DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! I was working there for 2 months had missed a couple days because of sickness I had a note from a doctor stating I was indeed sick! I get a call stating they were letting me go for “poor attendance” I was like how when everyone is either 1: late everydayOr 2: didn’t show up at all! I was working there with my girlfriend we were hired at the same time. My supervisor keina wanted to report us to HR for PDA for whatever reason when we would never hold hands kiss or anything of that sort at the work place. They are very prejudice and a terrible place for employment!!!

Not a good caring place to work for. I was hired here. I was trying my best to make money to take care of my child and, I. Today was my first day, I sure did like the job and was trying to learn how to do the work. Unfortunately during my one hour break my child got sick and I had to go see about my baby. With this coronavirus going on I had to get her to the doctor asap. Things happen, Im a honest person and have nothing to lie about. I called the staffing agency and told them what was going on and that, I would give them a doctors note asap. I get a call from the staffing agency they told me that electro enterprises released me and to dont come back. Why would you do that? Was it because, I parked in a handicap parking space? Are you discriminating against people with disabilities? Because people with disabilities can work!!!! Did you think I lied? I see why this company is in need of help. My advice to you is to watch how you treat people. You never know when you may be in need of a job. You never know when something unexpected may come up. This is a crazy world people just dont care or have a heart its so sad...

Poor place to work, benefits, and management. Brenda in HR will talk openly about personal issues concerning employees to other employees and outside people. Vacation is not vacation time any accrued time is used whenever you are unable to work: sick or unexcused absences. Work is not worth the time or effort at all for the work you do. Management cant be trusted. Office workers are caddy and out to get each other. Office management is lazy and unwilling to work or train. They will make use of the at will policy and will fire you for the littlest things. If you follow the chain of command or speak your mind you will get fired.

Very unorganized! Youre only a number. This organization will move you around in your first week of employment, whether you want to move or not. The trainers are very unprofessional & lack common sense, very unprofessional. Please if you have the ability to find a real job, look somewhere else. Do not waste your time with this high turnover job.
