Worst customer service in OKC. RUDE grumpy old man that shouldnt be helping customers. Will never go back would rather drive across town than be treated like that again.

Great customer service and I fill all my welding gas bottles here. I have a large Argon bottle that Airgas would not fill and they have no problem filling it. Keep up the good work.

If I could give 1 star I would. I purchased a Hobart wire welder(1st mistake), 1/4 of the way through the 1st spool my wire feeder went out of alignment. Took it to the shop here to get warrenty work done. The tech, Jason told me the following Wednesday or Thursday that he would get to it. I called him Wednesday and left a messege to call me back I was curious about my welder. No call. Thursday I called and he ignored my call and sent me a messege saying Im busy, whats up? I texted him back saying I was curious about my welder. He said hed let me know. A week went by before I called again, guess what, no answer. I called the manager and he told me a week. Waited a week and called Jason, no answer. I called the manager again and he said the parts werent in. I called jason today, a week later, no answer. Got ahold of the manager to find out it had been done for a few days. I am going to get it this afternoon. All I can say is I hope they dont try charging me. Wish me luck.
