Had a pump sent in for a repair quote and did not approve. Had them send it back to me and parts were missing. I called and was told basically I was out of luck, bad customer service, I do NOT recommend this place.

Helped get me out of a jam when the hydraulics on my Combine failed. Very quick turn around, a third of the cost of the dealers repair job. I highly recommend them, they know what they are doing.

I was in a serious bind and needed a hydraulic pump fixed ASAP. I contacted Precision Fluid Power and to my surprise they had my pump repaired within 48 hours. They saved me approximately $34,000 and about 10-14 days of down time. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend Precision Fluid Power to anyone needing pump or motor repairs.

On my way there now with a pump for the THIRD time and it still does not work after supposedly being rebuilt. Will post another review after this go round. As for now I VERY STRONGLY discourage doing any business with them.Update 9/6/2017. Pump was returned after the third time and seems to be working Fine. Was also credited a substantial amount back by the owner for our troubles.

Sent in a pump for a seal kit lots of crap about needing machine work. Finally sent me back the pump. Found a 5 dollar 3D printed seal works perfect for about 1000 hours so far customers beware!!!

The price and delivery of a new valve is OK, but they get you good on a return. Yes, it was my error ordering a wrong voltage, but the item was not even unpacked when returned. They charge more than half the price. They dont seem to care about repeat business and loyal customers.

Be careful with this company. They sell rebuild hydraulic valves as new and if you return it they will only give you a percentage of the original price.
