tell u this now were not gonna be able to get contacts for u ...with the power u have...we cant get a power that is over 20.....i cant get contacts with the astigatism my vision wont be at its best. I gotta wear contacts with glasses to see clear...its better than not seeing...and also i will be looking for another doctor...but overall they were ok..the white lady gave me a hug...they gave me temporary contacts ...the doctor said we are able to find ur prescription after the white lady disaproved ....

Would not dialate my eyes for exam after I requested they do. Told them I had astigmatism in my left eye but no mention on prescription. I have had to get another exam somewhere else to get it right. I can see again, NO THANKS to Eyecare Vision. Worst eye doc ever!!!!

Told me a contact exam with a 6 week supply of contacts was $89 then told after the exam that because i had astigmatism that it was going to cost me $149. All they had to do is ask i couldve told them i had astigmatism Ive had it my whole life.

Ive been coming here for years but today the customer service was aweful. Normally the staff (Lynette especially) is friendly. Today however I got here early hoping to be squeezed in, I already had an appointment scheduled for later, they have let me set here for nearly 2 hours with no recognition of where I am in the process.

I keep coming back here the staff are friendly.and there not busy when i do go to get my eye exam reasonable price that i can afford.
