0 stars. Their number to check in doesnt get answered. My appointment was at 8 am. Its now 945 and Im still waiting on the street

As a truck driver I will not go this place anymore. Waited 3 hours until they gave me the door, then waited another 3.5 hours until they decided to start unloading. Then they decided to charge me a restocking fee for nothing, the load was in the same shape as it was loaded, I have two cameras in my trailer and can prove that.Be aware, you will be hold at this place for like a half day for unloading your trailer that was loaded for about an hour.

The phone number is disconnected as others have said. I used the intercom at the gate and it worked.Then theres an intercom at the receiving which took a while to get answered.A bald white gentleman with glasses came out on a Saturday morning to grab my bol and stated there is a $16 charge per pallet and that there was an ATM down the road.I told him we dont do cash, just credit cards, efs or comcheks. He said he would see what he could do and never mentioned the fee again.Unloaded fairly quickly, you have to either do a u turn in the parking lot or blind side back in.

Will never come back hope they never get another load of produce again the way they treat drivers

Slow, and its capstone for a lumper service...thats says volumes! Be parked on the road before 6am, guy in a pickup will come by and grab your bills, put your phone number on them. 7am appointment, its now 1030 am...for 3 pallets and a 350 dollar lumper fee. 1 star would not visit again

I always have trouble checking in here the numbers on the sign do not work fresh point you need to update your receiving numbers ! To ones that actually work please thanks ! Walk up to the main office we’re employee parking is and buzz the button maybe theylll get tired of it and eventually get the right numbers put up there had 7am apt truck got behind 40 minutes later and got door before I did not ever coming back here ever again !!! Makes me mad others get to go in front of you when you were here this morning first !!!

I tell you if truck drivers checked including me the reviews of pick/ del. we would have a lot less stress for drivers and a place like would out of biz cauz no one in their mind would even think to come so dont come

There is no staging area if they are busy,docks are tight, but they are professional and quick!!!

Hey so 1 star yall for the driver that almost killed me just now by not stopping at the stop sign right there at the off ramp next to this place. I was getting off the highway and your driver was coming south on the service road and did not stop or slow down or anything. Hopefully this driver doesnt kill anyone.

I know drivers must have bad experience. It was my first time coming here. got unloaded and paper done in less then 2 hours. Place is tight but not bad so 5 stars. Staff is very friendly

No review yet.... However there are bad reviews followed up with great reviews. So this being the case that could mean the company is having positive post posted, to offset the negative ones that could be genuine or on the other hand it could be a disgruntled employee or one bad driver. Cant wait to find out how ever dont look forward for my post... dont review. I will say after 2 hrs, they will unequivocally be charged !!

Phone number wasnt working but a guy came out to me in the street. Straight into a door and unloading. Cant ask for much better than that. Is little tight especially if theres other trucks there. Right at 45 minutes to unload full trailer. Very friendly workers.

One of the most slowest companies around when we talk about loading/unloading trucks.TRUCKERS STAY AWAY unless you like being parked for hours in docks...

They were a great company to work for. Yes every company has its problems, but at least this one continued to try and improve.

Not the fastest, but everyone was friendly. Park on the street and call the number on the sign to check in. Tight lot, so they funnel u in from the right to the left.

First come first serve... been here since 6am didnt get called in until noon its almost 2pm and they still havent started to unload my trailer. So I check back and door is still closed and product everywhere from the two drivers I was ahead of according to their first come first serve policy. I will never come back to this location no matter how great the load pays.Update: its 250pm and they are just now starting to unload.

Im amazed that this one is worse to deliver to than the San Antonio location. Its like they design their buildings with an actual hatred towards truck drivers.

Best Produce company in Oklahoma! If you want cheap produce, go shop at Wal-Mart. You get what you pay for.
