My son and I had the the best service in men’s suits. Carol was very knowledgeable about fit and style. She was patient and attentive. We truly were blown away with the experience of finding the perfect suit. Top notch all around!

When I see a Von Maur a stop is all but assured. Great company and another great location. Shopped the mens department and was provided with excellent, friendly service. Impressed with the name labels as always and the good deals on sale items. Oklahoma City is lucky to have such a nice store.

I really like the store. The employee was very nice that I came in contact with. I needed to use the Restroom and she showed me. Its called the Women Lounge, its a beautiful place. Im kinda picky when it comes to restrooms. I figured it would be nice but when I went in I felt like a Vegas Style Restroom. Its really nice!! I am Buc-cees fan and their restrooms are hard to beat but VON MAUR is running neck and neck with Buc-cees. The only thing Buc-cees have and they dont is attendances. The Womens Lounge is a great place. You have to check it out.

I love browsing this store. Definitely pricey compared to other stores - but its a great place to mosey around at the mall.

The lady in the children’s department made a real hissy fit because she THOUGHT me and my lovely girl friend went in between the registers. She gave us some real serious attitude and totally ruined the great mood we had going on and definitely turned me off from a sale. I couldn’t get her name, but she was kinda Asian looking, I dunno. You’d think a place this expensive would have better customer service!

Love this huge department store. Had never been to a Bon Maur as its an east coast store but this rivals west coast Nordstrom. Plenty of help and hardly a soul shopping make it a pleasure shopping at Von Maur.

I was really disappointed when I visited. My friend and I decided to stop in because we were in the area. Knowing it was supposed to be a more expensive store, we were excited to see what they had to offer. However, from the moment we walked in, we received nothing but judgemental stares and only one employee asked us if we needed assistance. We werent dressed badly or slovenly but I guess they decided we didnt belong by our appearance. Neither of us will be back.

Im sure its an awesome place for someone. Not really my style though. A bit pricey and formal, so Im sure they have a loyal following of upper class patrons. Walked through from the parking area to enter the main mall, so I only got a small taste.

Located in quail springs Mall. Store presents a nice atmosphere.But there is nothing there a particular interest to men. Womens clothing is like that found in Dillards. In 2 hours in the store of searching my wife found nothing of a style or quality that she desired.This is sad as shopping was in the past and enjoyable experience but with so many made Chinese made items of poor quality in the stores it is more of an ordeal.

Tried to buy sale shoes and you are unable to get shipping on items anymore. Will never buy another thing from here again. I have bought over 50 pairs of shoes and all have shipped. Bunch of bull. I will stick with Dillards.

I love their sale racks, but lately it seems like they have a different buyer because Im finding less clothes I like than I did a year ago. Their clearance shoes are great, I often find comfortable work shoes from brands like Comfortiva that are stylish and that I can wear all day while on my feet. The store is also just beautiful by itself, and the associates are helpful and friendly. Their gift wrapping service has changed a bit due to covid, but they will still provide free wrapping paper and ribbon for you to wrap the boxes yourself! Overall a great store, and my favorite department store in Oklahoma. Very glad this came to Quail Springs!

Best department store in town, hands down! All the staff are helpful and many are even bilingual. Their selection is second to none, though they are proud of their products, and the prices reflect this pride. I cant shop here often, but I try to hit the clearance racks for my daughter twice a year.

This is my upmost favorite shopping place! I always feel like the staff is there to only serve you! There is such an amazing select of moderate to fine goods. You can almost find anything you could need from clothes to home goods. I absolutely love this place! On a bonus note - when you purchase an item they gift wrap for free and it is truly beautiful.

My wife went to this store today to do some shopping and was walking around looking for an out fit when she noticed that 3 female employees kept following her then as she made herself to the restroom because my daughter needed to go use them one of the 3 women followed her in to the restroom and and was checking up on her i dont know what they were thinking, that if only because she is Hispanic she might stealsomething . This is very upsetting to hear and even more that she left with out buying the outfit she found and really liked just because they made her feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This is very disrespectful and I would think that they would hold their employees to higher standards

Von Maur is fabulous. Its beautiful and its an enjoyable place to shop, whether youre on a mission or just browsing. They have a pianist, great brands, and plenty of convenient surface parking. Sales team is second to none.

Im upset to hear that Von Maur is doing nothing to protect their dedicated employees during the current COVID-19 pandemic. I personally know an employee who had tested positive who most likely contracted the virus at the store. They have not provided any hand sanitizer, partitions, anything. They were always wearing their mask, but that wasnt enough. Beyond that, they are at home very sick battling COVID and the store continues to call and ask when they will be back at work. Im completely disgusted with Von Maurs response to the pandemic, response to their employees, and the complete disregard for guests safety. I will NEVER step foot in the store again and will be telling everyone single person I meet to do the same.

Everyone is always so friendly at Von Maur.the cashiers are so sweet, the sales people are always helpful, and they have great sales. We have found several formals for my daughters and Baby gifts, shoes, even cosmetics for a reasonable price. Plus the live piano music is so relaxing. A pleasant experience.

Excellent store. They have live piano music almost every day if not every day. Picture Dillards but no freaking shopper stalkers, and a MUCH better atmosphere. So open and comfortable. Cheaper than dillards as well. Surprisingly not ridiculous on pricing compared to other similarly sized department stores.

Its overpriced. You can get better deals on the exact same brands at places like kohls. Malls are dying off to places like Amazon due to failure to adapt, too bad.

Von Maur is definitely an exquisite/elegant type of store. They offer a variety of quality items with different brands. I have seen a pianist here playing beautifully. It really makes for a pleasant shopping experience. The staff is friendly as well.

Pretty good department store. The animatronic tree was not working. Obviously that would make the place a five star facility. But they had a good selection of clothes for children without it being overwhelming. Also the childrens clothes didnt seem to say anything too pretentious like Im the boss so thats always a plus. Too bad about the tree though.

My favorite place to shop! I grew up in the Quad Cities where Von Maur has their headquarters. I would go a few times a week because I loved it so much. About a year after I moved to Oklahoma they opened this store in OKC! To say I was excited was an understatement! I drive from Tulsa just to shop here. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Whether your in Iowa, Illinois or Oklahoma, I can say Von Maur’s customer service is second to none. Also, LOVE the shoe room!

We bought my boys shoes here, I wish I could remember the gentlemans name but he was so kind and helpful and patient with my busy young boys. We will definitely be back.

We love everything we bought. My only hang up is the prices and the quality . A white t-shirt with Kiss on it was $54.00. it got a hole in it the second day she wore it. A red friends shirt at also over $50 bled on to her white undershirt. A black and white stretch top shrunk after first wash. Great designs but poor quality and with the prices they charge you would expect better. This was in the juniors department. The vintage tin chapstick at the counter for over $10, you can buy directly from the company at $2.99. Upstairs in the toddler section, better quality and better prices.

Cant say anything about the store really. Is nice looking but honestly I dont shop there. Most of the time its just more convenient to park at one of their doors and walk through.

Love this place. Cannot say enough good things. Cosmetics, women’s shoes, clothing and accessories. Juniors. Men’s. My thoughts-not enough boys 8-20. They also have a store in OPKS that is worth a visit.

Both my Daughters always want me to meet them here if we are going to shop. They shop I pay. Ha! Its is nice merchandise and while it can be pricey. They do have some great bargains.

First time shopping here. I like the staff on todays shift @ 3:30pm. They treated me and my fam like they knew us and let us do us while we shopped. No hovering or any pressure to upsale us into buying more items. Other stores in this mall should take some notes from these folks. Much respect to this place.

Loved shopping at Von Maur. Was disappointed I could not find a leopard coat like they have in the womens department, Calvin Klein.Your sales people are very friendly and try to be helpful. Would certainly give five stars for over all appearance.

I like Von Maur and have purchased goods a few times but I am not happy to hear that the security guard told a good friend of mine two years ago that he could not afford anything in the store and that he should leave. I hear about something like this again and it will be the last. Not cool.

Upper scale department store. Clothing prices are on the high side. I hope that translates in better quality. Well see after the clothes go through a few wash cycles. Appears lots of the clothes are hand washables, not great for a working mom. Sales clerks were not pushy which is a plus.

Staff was friendly,accommodating, and was very patient with my children while we looked through about 10 different Swarovski crystal pens. One associate even kept track of my childrens name and referred to them by their name the entire interaction. Prices were very well considering it being a department store.

We shop jewelry and shoes here, good bargains, jewelry manager is so knowledgeable regarding the higher price point pieces and she is friendly. I do not care for the clothes, believe they need buyers with more fashion sense.

I cant afford to shop here but here are five stars for their outstanding family room. I have changed my kids diaper here many times. The room is always clean and is miles above the family rooms near the food court.
