I purchased a Magnolia Tree, a Redbud and 8 Green Giant Arborvitae’s. They are beautiful plants. The selection at TLC is great and the salesman (especially the man that helped us who was from Wales I believe) was so helpful. The plants we purchased all added up, with planting fees to around $1200-1500. Two of our Arborvitaes did not make it so I called TLC to get replacements. They had me text someone and send pics, which I did, but that’s where the great service ended. It’s been 3 weeks since I first contacted them and they simply stopped replying. I was very respectful each interaction so I’m not sure where the disconnect is. TLC said the items would be under warranty if I paid 40% of the cost of items to have TLC plant the items, which is what I did. I’m very disappointed in the service and will not be returning. I only write this to help others make a informed decision. If you decide to shop here, you’ll love the service of the salespeople, the cashiers, the selection of items but I would not pay to have TLC plant your items. I will say, my redbud is awesome and looks great right now!

The staff here is incredible. They are always happy and joyful. One of best things about this nursery is the annual plant area is paved with concrete. I have a disability that requires the use of a wheelchair and the smooth surface is a super help.

Was my first visit to this garden center. I was looking for Chinese Pistache trees. I was amazed at the selection of items as well as the health. But what impressed me more than anything was the customer service and friendliness of the staff. I didnt catch the gentlemans name but he had an Australian sounding accent. I would recommend promoting him or giving him a raise because he was beyond helpful, and knowledgeable. I have been shopping at Marcums for years due to location convenience, nut no longer! Im sold on TLC!

This is a wonderful garden center. Super helpful and friendly staff, lovely garden dog, and most importantly, so many plants to choose from. Ive bought several from here and theyre all doing great!

Im stopped into TLC to purchase around $20k worth of trees and plants, and have them planted. Another $6k+ fee.I stopped in a second time to order more trees and plants. I took a photointo Darrell to make sure we had the right trees, same as our previous order.He said yes, and I purchased 6 more. Upon delivery I saw they were the wrong trees and sent them back, telling them we needed to get the correct trees. Called 3 times to find out what the status was and Darrell never returned my calls.Finally I went to to the store, found the 6 correct trees with the assistance of their arborist, and while I was arranging to payDarrell appeared, complained loudly that I better get it right this time, when the last delivery was his fault and I can prove it. None the lessI told him it had been corrected, then he told me to have my gardeners come look and make sure. He was just being mean. He then took it upon himself to tell me TLC didnt want my business. And I did nothing wrong.

One of the few places that doesnt use harmful pesticides on its flowers for pollinators. Also its huge and so fun to browse. I could spend all my money there I love it.

This is the best plant shop in the area. There is always plenty of healthy plants to choose from. The employees are all very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

TLC Garden Center is AMAZING!!! Their staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and most importantly, informative. They helped us select weed spray and fertilizer for our lawn, instructed us on how to prep our flower bed, and helped us select the right flowers and placement. We went in with pictures of our lawn and flower bed and I highly recommend doing so, because they will tell you exactly what you need. Shelley in particular was amazing with the flowers.

The personnel were all very knowledgeable and helpful and the plants were very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking for plants.

I appreciate having a place like TLC Nursery that still has exceptional customer service and quality products! From flowers to Christmas trees, they always have healthy plants that last, plus a wide variety to choose from. As a longtime customer, I was truly pleased when Darrell again extended his understanding of great customer service. We purchased a tree and arrived a little before closing to pick it up. Unfortunately, the skid loader had already left for the day. Darrell knew I had taken off work early to ensure we could plant the tree that evening, and without hesitating, offered to deliver AND plant the tree for us the next day. What a wonderful gesture! Service like this along with the quality of their products are what keep me buying from and recommending TLC Nursery!

Expensive, but I love it so much! They always have the things I am wanting or needing and plants are always in excellent condition. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great free classes during spring/summer.

I spent a hour here but couldve done three. Its a gardeners dream place. MANY times I was offered help, friendly faces asking if I needed help with my purchases loading my car - yes, thank you - VERY organized staff and management. Very ultra - organized plants, flowers, bushes, trees of all sizes. Lots of Oklahoma Proven, but lots of Try Something New also. I am so impressed. Will be back often.

TLC is a wonderful shopping experience. You can stroll around and see so many different varieties of plants. The plants are separated by sun loving or shade lovers. No pressure to purchase. But believe me youll find plenty to buy. Very knowledgeable, helpful staff.

Just ok. I asked one employee if they had a few specific things in stock and he told me no. I asked another employee and he took me right to the plants in question. Also the first employee advised me that a few things, which are native to the area, do not grow here in Oklahoma. I just hate uninformed nursery staff but I have a degree in horticulture and I am a master gardener so I am more particular and hate that other people may be led astray by trusting uninformed nursery staff. Hoyas seemed like a good price but much of the house plants and outdoor flora were very over priced.

I have shopped at TLC for 25 years but never again. Tried to call in April about a plant support ring and received a message stating they were too busy to answer the phone. Drove all the way over and they did not have the accessory so I grabbed a bag of what I thought what is the garden and shrub fertilizer, something Ive used for 20 years. Got home and applied a good dose before I realized I had picked up the grass fertilizer; very high nitrogen! What bothers me is that they placed the yard fertilizer under the tag that said tree and shrub, not only was this wrong but it really promoted green growth instead of bosting flower production. It has become so busy in the last few years I decided to wait to trade out fertilizer, ive spent so many thousands of dollars in the past its never been a problem. The manager came over today with quite the attitude told me they could not return something purchased in April. I miss the small town feel of the old TLC and since they now have a West Coast attitude I will take my business elsewhere even though they have the best selection, healthiest plants and most knowledgeable staff. I had left a previous review 4 star but HAVE to leave a new one. Today my husband and I went tree shopping. After 30 min of looking and not being 100% sure of what tree, we were approached by a man that was happy to lend his opinion and experience. He listened and helped my husband pick the best and even loaded them into the cart not to mention took it to the front counter so that we could continue shopping for plants.In todays hate amplifies world he was the person I am reminded that most people truly are. Caring, helpful and KIND.My husband is 100% disabled vet and never asks for help loading although he has a bad back and knees.I made sure to ask the cashier who that man was and she believes his name was Dennis? Older, lighter green shirt, shorts ...could be anyone? Well we need more people like Dennis, absolutely made our day that you cared enough to help us. (The staff here all together is wonderful)Thank you sir!

Huge greenhouse for outdoor shrubbery, and I door plants, to cacti and succulents. They have so much variety. A true gem.

I got Jasmine plant from TLC in JUNE for 30$ and not happy with the plant . It didnt bloom for several weeks first once it started blooming was disappointed with the flowers which are small with single row of petals and dont smell . They need to stop selling this kind and stop disappointing their loyal customers . In the picture below the big one in dark green leaves is the one I got from TLC . The small one I got recently from non TLC store which I paid under 10$ but its flowers are perfect with great smell . My sincere advise to TLC is to get good jasmine plants and get rid of these kinds . I told the manager the same but she didnt agree so I would like to tell every one.For clarification both are in pots not planted in the ground as I am planning to put them inside for winter . So its not the problem of transplant shock its not good kind of jasmine plant .Thats what I am trying to tell you.

Great selection of roses, ornamental and fruit trees, Oklahoma-native trees, perennials and seasonal annuals. TLC has knowlegable staff who are always helpful with gardening questions. They also stock gardening tools, seeds, topsoil, and various types of mulch. Pretty much everything you need for gardening can be found at TLC.

Beautiful selection of flowers and perennials. Best in OKC! But the warranty is lousy - only 90 days. Also, the management fought me tooth and nail on a return, despite the fact I spend thousands there annually.

Place is always packed. Not surprising considering their selection. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but not bad overall.

TLC always has quality plants, fun pots/decor, and a good selection of soils and fertilizers.

They have lots of colorful flowers and decorations. The ceramic pots were expensive, but the plants were reasonable. There were plenty of people working there but none of them asked if we needed anything. The lady I asked a question of was polite.

Their roses were really pick over. I was really disappointed with the quality of the roses that were there.

Quality plants and expert advice.

It is a great place with lots of options when it comes to plants. However their pepper section during the spring was a little mixed up. Their Ghost pepper plants were not ghosts but a cross strain of something else. Also their scorpion pepper plants turned out be just straight habernero plants. However their crazy coco haberneros were spot on and so was their Devils tongue. So just be aware that you may not always get the pepper plant that you are expecting.

The best of the best. My favorite nursery in terms of plant selection, quality and layout of the facility. Plants are always well taken care of & prices are competitive. I drive from Newcastle, Oklahoma to TLC on Memorial because I dont want to buy anywhere else. I can find plants there that I cant find anywhere else.

This has been a garden center I go to frequently. Has large variety of flowers, garden decor, veggies, and herbs. Dont get me started on seeds, fertilizers, bulbs, and insect houses! They also give a veteran discount of 10%. Guarantee you will be there for at least a half hour! 🙂

My husband and I were frustrated and waited over a week for a real tree we ordered on line from amazon, we decided to just go buy one.We went to a “ home improvement “ store where we had bought one a few years before and were very disappointed in the selection.We then decided to go to TLC to see what they had.We were so happy to see not only the selection they had, but also HOW they display the trees. Standing in water, the trees are open,( not tied together), and hanging so you can easily turn them to see all sides!!! What a great idea!!!!They also have stands that they will put on the tree you pick ( you have to purchase at an affordable price),so you don’t have to bother with the constant adjustment to get it right!!!They also offer the netting on the tree so you can easily get it in the door of your home.They have helpful and friendly staff that have answers for all your questions. They load the tree in (or on ), your vehicle for you too.We bought a 7.5 ft Douglas fir. The price was reasonable, compared to the online tree & home improvement store ones.I think this tree is the best tree we’ve ever had. Full, nearly perfectly shaped, fresh, smells great, and the needles are so soft!We know now where we will be buying our Christmas trees in the future.Thanks TLC!

Over priced.

Stopped in to pick up a few small succulents. I havent been able to find any elsewhere that are less than $7 and not in a decorative pot already. TLC had an awesome selection and they were only $3.99. They also had more elaborate potted assortment in containers that were more expensive. Check out was quick and easy too. Everyone was friendly and ready to help or answer any questions.

Very helpful staff

Plants died within the week of purchase..all from the same flat. TLC would not honor a refund or even an exchange because they were annuals...THAT failed after a week. Keep in mind the other plants were fine. I can deal with losing $45, but they just lost a customer of over 4 years for the way I was treated during my visit with the failed annuals. Glad Davidsons is still open.

I recently found TLC and have been there several times. The nursery is great and the staff are very helpful. I used their messaging service to inquire if I could bring my puppy, and they promptly replied pets are welcome. TLC is my favorite nursery in the area and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable—and will help if you want, or leave you alone if you’d prefer. I recently wrote a negative entry about TLC. I commented that TLC was not interested in their customer satisfaction, they were only interested in their customers money. I was immediately contacted by Mr Frank McDonald, President of TLC, who inquired about my TLC experience. After explaining my reason for being upset with TLC, Mr McDonald quickly rectified the situation to my total satisfaction. I recommend that if you have any customer satisfaction issue, you should contact Mr McDonald. I am confident that he will satisfactorily resolve the situation.

Just a plant place, nothing special.

This is my go to place for all things plant. There is always staff easily available to answer your questions. Usually they are walking around to see if you need help. There is a great variety and plants always look healthy. I like that they grow a lot of their own plants. Go here. You wont be disappointed.

I called to inquire about grass seed for an area under our pecan tree. I texted my question and within just a few minutes received a reply and advice. Advice was very helpful in making my decision. Product was in stock when I arrived at the Memorial location and I made my purchase. Great customer service and advice. Well done.

My new love! Im impressed with the selection of plants they have. I love that it smells like heaven here and I feel like the air I breathe is even fresher. I plan on coming back in the near future to dress up my very sad garden and add more trees and shrubs to my garden. I will also come back to add more indoor plants in my house because they have a nice selection.

Many good things here, but just don’t call them and expect them to return your call. They don’t respond to your messages. So far, they’re 0 for 4.

I had a question about a tree I need to remove, so I sent an email to TLC. They responded in a text at 9:38 PM (even though they were closed!!) and gave me the information I need!!! I will definitely use TLC when I buy my replacement tree(s)!!! Never known a business that provides this kind of awesome service!
