First off I would like to say thank you, to Ashley and her husband! Due to the awesome hospitality that they both exemplified. I was totally comfortable during the whole buying process, Ashley was able to answer all of my questions that I had about the purchase of the hybrid mattress that I purchased which I tell you that Im so looking forward to sleeping on my brand new king sized mattress. They have such a great selection of mattress to fit Oklahomas sleeping needs if youre up to saving some money? Which Im all about. But compared to other big furniture stores in Oklahoma City the atmosphere is cool, calm, and collected and youre not stalked like at Mattress Brothers. But due to the friendliness of Ashley and her husband I will continue to purchase my mattresss at this location and will say that if youre in the market for a new mattress for yourself, guest room or for the growing kids to. All I can say is to please give this store a shot, so that they can prove to you as well that they will stand behind what their selling and so that you can experience the quality of the mattresss! I just called and spoke to a guy who was very rude who did not want to assist me at all. I literally had in on speaker so my family could hear. He didn’t want to give me any prices on any beds. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but the customer service was horrible and they missed out on me spending $1k at this store. I’ll never go there again

This place was awesome. I looked several places for a decent bed that fit my body. Ashley and her staff were superb and let me lay on as many mattresses as I needed to, and even let me get one and return it and get something different with no problems.Basically there was no pressure to buy and the friendliness was great from her and her staff. It was the best buying experience I have had in a long long time and I would recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a good deal but a pleasurable experience with staff that are very knowledgeable of their product. I purchased a queen size mattress here a few weeks ago, & completely forgot to leave a review, despite my best intentions!! These people are fabulous to work with. No one referred me in, but after visiting 3 different mattress stores (that were all suddenly sold out of anything in my price range) I stumbled upon The Mattress Store on Google. From the initial phone call to the delivery, everything was beyond industry standards compared to their competitors. The lady understood that I was buying the mattress for my 5 year old daughter, who still has accidents every now and then, and I didnt want to break the bank. She pointed out the different types of mattresses in my price range, let me look around while she helped other customers, & wasnt pushy at all. I loved my shopping experience. Better still, I bought my mattress at 2 p.m. on a Saturday, and even though she originally thought it wouldnt be delivered until the next Monday, she switched things around and had it to me, in Edmond, by 5 p.m. I highly recommend this business if you like fair prices, knowledgeable sales people, and not being badgered right as you walk in the door. Thanks for all of your help, guys! My daughter says her new bed helps her sleep so much better now! 👍

When I went in I wasnt sure if I was going to buy anything that day. I had already been to a few stores and honestly between the unhelpful attitude and the fact that I couldnt find anything I would want to sleep on in my price range I was kinda over it and this was the last place I was going that day. Ashley was friendly and gave us room to look around but was right there when we were ready to ask questions I quickly found a very nice queen size bed in my budget and the prices and deals were so good I went ahead and got my daughter a new twin. Delivery was fast and friendly I had my beds an hour after I bought them I just couldnt have been happier with the service there.

I walked in to the store at about 5:30 P.M. Yes I was that guy who comes in right before close and tried to shop. Most people would have blown me off and told me a five minute sells speech and tried to get me out the door. Not here. I was amazed with how friendly these people were. I walked in knowing my price range and my limit. They didnt try to upsell me on that. I walked in and 10minutes later I had what I wanted. Paid, and talked to them for another 10 minutes. Overall I walked in needing a product, half an hour later I walked out a happy customer amazed at the prices, and service. Better than any big retailer store hands down! Will repeat service!UPDATEThis is my second time this year purchasing a mattress from Ashley, both times she has been amazing! Makes me wish she sold more items than mattresses so I had more reasons to visit.
