Pandora is an amazing store but when it comes to Management here its seriously lacking. How are you going to set up an interview and not even be there at the store at the time you (the manager) suggested very unprofessional. Pandora should seriously consider choosing a Manager that actually knows what theyre doing because Tammys lacking in this area hope all the other customers/guests are treated differently.
My sister ordered a ring for her best friends birthday and the delivery date was pushed back four times. Pandora issued a refund without my sister asking for one. She emailed them and they weren’t helpful in the slightest. They only gave a 15% discount and the ring came 3 weeks late.
Went in to have a bracelet cleaned. I have only had it for about a year and it looks awful. The girl cleaned it and handed it back to me looking the same. She told me if I wanted a deeper cleaning to look like it did when we bought it, I would have to come back on a different day next week when they werent having a sale. Then she said oxidation makes all of the bracelets look that and I could buy a cleaning kit for home. Since it was the same kit she used in the store, I didnt think it was worth it.

I am not one to post bad reviews, but my experience here was incredibly disappointing. My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Pandora (with a warranty), and not a month into wearing it, my ring started losing stones. We went in to the store this week to see if they could help us fix it or replace it and the MANAGER immediately turned us away without any helpful explanation or advice. I had been incredibly careful with my ring, but in less than a month, it had a slight bend in the band, and the manager explained that the warranty would not cover that (which-I can understand). What I cannot understand, however, is how a manager can speak to customers in such a rude manner and then not offer any helpful advice moving forward. Word for word, the manager said, “let me put it this way, you don’t buy a brand new car from a dealership, wreck the car, and then walk into the dealership expecting a brand new car-it doesn’t work that way.” I can respect a warranty, but I CANNOT respect a manager who treats customers so poorly with such an attitude. Thankfully, there is a Zales in the same mall so my fiancé and I took our business there.

One of my favorite stores at Penn square mall, and the love the staff!
This was my first experience in a Pandora Store and unfortunately it will be my last. I walked into the Penn Square Store at about 2 pm. A stone faced associate with a pad and pen informed me there was a 20 minute wait to see an associate. I have worked in retail for 20 years. You have one chance to welcome your customer. There wasn’t even a “Welcome to Pandora”. Clearly they have more business than they need so I will buy my jewelry elsewhere.
The associate at the penn square store really helped me with my decision and was really nice I have enjoyed my visit in this store several times with a very plesent experience.Thank you for you service I got the thank you for being my mom charm from my children today .
Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced!!
Th assistant manager wasn’t cooperative with me. All I wanted was to exchange an unworn ring and she didn’nt help and said i couldn’t do so. I was told she would ask her manager and get back to me but she never did. I came myself a couple weeks later to the store and the manager was kind enough to do it with no problems.
Lesly slater was an amzing help..3 weeks ago i saw two charms that i wanted for someone special and she looked above and beyond to find them. Thanks Lesly! I love the option to customize. Pandora is an amazing gift for that special someone.
Cant go wrong in here, always tasteful stuff. Judy took really good care of us, we wore her out for a few hours and ended up making a purchase finally. Judy hung in there though, she never complained, just worked her tail off and got us to something we liked.
Waited for a while which is no big deal, but when salesperson helped someone who walked in after me, that was not great and if I am in there for 10-15 min it would be nice if one salesperson said I will be with you in a bit, or at least acknowledge a customers presence with a head nod or something.
