Be sure to read this corrupt companies insurance policy and if you must order from them use UPS or FedEx for delivery, pay for full coverage insurance, and file a police report the first day your packages don’t arrive. Signature delivery from USPS now has a million loopholes due to Covid (they can leave it on the street at a different address if they want) - this cost me almost $2,000 so I’m trying to help the future generations out here. Any American company that operates like this should be put of of business by us....not ordering from them

Just received my gold coin today Thursday - I ordered it Monday. I’ve done business with many online dealers in the years I’ve been collecting coin and currency. I’m down to dealing with APMEX exclusively. They are the best!

The product is excellent. I was disappointed in the delivery in that UPS dropped the package at my doorstep without getting the required signature. Fortunately, they did ring the doorbell. Since I was home, it worked out OK.

What was best was I called them recently at lunch about my order. I thought I would be on hold forever like many sites but got a real person in a minute. No frequent transfers and polite service. This was the first and last time I will order from this company. I placed an order and verified my billing and shipping address. Keep in mind I have NEVER ordered from this company before. My order was then sent to an address that I have not lived in for 11 years!! I placed a claim in with the company to ask why. The response was there is nothing that can be done since it has already been shipped. I was told it was my responsibility to make arrangements to receive a product that this company sent to the wrong address to. So in the end I am out a few bucks and no product to show for it. I would not recommend this company and recommend that you shop elsewhere. I had posed this review on their website and it was not published. Only positive reviews on their website it seems? Terrible customer service experience.

My first purchase from an online bullion was through Apmex. It was an obscure round celebrating the quincentennial of the exploration done by Christopher Columbus. The round is still in the original plastic and the condition of the round is immaculate. After that purchase, I decided to make most of my coin purchases, I didn’t buy any rounds through Apmex. Two issues I have is that they price there stuff way higher than other online sites and they can cancel in order if they make a price error.

I have ordered tens of thousands of dollars worth of precious metals from Apmex. If everything goes OK, they are a fine place to order from. If there is even a simple problem with something, they are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their customer service agents are rude, sarcastic, and have no desire to help you. They instead choose to tell you in a demeaning way why they don’t have to do anything at all for you. Garbage customer service.

They speak with a forked tongue especially head of hr Corbin and hr rocsha those two have no clue what integrity is much less any form of honesty. I feel horrible for anyone that has to associate themselves with the prince and princess of lies and two faced.

At first I did have a negative experience related to my payment method. I had made a mistake and selected the wrong payment method. Getting that payment method changed and corrected took a little bit of effort, in this case, but to be clear the mistake was mine. After a short delay and after following up with APMEX on the telephone (I spoke with Nick), the problem has been corrected. APMEX also has an active social media presence and they reached out from there to provide additional assistance. I have bumped my review up to 5 stars. APMEX has really reached out and taken care of my problem. They have demonstrated that they value me as a customer. I will continue to purchase precious metals from them. Precious metals are a big part of my retirement plan and also a part of my childrens college fund. As such I plan to make purchases periodically into the future. Thank you APMEX- you corrected my problem, took care of me and, and have earned my continued business and loyalty.

APMEX appears to make a habit of holding checks while claiming to have not yet recieved them. They then charge you if ask them to honor or cancel, the excuse being that the price of product has changed even if it does reflect market change.

HORRIBLE company!!!! I was defrauded on my credit card and tried to contact them. I was told that since they already shipped the product, there is nothing they can do for me. In order to find out more info, I was told to get a subpoena and good luck!!! They will rather protect their criminal client base than to take care of hard working people who were cheated out of their money!!! What a shame!!!!

Ive had absolutely NOTHING but top rate buying experiences with APMEX, and am pleased to tell other consumers that this exceptionally good company is based right here in my hometown of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.I have purchased palladium, platinum, gold, and silver bullion through APMEX (both through its website and eBay store alike), and have NEVER had a dissatisfying experience doing so.The folks at APMEX really need to claim their Yelp page, though -- I cant imagine why no one has claimed the companys Yelp page and responded to consumers there.
