Went in to get food, while the grill was closed .. I was really upset about the woman behind the counter vaping. Put that thing out and go outside. Thats nasty and shouldnt be done where you normally make and serve food. Same as smoking inside. No one wants that.Update: I called the store to see if a manager was in. Sarah answered the phone, since there was only one woman working, I asked her name, and verified a brief description. I said, ok you are the one I am complaining about. This woman called me from her personal phone with some tacky innuendo. When I called it back there was no answer. So I called the store back .. she answered in a falsetto and was super catty. I guess she really doesnt like her job.

So many things have changed here. Its under new management & the owner is a really nice guy, you can call & get in touch with them personally. Almost all new staff there & theyre nice & helpful most of the time. No longer serves hot food like their other property but they do have lots of hot breakfast food & fresh pizza till about 3 or when they sell out. Please dont let the bad reviews stop you from coming in, give it a shot & then decide for yourself.

The cashier is the rudest bitterest lady I ever came across and has no customer skills whatsoever not only after she called me out of my name she threw my change. I’ve read the previous reviews and I’m glad I’m not the only one who has had such a bad experience at this store. Great store, great coffee, and great selections but I will not return here and I will make it a point to contact the owner.Update: Located the owner and called him he was really sweet and apologetic. He was not aware of the occurrences and said he would address them.

Came in after reading these reviews, figured Id give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again. The food selection and quality is sub-par, even at lunch time, and the customer service is not good either. Pretty disappointed, I shouldve gone the few extra miles to a legitimate OnCue instead of this knock-off. The store is nice and has great potential but a business is only as good as its employees are. Might try again in a while but for now I wont be coming back.

The bathroom is NEVER open. I think they just dont want to clean it. They always have the bathroom blocked. I would avoid this place.

This store really does diserve the term Convenience Store! Its located right where it should be. Plus there isnt another one across the Street. Very convenient. Plus they have all kinds of selections of everything. Above average convenience.

I was charged a $150 pre authorization fee to buy $20 worth of gas!! Gas here is way overpriced to begin with. Save yourself the headache of exorbitant fees coming out of your account and go to the 7-11 down the street.

Last week I dropped in your store for some Lottery tickets. Your clerk/manager in charge was very rude to me. I always thought the customer was to be treated with kindness regardless of why they were buying. This does not happen at your store. I can see now why it isnt used enough to stay open 24 hours. I will never stop there again.

Need more cashiers to wait on customers.Always have to stand in line with 6 to 10 customers waiting.While two other employees behind counter talking.Happens all the time.Im now driving two miles further to get better customer service.

This place has the rudest employees Ive ever dealt with. Their gas prices on the pump never accurately reflects their large signs out front. Ive had multiple times where the pump was higher, and yes I know there is a difference between the cash and credit prices. When I went inside to complain there was no apologies for inconvenience just thats what were told so too bad for you. I almost consider this false advertisement, showing a cheaper price on the big board and then charging more at the pump, and stating they just changed. Change the big sign first. Ill avoid this place.

My parents do not speak english and they went to that store. They were using a translator and the lady was still acting like she did not understand. At the end she was mocking at them (in front of them). Eventhough my parents do not speak the language, they understood what she was saying and her body language.I live very close and my husband and I go to that gas station in a regular basis. I hope the owner can read this message and either talk or change the cashier because they will loose customers because of her attitude.

Rudest manager I’ve ever seen, didn’t like small talk and started calling me racist slurs at me because I was “white” screaming “Yo mama” and “cracker” what kind of leadership does this their customers and how come you can’t get a hold of owner? I should have calf the media and let them see these actions

Honestly, Ive never come across any type of negativity or disrespectfulness at this gas station and I come here about a few times a week to grab a drink or some chips and ice cream and every single time, theyre friendly to me. As for the served food Id say you pay for what you get🤷🏽‍♂️

Clean store but I’m extremely disappointed that when I get here by 9 they’ve stopped making hot breakfast sandwiches.The woman at the register also doesn’t pay any real attention to customer service.Just.... disappointed. I’ll go down the street from now on. This place could be so much more with real attention to customer service.

First time I have stopped here, and was excited that they had no Ethanol gas, since this is on my daily route. Worst customer service I have received in years. I asked for owners name and number, but she refused to give it. I will tell the next 50 people I speak to how bad this place is, and I began with telling my son in law who owns a construction company, to tell his contractors not to stop here. Additionally, their Coke fountain products appear to be watered down. Just say no to this place!

Watch the pricing on gas. They charge five cents more per gallon if you use a credit or debit card. They are eight cents per gallon higher than OnCue at 240 & Sooner plus five cents per gallon if you use a card to pay.

I went in to grab a pop. And with a gas receipt you get a free pop and need to show a receipt. I showed this lady my receipt and she told me “I am just trying to go home”. I called and asked for a manager, same lady answered and I told her that someone made a rude comment toward me and she yes that it was her and she had been there all day. And hung up on me. Will not ever be attending this convenience store again.

They allowed $900 worth of fraudulent charges to be placed against my card in a 3 day period, $150 at a time, while the card was still in my possession. I cant even imagine how one would begin to spend this much at a convenience store without a PIN number or appropriate ID, so...???

This place recently opened. Being new i expected a few issues. I live fairly close to the station and can hear the radio they play from my home. My wife went and asked them if they could please turn it down because we can literally hear every word, 30 minutes after she left the volume returned to the prevous levels. btw... they play 98.9 although the last couple of days its been country music. Last night, even though the store was closed and they turned off every light to the place, they left the radio on all night. Just a little courtesy to the people that live near by might actually help them. I will not be doing business with them and will do everything I can to discourage my friends from doing business with them untill they can be a little neighborly for those that live in the area.
