When I first pulled up to this place I thought they were closed 🤣🤦🏻‍♂️. They were not closed and to my luck, I found the friendliest folks in all of OKC! I went in to purchase a trimmer and gained a few friends. Their knowledge, and far superior customer service is bar none! The red carpet is a mile long with these guys! I cant say enough about my trip there. PHENOMENAL!

The best place to by Stihl products, Hustler products and any of your lawn care needs. Excellent service too. I bought a Hustler zero turn mower from them and they were extremely helpful answering all my questions and telling me how it worked.Good people and I now buy whatever I can from them.

Absolutely worst place i have ever been by far!!! Owner is an unpleasant jerk to deal with pricing is horrible and hardly anything in stock. Will mot return.

This was my first experience with Southside Lawn & Garden. Larry and his son are very friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased my first zero turn and as soon I bought it Larry drove to his wharehouse, assembled mower and delivered to my home. He went over the mower with me from head to tail. He stayed around and watched me operate it to make sure I didn’t have any problems or questions. Thank you Larry for a great experience. Yes I would recommend Southside Lawn & Garden to anyone.

Dropped off our old lawn mower that was a little rough, not only did they make it look and run brand new. It was done was faster then estimated. The staff was very professional and took the time to explain what they did. Would highly recommend!

Wow!!! What customer service. I took my equipment to Southside Lawn. This is a family owned business. Larry and Terry explained the solutions to the problems I had and they were eager to help me with my problems. They thoroughly explained how to use the new lawn equipment I purchased. They even let me try the equipment out before I purchased it. Most businesses barely answer your questions then move on. They act like you are bothering them and don’t have time for you. Not Southside Lawn. They made me feel like I was the only customer they had. They won me over as a customer after one visit. I highly recommend you give them a try for your lawn equipment needs.

I had been cleaning and overhauling an older mower and carburetor, from a veido on the internet. (Good veido- Not so good by the viewer, Me.)I. ran into some problems with the carburetor; so I calledBriggs&Stration,and received the manual,. Ok, But installing a new pin and seal ended up losing it in the grass. I went to South Side L&G, because others only had the full kit; but S.L&G had just the pin and seal I needed.When I got there, purchased the parts, and decided to install the seal and pin; of course so I wouldnt lose it again.But, when finished, it didnt look right?They had provided tools and I had come prepared to do it myself. The son came over to help,and agreed- it didnt look right. He took it apart and noted that it already had a seal in it. I told him, No, its bare metal. He was kind enough to explain it was the seal, used. the tool to remove it and seat it. So much for my vision. In short, they were excellentI would say, if you live on the South side,You should use them. If you live on the North, East, West it is worth the drive.

Dont be fooled by appearances. This little shop has the stihl stuff you need. I went to two other much bigger places before calling and asking these guys for a specific saw. The other shops were out of stock or had to special order it. These guys had it in a box in stock. I stopped by and the gentleman unboxed it, assembled it and took my money. I was in and out in no time.

Bought a Poulan Pro from Lowes. It never ran right after the first time. We sat it in the garage and never used it again. Then we bought some property and needed a saw to clear some trees. I called these guys and the gentleman said I cant promise you I can fix it but before you buy a new saw let me look at it and see if we can save you some money. That is exactly what he did. They deal in Honda and Stihl pretty exclusively but they were willing to help me out on brand they dont carry. They had the saw for two days. I went and picked it up, took it home, pulled it twice and it runs like a champ. These guys are pleasant, helpful, honest and extremely knowledgeable in what they do. I will most likely buy a Stihl (which is the best) next year and it will be from them. Some of the work we have to do is a bit much for a Poulan 18 42cc saw. For $26 they saved me hundreds and taught me a bit about my equipment. Before you spend any money anywhere else go see these guys. If they can help, they will. If they cant theyll tell you. Their prices are fair, they care and theyre honest, thats all you can ask.Would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Reasonable pricing and very informative on their products.

First time customer and bought a Stihl edger from them and they took the time to put it together, made sure it ran and showed me how to work it. Great customer service.

Some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. They were very condescending and talked over my head the whole time. When I asked for clarification on what they were going to be doing with my lawn mower, they acted like I was the biggest bother they had ever had. I have never gone online to write a review before, but I felt so strongly about this my time at Southside Lawn and Garden, that I had to this time.
