I hate to put a bad review, but I really have to. The seller, Nate, was the worst seller I have ever seen. I asked him how long takes for engrave, he said 1 hour, he tone was horrible, I asked nicely is it possible to be faster and he rudely said No, the person before me didnt get a S.. done. I asked ok, so are sure 1 hour is enough; then, he said no it will be tomorrow, and he was kind of yelling, I said ok, why you are taking this way, what is the kind of customer service? And he was keep taking and even heard F word 😲😲😲 can you believe????

Husband absolutely loves this place! Staff is very helpful and there is a great selection of items to find for gifts. Purchased a lot of wedding supplies andngifts and was not disappointed with results of engraving.

Sunday at noon I placed an order for 4 mason jars to be engraved with a little symbol, and was told repeatedly they would be ready by Tuesday when they open at 10:00 a.m. They simply couldnt have them ready before then. Reluctantly, I went ahead and bought them anyway, even though that was really pushing my timeline. Tuesday I went in after noon, and of course they werent ready yet. Perhaps it is asking too much to get a phone call to inform me that my order wouldnt be ready on time, but apparently policy is to let people waste their time driving to the mall to pick them up before finding out they arent done. So that irked me. And then that evening when I was finally able to make it back, albeit very rushed and having had my already busy day all that much more chaotic because of TWO trips I had to make to the mall to pick up my order, the girl asked me how I was doing. I replied very rushed. Apparently that is an invitation to move as slowly as possible to show me that my order had FINALLY been finished, as well as an invitation to tell me all about how her husband has a photographic memory. It was very weird and unappreciated given my circumstances. If a store is going to screw up someones order/day, they should at least have the consideration to not add fuel to the fire by piling on as much as they can. The store has a couple people who are helpful, friendly, and competent, but truthfully, with the 3 or 4 people who helped me from start to finish, I would STRONGLY encourage shoppers to try the location at Quail Springs Mall before giving Penn Square Malls location a try. Theyre honestly not all that with it. And frankly it cant come as much of a surprise; their check-out desk is COVERED in files/papers...its very cluttered! I wouldnt have mentioned that, except Id been in the store a few times before just browsing but noticed every time that the desk was very messy. Its just not a well run location, so people should play it safe and go to a different location!

One of the WORST experiences ever. i was told i would have a custom necklace done 3 days before i needed it and when i called to go pick it up they told me it wouldn’t be ready for another month???? and after i asked to talk to the boss she told me she can’t give out her number. nobody that i talked to took me serious or cared.

I had an ex (her name is gabby) she bought me a bracelet from here(i dont even like bracelets) and she got our names engraved on it (creepy) anyways i still have the bracelet bc its such nice quality. if you know a couple with the names of gabby and kurtis who are avid bracelet users PLEASE let me know
