I wasnt able to get what I needed, but this place was awesome and the people were helpful and honest.

I’ve only been into A1 once, and it’s because the owner of my gym across the street needed a replacement part to his vacuum. They were pretty busy when I walked so I had to wait, but they seemed really helpful with their other customers and looks like they have a lot of options for different vacuums. When it was my turn he knew exactly what I needed and got me taken care of. Great service!

Extremely rude, especially the woman! She always has a snotty tone to her voice. They act like they are doing you a favor rather than providing proper customer service. We have brought the unit in for repairs multiple times and they can’t get it right. I would not recommend this place unless you like long waits, rude people, and shotty work.

A-1 is a small family owned business. All of the staff ALWAYS go above and beyond for the customers. Ive been in there several times for work vacs and my own and they are always helpful, friendly and cheerful. Even when dealing with the not so nice uppity person whos dirtbags dont stink.

Great product lines and knowledgeable sales representatives. No high pressure tactics. Good prices.This is our second tandem air vacuum from A-1. The first unit is still running great after eight years but we needed second vacuum for our upstairs area.

I was in need of a specific disinfectant for cleaning our home. Were treating animals with ringworm & have to disinfect everything daily. The staff was busy but took time & found the product I needed & placed a special order for me. They called me as soon as my order arrived. This was my first time visiting their business, but I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This family owned business treats you right! I have used A-1 for years. They are knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I go to them because they know what theyre talking about, and dont waste my time. They sell and service quality equipment at a fair price.

Sold me a Riccar upright, all while being informative and friendly, despite being understaffed and very busy. I dont like pushy salespeople and they were able to give me all the pros and cons of different tiers so I could choose the best product for my needs.

The people there were very friendly and Im slowly rebuilding my WindTunnel piece-by-piece and theyre very helpful and I like going there theyre nice.

Went looking for a soap dispensor. Waited 15 minutes for one without scratches and when I finally got to the register, found out the guy had misquoted my already high price and it would cost me twice what I can get it online for. Waste of my time.

The representative was very disrespectful. He told me that my vacuum only has a 1 year warranty when the corporate office said that it is under a 2 year limited warranty. The representative at a-1 janitor and vacuum supplies was a total ass. This store does.not deserve any stars
