The guys are awesome. I have been to United access twice and they have been so helpful. Matt has fixed my issues and got me back on the road.
Awesome customer service!
Adam was super knowledgeable and friendly.
Excellent service! Jerry Tubb
My husband has multiple sclerosis. More commonly known as MS. When I was researching vans for mobility I came across this company. They helped with everything, ensuring that we had what we needed. Fast forward 5 years. They continue to demonstrate a high value on customer relations. I called on a Thursday morning as I needed a repair done before an upcoming trip and they were able to get me in the very next day. While doing the repair they realized I had a call back on the brake line and they fixed it at that time. Everyone from the general manager to the mechanics have been very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend United Access for everything from looking at a new accessible vehicle to getting repairs to the vehicle you own now. 5 ⭐️ ‘s on their service and work ethics.
Believe me if you’re in Oklahoma City and are looking to purchase a wheelchair accessible van no need to look any further. I strongly recommend and support United Access the people there have truly made a difference in my life and in my company.
The company has a core value that matters. The National Service Manager, Director of Store Operations, and National Training manager can be trusted, are knowledgeable, and good people. The sales people and tech’s in Okc are extremely valuable and irreplaceable people in my life. The company tries to do what is best for the customer at all times. They truly appreciate Veterans and assist them with a better quality of life. Do business here .
These people go all the way to help their clients. Thank you.
David Hamlet researched 4-6 weeks to find the van best suited for our situation. We needed a van to accommodate my daughters Permobile F3 power chair in the front passenger area and a third row seat for two young children needing a car seat and booster seat. United Access allowed more than ample time to test drive vehicles under consideration. David provided a thorough education on the different tie-down/restraint systems, including prices, advantages and disadvantages. Moreover, he avoided high-pressure salesmanship as his only concern was to find and present options which streamlined transitions in and out of the van, had low mileage, and did not exceed budget limits . When we noticed small areas where base and clear coat failed to bond on the passenger door, Mike the manager took immediate ownership and the steps to correct the exterior paint job which did not take place at the dealership. In the short time weve had this very low mileage 2013 Dodge Caravan, there have been many opportunities to recommend United Access to inquirers and admirers of our recent purchase.
Quick service to install my left foo accelerator in new Honda CR-V. Thanks!
United Access is the best dealer in OK.We have always been treated professionally by this dealer and their customer service is outstanding! We highly recommend David Hamlet if you are looking for a Handicap Van as he has always gone the extra mile in helping us if we needed anything!!First class Company!
A special THANKS! to Pat Bradshaw and Tom Reed in sales, along with Denise Madison and the Technicians in the service department at United Access in Oklahoma City for the friendly and professional manner in which the always treat me when I visit.I would highly recommend United Access to anyone seeking solutions to their Mobility needs. Give Pat or Tom a call and they will be happy to help you determine the best options for your particular situation.Thank you again, Gene Hook
My husband, Fred, & I would highly recommend United Access to anyone! We have been stopped several times as we are out & about with our Braunability Chrysler minivan, and actually enjoy telling people about it and United Access. This is our first mobility van and we so appreciated Pat, and others who were so kind and patient with us. There is a learning curve when you buy your first accessible van, and another dealer had been short & curt with our questions. The service technician has also been very helpful and kind with routine service and some added options.
The service center here is great!!! My mothers wheelchair van needed someone to fix the ramp to engage when the door opened. Brian and Mike had it fixed in less time than it took for me to travel there. GREAT JOB :)
This is the most awesomest place that you can go to United access to get anything for your car done so please check them out theyre awesome they have very professional attitudes Smiles that only the Stars can see love them love them love them check them out if you need a lift they can do it have a blessed day they get a 5 star if not more for me and my family
March 18, 2020On October 15, 2019, I took my motorhome to United Access, in Oklahoma City, to have the UVL (under vehicle lift) to be diagnosed and fixed, pending the cost. The service manager, Troy Pollard, called two hours later and said I needed a new lift. The price was $18,000.00 dollars to replace the UVL. He said the lift was obsolete and parts were not available. I told him I would come and pick up my motorhome. The work order states the tech found the cylinders to be leaking and bleeding down. He, the tech Mike Vaugn, called Braun tech support, after a long conversation, the tech from Braun found the lift to be obsolete. He also verbally stated, when I picked up the motorhome, the UVL PC board was out. Troy also lowered the price for the replacement to $14,210.06. I still wasn’t ready to throw the baby out with the bathwater.I bought the motorhome new in June of 2003. The UVL probably doesn’t have 300 cycles on it. I have never seen any oil in the UVL storage box, on the concrete under it, have never added any fluid to the unit in 13 years and the fluid bottle is still full. They are not leaking.I had what I believed to be an electrical problem that would come and go but was getting worse and had finally quit working. I was ready to call in the pro’s.After I got the unit home I called Braun and asked if they still make the circuit board in question. The lady said she had to check and would call me back . When she called back she said the part had changed and gave me the number. I later found the new number in the Braun manual also.I called Troy back and asked how much for this board to be installed. He asked where I got the number and I told him I called Braun, which seemed to surprise him. He did give me a competitive price on the board and 4 hours labor to R&R.I did not feel comfortable with Access United, the tech told me this was the first UVL he had worked on. I ordered the circuit board online. Most Braun dealers will not sell you the part unless they install it. Braun also does not have list prices - their dealers can charge what ever they desire.I received the part and installed it, about three hours. The lift did not work. I double checked everything.I contacted Braun hoping to consult with someone in their tech support department. Braun Access will not let tech support consult with anyone other than their dealers, not even email. With cold weather and the holidays coming I put his project on the back burner, but it was never far from my mind.At the beginning of March I took my diagrams of the Braun electrical wiring and had them enlarged. I then started one by one checking out if wired correctly. I decided to pull the 3 pin connectors apart and spray them with an electrical connection cleaner. On the second one the lift started working. There are no winners here. I have to write a bad review and have way too many hours in this project. I’m just glad I finally have a working wheelchair lift. And I feel qualified to service it now.
Awesome people and company!! Done an awesome job for us and appreciate everything!! Such nice employs and I would definately use them again!! Thanks United Access for all you have done for my Dad!!
These guy are great! I really appreciate their patience while helping my wife and I search for a van for my mother. They didnt have a van that would work for us on their lot so they found one in Memphis, TN and had it shipped to OKC for us to look at. Once we saw the van in person and got to test drive it we knew it was the van for us. We are extremely happy with our new van and with the service we received from United Access!
Couple months after getting the unit, we were in Amarillo at Dr appointment. The chair would rotate but would not extend out. We were able to get Linda out of the seat finally and I took the car to Open Road Mobility while she was in the Wound Care for treatment. Open road was able to find that the cover over the control panel under seat had come off and the control panel was loose and not making contact. The fasteners were found in the box and replaced and seat was reprogrammed for a fee. Unit has worked well since.
I used van to transport family members to a funeral. Van was well equipped easy to use and a enjoyed by the passengers. I look forward to using this service again until I can get my own van suitably equipped.
Ive been really pleased with the work & customer service of Mike Vaughn...If it wasnt for him I dont think my truck would have ever been fixed! United Access is lucky to have him dealing with their customers!! One of the complaints I have is the turnover in management...Having to deal with multiple people in the process of getting your vehicle complete is not ideal.
Not a very good experience at all! Called service needing parts to install a passenger seat back into a handicap van that was donated for my son so hes able to ride in it. Adam asked me to email him the pics and he would see what I needed. After a week of hearing nothing I called and he was busy. Left my number and never heard nothing. Decided since this was my second place to call that didnt help that was within a few hours of me I called BraunAbility and they sent me to a store all the way in Minnesota. I had what I needed in 3 days. After weeks of waiting on Adam to get back to me. Customer service would be a good thing to have!
Amazing service and fair price! My power wheelchair failed, I was in a desperate emergency, needing a very specialized chair. Scott and Jason got it ordered, delivered and set up for me in a week. Fantastic job.
Great place to get mobility items, great staff and get the job done quickly.
I came from out of town to spend a long weekend with a friend who has a 400+lb electric wheelchair. They rented me a 2016 van with a great set of ramps and tie downs and it allowed us to have a great weekend. Its about a 15 minute Uber ride to their location from the airport. Do remember to have your proof of insurance when you rent and they are closed Sundays. Rates were reasonable and frankly not much more than renting a suv from hertz. Id recommend these guys without hesitation and Ill rent again from them again when I return.
David Hamlet helped us with information regarding the Bruno Joey scooter lift. He seemed very knowledgeable about the product and was very helpful getting the information that we needed for the Lift. we appreciated his helpfulness.
These guys go above and beyond for their clients! I work fulltime and have an extremely busy lifestyle, and these guys are my lifeline for independent living. Thank you!
I went to united access today to get my vehicle fixed and they did a excellent job. I will continue using them in the future when I want to buy a new vehicle or have my vehicle serviced
We took my fathers van there to have his lift ramp fixed they did a very professional job, they were really friendly and very helpful when we picked it back up explaining things we didnt know we could do to save us money if certain things goes wrong with in the future,
I apprecate the care and patience United Access provided during and after the purchase of my new van. Considerable effort was made to make sure my vehicle met my needs.
Van is amazing. Customer service too! Easy to deal with and very helpful.
Awesome glad my husband got his scooter and lift
We recently had a new transport system installed in our van which has been life changing!
Only went 1x with my mom. The lady was very nice, easy to talk to.
From the first time I called and inquired about a modified handicap assessable van to the moment I drove off everyone at United access in Oklahoma City was more than an informative and helpful and made this experience one of the best choices Ive ever made in my life.
Good punctual service on auto.
Everyone, especially Mike, went out of their way to help. Mike installed a Harmar AL600 lift into my 2016 Honda Odyssey. Every time he tried to use it with my scooter on it, the lift swung to the side. Mike contacted Harmar and even sent a video. He devised a way to make the lift work with my scooter and shared the information with Harmar. Harmar is incorporating Mikes suggestions into their design for use with my scooter and van.
Was actually really disappointed in this place like they couldnt help me out at all😔😔
Love what you do for deserving folks!
