Dont buy gas here. Bait and switch..some pumps dont sell regular e10 gas..its a shell game..some pumps are 40 cents more per gallon or you have to look for another pump..real rip off.Go elsewhere.

Do not get gas here with your card!!!!!For whatever ridiculous reason, they put a 75.00 hold on your card for three days. The staffs great but I won’t ever get gas here again. Beware.

Worked there for 3 months. Worked on 2 covid notes and was told to give away drinks and food if you buy lottery tickets. When asked to speak to HR about my covid notes I was terminated for going to a court hearing for DHS. They do NOT follow covid protocol and they also do not adhere to state or federal guidelines because they are deemed a small business. My attorney has reached out to station 7 to get to hr. He has been hung up on and the emails have been deleted. Most food was stale and the price of cigarettes are to match gallardia.

Customer service is horrible, I asked to speak to a manager on duty for information regarding a Valero gas card. The manager was extremely rude, as I was speaking to her she interrupted our conversation to show a customer pictures on her cellular device. She was very snappy, when I tried to get her attention back, I understand it was an early morning but geeze, have some respect lady!

Uhg. I have unfortunately been forced to use this gas station for the sake of convenience but I will forevermore go out of my way to use any other convenience station.Everything is overpriced at least by a dollar, the coffee is as cold as the hearts of the employees, and the daytime staff is just plain rude.Id give the night shift people five stars because they are friendly and nice (unlike the racist night-time employee of the Memorial/May location: PS - READ THAT REVIEW!).Besides the hideous coffee and pricing, the worst part is that employees pretend youre not there as they converse with each other about their boring, pathetic lives. They ignore you. Every time I go in to grab a powerbar and energy drink for my workaholic boyfriend I conduct an experiment - I go up to the counter, look my cashier in the eye and ask nicely with a smile (as is expected of me at my own job) hello, how are you today? they ignore me and continue their important sh*tshoot parrot talk.I was checking out with a new employee who didnt reply to my usual greeting and the trainer grilled her in front of me (who does that!??) for not responding to me when I remember full well the dude had never said a word to me ever before during the multiple transactions I have had with him. Gross. Not even the manager will say hello. They will, however, say hello when Im wearing a low-cut shirt (another experiment I try). I can even hear them talking about it as I leave.Millennial Trash Wanted Only resume qualifications a MUST here during the day shift. At night when I get my ice and mixer for the drinks I make after work to deal with smiling all day the cool dude and nice chick are awesome and have real customer service skills/are pleasant. They have earned this rating another star. Hire some more stars for this place to pick up, please. Stars like the ones who run the liquor store, Jimmy Johns, and yogurt places next door. The management at these places do a good job hiring personable millennials with actual people skills! They are amazing and I love giving my money to them! Not here. Not at the Memorial/MacArthur Station.

I mainly like to go here because its busy and I feel safer getting gas. I usually see cops too. I dont mind much it costs more for gas.

Place sucks. Chick at night closes early with her boyfriend inside. And keeps the open sign on...so when i walk up they dont open and just hide in back..

Fair prices and a nice store. But the customer service in the morning during the week days is nothing to be desired and shows a lack of respect for customers entering the premises.

I was just cussed out by the male clerk because I had the audacity to let him know that a customer at the pump needed help and the call button didnt seem to be working. The clerk essentially chased me out of the store (where I had already made a purchase) and called me a number of names and other profanities. He then was extremely rude to the 80-something-year-old man who didnt know how to use his card at the pump. Worst experience Ive ever had. I live a block away and will certainly go out of my way for gas before I ever return to this store.
