Will never ever go there again. On August 27 they ordered a part for me and made me pay upfront after promising me that the fuel pressure regulator would be there on August 31. I did not hear from them on August 31 after they specifically stated that they would call me when the part came in. I called them on September 1 and they said that the part would not be there until September 3. Since I did not hear from them on September 3 I went up to the store on on September 7 and it was close. No one called me to give me a courtesy call to let me know that there would be a delay. I sat outside the store and called the phone number and no one answered. 10 minutes later someone called me and said that my order would not be there until September 27. Because I had been promised on two separate occasions prior to that that my part was going to be there and it wasnt, not only did I not want to wait a whole month for my part, but I could not trust them that it would even arrive a month later. As a result, I asked for a refund. I was informed that I was not entitled to a refund because I did not buy what they had offered me in the store and that I had showed up during their lunch hour. The only reason I gave them one star is because this review system would not allow me to post unless I picked at least one star.

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences working with them and they have Always kept me posted on orders. They also kept me aware of how they are sometimes at the mercy of the Vendors that they must get the supplies from. Always great service!!

Lori and Craig are awesome. They came up to their shop after hours to sell me pails of race fuel, even with half of the power being out in OKC from a storm. Despite me living up in Tulsa they have earned a customer for sure.Nothing better than racers helping out other racers outside of the track and outside of business hours. I encourage anyone looking for great service and parts to check them out first.

Lori and Craig are incredibly friendly! I love spending money locally when I can and they definitely deserve everyones business. We had to look up some not so easy to find parts and they had no problem staying with me after close to make sure we ordered what I needed. I have been using CSS-Central Speed Supply for about a year now. I highly recommend Central Speed Supply, the customer service is top notch! I get all my performance parts form forged crankshafts to camshafts. I have purchased Holley intakes to ACDelco head gaskets. Anything the big box store can get, they can get here for local pick up. Now I dont have to worry about people stealing packages off of my porch or having someone at the house for delivery. They have a will-call/call ahead section. This makes it easy for parts pick up, if I can not get there in time I can send a friend or family member for pick up with I.D. Not only is CSS my go to place for performance parts, but for high quality precision engine building tools. When I have questions or need a solution to a problem, I can count on the staff at CSS to give me accurate information. If they don’t have the answers, they will get it and point me in the right direction. So glad we FINALLY have a legitimate speed shop in town, go check them out.

Lori and Craig are true car people who have been a staple in the local car community here for years. If they dont have it in stock, odds are they can get it for you. Cant wait to see what awesome stuff the future has in store for this amazing company. They have my business forever.
