The doctor was amazing helpful. The issue I had was with scheduling. We scheduled my childs follow up appointment and her hearing test for immediately afterwards. The stall did not schedule the hearing test and we had to wait a full month to be seen for it. We were given the address of the hearing test facility and when we got there we were informed they accidentally gave me the wrong address and had to go across town to get to the appointment. After we took the hearing test I called the office and told them it was finally done. The staff told me they will call me back as soon as they look over the results to discuss it. It has been over a week and still no call.

What great service! I went in for a follow up after a year on my hearing aids. Friendly and got my aids tuned up Good place to go.
