Recently went through drive through here and the employee was so personable and exemplified customer service. I wish I couldve caught her name because she is a credit to her store.

Bangs are twice the price of anywhere else! Im not surprised by your prices, you have started gouging ever since forming the okc monopoly. BANG is $1.48 at Winco, Costco and 1.68 at green acres.

I love this location. Such fast service and variety make this a favorite of mine. They always have plenty of my favorite thing to purchase and that’s Dr Pepper!! I can get a 12 pack anytime. Many stores do not carry the 12 pack or they only have those extra large cans that warm up way before you can drink them. They also have a wide variety of candy and snacks. Frozen yogurt on self serve is always good, with toppings!I prefer to go in, any extra steps helps!! But with Covid and extra precautions the drive thru has gotten a lot of my business lately. You can get cold cans as well as fountain pop. Very hands!! Most things in store can be bought through the Drive Thru.

I stop here several times a week. Great staff. Clean gas. And nice food/drink selections. Keep it up.

Convenient location right off the high way. OnCue standards through and through. Great staff, stocked shelves, clean facility, but bathrooms could use more attention. 4/5 will return anytime I’m near.

Always well stocked. Drive thru is usually pretty quick but I have waited a few minutes more than once for a clerk. Her friendliness depend on the day shes having but I get it. I had my card compromised at the pump today but thats not their fault so they still get 5 stars. One Cue has the best convience store going.

This place is on my way to work making the location perfect for my morning commute. Every single time I go through the drive through and that young lady is working, I almost feel guilty for inconveniencing her!! She appears to hate her job...

As long as I don’t attempt to use the drive-through, service is spectacular! However, whenever I do choose to go through the drive-through, the wait is typically longer than any other OnCue and the lady who typically works the drive-through is not very pleasant. Most days she acts very annoyed and I have begun going to a different store because of it.

Your employee Kylie, She will not serve blacks. She made my co-worker go to a completely different line and let 2 white guys go in front of my co- worker when he was there first and Then let me, a white guy go after she refused to serve my co-worker when he was there before all of us and turned to my co-worker and told him to go to a different line because she wouldnt serve him in her line, And then let me go after he moved lines. This employee should instantly get fired, This is 2018 nobody should be acting like that ever! Racism is uncalled for in any and all circumstances!

The capuchino us awful! It is so watered down there is barely any flavor! This is the second time I have tried it here. Not again! And the womens restroom is dirty more than half of the time I use it. The only thing for this store is that the staff are actually friendly.

I have been coming to this store for several months. I have seen a change in the night shift for the better it is always clean. Until as of this week an employee ( Shane). I witnessed him being confrontational with the night manager. He did this in front of customers. I found it to be very unprofessional and will be limiting my visits to this location to only when I have no other options.

Awesome attendants here! I visit quite a bit and they always make small talk with me. For days where I am cranky, or they seem to be, they either wonder quietly perhaps ask, or if its them they will still have a smile on regardless.

I go to this place for the hotdogs and if Im lucky I will get a fresh one.

I literally hate this oncue. They next to never answer their drive thru after 9PM. I have 3 babies under 16 months and its too difficult to go inside the store. It really makes me not want to spend my money at any oncue ever again. Its really frustrating.

Its a busy store. The staff was polite. And the prices are about average. This is a fairly new location.

A great place to stop and get gas off of I-240. They have many grades of gas including: 100%, E10, Flex fuel (E85), Diesel, and CNG. Clean bathrooms and a drive thru, its hard to pass this place up. Take a stroll through the beer cave, grab a hot roller grill item, top it off with a fountain machine that is decked out with a light display.

Right off the highway with competitive prices on gas. They have everything you want in a convenient store.

The workers at this store were very rude to me. It’s the closest one to my house so I go there. I don’t like going to one farther away but the workers are just so rude here. I’m tired of all the snarky remarks from the girl with short hair and the man with red hair (I would give a name but neither of them were wearing a name tag. The only employee that was wearing one was jake, who was very nice and respectful) I would also like to point out that of the three people that went to the register to buy lottery tickets when I was there (including myself) were not asked to show their ID. I was prepared to show my ID seeing that I do look a lot younger than most people my age, but they didn’t ask me. I figured they would ask for my ID even if they didn’t ask for the others because of how young I look but no one said anything about it. I know it would help immensely to have names of these employees but I couldn’t get one, the woman was in an oncue jacket with a long sleeve T-shirt under, the man was in an oncue polo. I really hate to write negative reviews and I rarely do so, but this was very uncalled for and I do not appreciate the way I was treated.

Convient right off I-240, this is one of the newer On Cue locations in the Oklahoma City Metro. This location offers 100% gas, 10% ethanol gas, and diesel. Inside the store they offer the following: fountain drinks/ice tea varities, several coffee options, from items (hotdogs and deep fried items), frozen yogurt, package drinks, and several other snack options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restrooms were very clean like other In Cue locations that I have visited in the Oklahoma City Metro. I would rate this location a solid 5 stars.

I have been going to this store since it opened. Before, I went to 711 on 89th Street. In the past month or so I have noticed the laziness and just pure lack of care have been deteriorating. I spend a minimum $18 atleast 6 days a week in the morning, I fill my truck up twice a week there (50 gallons minimum), plus the few bucks here and there when I drive by and want something to drink or snack on. About 3 weeks ago I was there at my usual time in the morning (approx 4am) and the southside doors were locked, the attendant came to unlock the door and apparently it was too difficult a task for him so he said through the door “you gonna have to use the other doors, so I got in my truck and went on my way. I didnt go back for a few days. I went in this morning to purchase my usual morning stuff. One gentleman was behind the counter and a new girl ringing my things up. I buy a can of smokeless tobacco everyday with my things. The gentleman knew what I get so he got the can and handed it to the other girl. She then asked for my ID, I laughed and said Im 46 years old. I showed her my ID in my wallet, she asked me to take it out. I told her I would not take it out and I will be going back to 711 and spend my $180 a week there like I did before they opened. Its only 5 blocks out of my way. Im done with any oncue, they all seem to have a lackluster attitude.I want to say thank you for your response to the owner. I did decide to go back. I was there yesterday 2/8/18. I just arrived at work 2/9/18 and am saying this, I will definitely not be back. I came in got the items I purchase, walk to the counter and wait. In this time another customer walks in and waits behind me. During this whole the young lady saw us there and continued to clean or stock a shelf. She didnt wake to the counter until I said we are ready. She said nothing during this whole process. I paid for my items and as I was walking out she in a condescending voice have a good day, I replied do your job. The customer service is such a joke. Ive never been to a place where you have patrons standing at a check out counter and the person working completely ignores this fact. I pass 3 different 7/11s on my way to work plus the 711 on 89th and sooner. It is obvious this young lady needs to be trained or try a different line of work.
