I went to The Honey Baked Ham Co. for the first time this morning as soon as they opened at 6:30 am (as I saw a line going out the doors the day before). The employees opened the door with a smile and helped me order as I explained that I had never been there before. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and there was nothing but positivity and a warmness from the employees (at 6:30 in the morning!). I wanted to leave a review so that they know how appreciated they are, especially during this particular season. I will gladly be getting my ham from here for any occasion that I may have here on out!

Called to have a ham delivered to a grieving family lady on the phone very nasty said she would charge me $25 to go 7 miles when I told her that was expensive she very nasty said maybe they could do it for $20 apparently charge by certain neighborhoods not distance

Probably one of their busiest days of the year and their power goes out. Each and every employee were so gracious and helpful. I had never been to this place before but I will definitely be back.

Not very happy to get there and get told there is no ham. PERIOD!!!.We received a gift card and the people told us they had no ham and didnt know when they was getting more

All of the staff that I interacted with was very helpful. Very fast service. I did overhear a customer mention that some of the weights and pricing for hams were not correct so make sure you check what you purchased.

Took an hour standing in line. Found out why... people working there are not trained... they dont know what they are doing! They kept needing help. Go to the other store this year and avoid that mess on May Ave!!Dont know what the manager was thinking. Already told coworkers.I go every year but this is the first year to experience such bad service. Good food but not worth the aggravation and the time it took. Hope the manager does better quickly. A lot of people were not happy at all!!

Delicious hams and they make lunches. They even offer ice to pack your hams in for travel on hot days. They pack well and are very friendly

I have enjoyed the high quality food and helpful staff ever since my first visit back in November of 2015. The food from their sandwich bar is amazing. And if you come in on your birthday than you can get a free Ham Classic Combo.

Shout out to you guys! I am new to the area and had been to the Subway next door a couple times. I saw this place and wanted to give ti a try, it was well worth it. The ham taste so fresh and the staff was so friendly. Ill be going back for sure, I might even get a holiday ham this year. :)

Always a positive experience!! We only had to stand in line for about 20 minutes today. They are so organized the line moves fast. LOVE the hams and found out today that they sell bones for soup!

My employer gives me a gift certificate for this place every year! The ham is soooo good! They also have great side items, a little pricey but worth it.

I am the CEO of a NPO called Averys Angels Gastroschisis Foundation. one of our families has had a particularly tough year and has been back and forth from OK to Boston for their sons life all year. Because of his illness and immune system they were not able to be with family this Thanksgiving and knowing all theyve endured we had to do something. I called on Monday and spoke with Logan who took down the order and my information to pay for a meal for them. The moms home nurse called and canceled the morning she was suppose to pick up, and of course its their busy season. The mom did text me and say that the staff was so wonderful, helped them through the line with her son having all his medical equipment with him, that various people in line allowed her to cut, and then the staff and folks there helped her to her car. What a WONDERFUL way to set up a holiday for a family. We are SO grateful to the wonderful service to this family. They went above and beyond at this Honey Baked Ham and certainly deserve some appreciation.

A go-to whenever ham is called for during the holidays. The boxed options for sides are nice to round out the meal. But the win is the lunch sandwiches. Nothing quite like a ham sandwich from there for lunch.
