One of the best iced coffees I’ve ever had! Also the ice cream is amazing, and the milkshakes are also great! Would definitely recommend visiting here, and would buy here again

Not a fan at all, very watery gelato, and staff that never really said much. It was hard to tell if they understood our orders and were not nice to people just walking by asking questions. I can get that they were doing their job and didnt want to be interrupted but there is nicer ways to handle it. If you think this place is good, go to Il Dolce and you will fall in love.

This ice cream is absolutely delicious. A great break when youre shopping at the mall. Unusual flavors. Reasonably priced. Plenty of seating. Great for kids and families.

Exceptional quality and a good selection of flavors and products. Their espresso gelato frappe is much better than similar products Ive had elsewhere. Service is attentive and polite. Its hard to walk past this place without stopping. Though a little pricey, quite worth it.

I stopped by this place after dinner one evening and it was not crowded, now we know why! The ice cream we were served was vanilla and tasted like it had freezer burn. No excuse for an ice cream shop to have bad ice cream...its the only thing you have to do right! The sales associate was not attentive either. Overall, a bad experience and will prevent us from returning. We have been going here for years, but will no longer.

The ice cream was amazing, I would highly recommend anybody try it. I added Oreos to mine and that one is easily my favorite. The added benefit of it being in rolls is great too. Thats just awesome and great to watch how they make it

Walked to counter for desert after a meal today with my family @ noon, and I was disappointed to be greeted with a stare and a yelling match in Hindi between the back of the house and the counter. After a few awkward minutes of being ignored we went elsewhere. Not sure why they hate their jobs so much, but perhaps they should do something else.

I love their mocha Frappuccino and their Cannolis, theyre amazing, my order has been always right, keep it up!

I like to grab coffee at this place every once in a while. Its a bit cheaper than Starbucks, and I usually dont have to wait in a long line, either, like I would at Starbucks. During my recent visit, I experienced such level of unprofessional conduct from one of the employees that its simply too good not to share with everyone. Me being a man of Russian heritage, I get a lot of questions about my name. I was wearing my name tag for my job at the time of my visit, and the very young male employee, who appears to be roughly 17 years of age, asks me, where you from, man?. After I told him where I was from, he proceeded to tell me that he doesnt like the president of the country where Im from. That struck me as very unprofessional behavior, seeing as how it isnt his job to bring politics into play at work. His job is to serve me coffee.On top of that, he also recommended to me which presidential candidate I should support. Being a man who has a few years of customer service experience myself, I know what should and should not be said to a customer. After he checked the people out who were behind me in line, he came over and spoke to me yet again, this time stating how those customers were talking a lot of trash about me to him. He finished his unsolicited monologue by saying that a lot of Russian things are whack. This whole experience left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I felt very uncomfortable, and discriminated against. This employee has no idea how to conduct himself with customers, and lacks basic courtesy. He definitely overstepped his boundaries by discussing something that should not be discussed with a customer. Also, if his political knowledge is limited to thinking that things are whack, he should probably not discuss those things, since his brain is clearly not mature enough yet. Perhaps, he should quit his job and do quite a bit of growing up before attempting to provide customer service to anyone.
