Warren Cat is a great company to work with. We have been doing business with them for years as a supplier of their Field Service trucks and had various contacts in the company with same respectful attitude throughout. Everyone in their service departments have been great to work with.

The whole place needs new management and a few employees replacing.

I had Warren Cat OKC come out to inspect a Cat generator for me because of a fuel issue. The service tech that showed up poked around for a bit and when I asked him what he thought he explained he was not a motor guy but a generator guy. So they charged me $850 and my item is in no better condition then when they found it. I called to explain I felt like I threw $850 dollars away and the response from the gentleman that called me from Warren Cat was sorry that you feel that way. So do not pay Warren Cat prices like me thinking since its Warren Cat they will know just what to do. That simply doesnt seem to be true. Use your local mechanic and support there family because Warren Cat seems to be uninterested in customer service or quality of work.

Went to parts. Had me in and out under 15 minutes.

Dont buy parts from these people because if theyre defective they wont take them back theyll make you buy new ones and wait for some crazy warranty so if you want your money tied up for weeks
