We have used Auto-Chlor for well over a year now and have always had good luck with their customer service as well as quick response to needs at our facility. We had a state review and they were able to work us in to get everything set up prior to our review in a very timely manner. I appreciate the response time when I call for assistance! Bonnie in accounts receivable is wonderful to work with and very patient! I appreciate her willingness to work with me on payment. Great company--they seem to really care about providing good customer service and keep us sufficiently supplied with product. I would highly recommend!

I have been lucky enough to have worked for two businesses for over 16 years that have used Autochlor. Its not the products that make them the best. It is their knowledge and customer service that are top of the line. If I put in a call for help with a repair or needing product they call within minutes and fix whatever it is asap. They supply the equipment, maintain it and then only par you up to what product is needed until the next visit. No hard sell or having to wait for anything. The best.

This review is long overdue My family and I are new business owners at G’s Street Taco. I was introduced to Adam Hyde by a good friend of mine who is also opening his own business. After shopping around I came to realize that the level of service that Adam provided us was far greater than anything we expected. I called him three days before my final inspection because I had completely forgot that I needed to get our chemicals installed prior to the inspection. I explain to him the dilemma I had put myself in and after a few back-and-forth phone calls he assured me that he would get us taken care of. He and a tech arrived at our location 2 days later, quickly installed our chemical dispensers and in detail showed me how everything worked. Going above and beyond and serving a non Auto-Chlor dish washer we inherited from the former restaurant owners. Making sure that even though we didn’t acquire one from them it was in the best working construction possible. Before leaving Adam made sure we had everything we need to get our new restaurant operational. We are very happy with the products we receive and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
