It is a wonderful place, they have knowledgeable and friendly staff, sell Moto Guzzi and Ural and repair everything which has two, or three wheels. My recommendation if your looking for a qualified repair shop. By the way. These folks will not abandon you like your Honda or Yamaha dealer when your ride gets older and you are shown the door since you dont buy new.

My 98 Triumph Thunderbird Sport need tuning up after standing for a year or so. Don came a long and collected it for me, and immediately noticed that one of my fork seals was leaking, all over one of the rotors, that could have been pretty interesting for me!He did an excellent job on getting my bike on the road and runs better that ever, he really knows his stuff.Im might be in the market for another motorcycle, he had 2 or 3 Moto Guzzi V85TT there which I really liked, he offered me a test ride, which was nice, I declined as Im not quite ready to drop money down on a motorcycle just yet, but its nice to know that you can get a test ride. This now my go to place for my motorcycle maintenance, and I highly recommend them.

I drove over 6 hours to have these guys dyno tune my bike on a recommendation from a local dealer and a interview on YouTube. Don the owner loves European bikes which I have and he cares. It put my mind at ease when after talking to him it showed he cared. His shop is pretty amazing as well. All sorts of cool stuff bikes galore both running and not. They do make one off custom stuff per customer request and he has a great network of people he works with. The other guys were very friendly and the level of knowledge that these guys have & have access to is flat out amazing. They did one of my bikes and I will make the trip again so they can do the other one

Don has been working on my bikes for about 8 years. He really knows his stuff, and is always accommodating. He does great work, is reasonable on pricing, and shoots straight. I recently purchased a new Moto Guzzi from him and I absolutely love the bike.

Absolutely amazing service! I took my daily driver in for an issue that I had been trying to chase down for 4 months. Don and Chad are awesome. They were able to find the problem and get it solved in less than 2 days. Dont take your bike to dealership mechanics that cause problems to make you keep coming back. Take your bike here, get it fixed right the first time and take it back for every other service.

A great place to get your bike fixed. I have had two bikes worked on here. They redesigned a bad exhaust system that I bought as part of a cafe kit, fixed an electrical problem on my Triumph, and added some other upgrades. All the work is professional and at a reasonable cost. Don is always helpful and freely teaches us folks who mere parts changers.

I brought in my tank for repair and they did an awesome job! Unfortunately, it got a boo-boo in the process, but Don made it right. I will always bring my scooter here and so will my buddies now. Much respect! #mcwlifer

I bought a customized HD sportster from Don at Motiv. The bike is one of a kind and I get complements daily. 4,000 miles later and I havent had a single issue with the bike. I have brought it back to Motiv a couple times for more modifications, nitrous, instrument cluster, etc. and have never been disappointed. The quality of work is top-notch.

I took my 04 sportster xl1200c in to MOTIV after not being able to clear the air bubbles in my rear break line. I brought in a rear master cylinder kit for it to be replaced. Don, reached back out to confirm everything that was going on with the bike and was very honest. Don advised that depending on how scarred the cylinder is it’s possible that it may have to be replaced entirely.Understanding how mechanics work, whether it’s a motorcycle or car, there is always a possibility of trial and error but the up front honesty was greatly appreciated and eliminated any concerns I might have as he had already set an expectation.I received a call from Nancy to let me know my bike was ready. I would like to say Nancy was very nice and sweet. When I originally called to try and get an estimate she wrote down everything I had tried and what the issue was. After the holiday weekend I had my bike towed there and she provided me a slip with all the information she wrote down to confirm it was accurate. To me this said a lot about their customer service as they could have acted as if notes were taken and have me re-explain everything when I arrived. Because she still had these notes it made the drop off as seamless as possible and all I had to do was hand them the keys.Upon picking up my bike I got to chop it up with Don and he was super nice and laid back but also professional when it came to talking business. He showed me where the issue was with my rear mc cylinder. There was a decent hole in the rubber cup that sat on the spring and because of that it not only held pressure but was the root cause for all the bubbles. The rebuild kit was a success and since having it back I’ve gone roughly about 300 miles and am able to break with no worries. The main thing anyone looks for is price when taking their bike to a shop. I was VERY pleased with the cost of my work done to my bike and thought it was going to be pretty high.MOTIV Cycle Works not only is honest with what is taking place with your bike but also provides honest prices for their trust worthy work. If you’re considering any work to be done on your bike and don’t have the tools or mainly the TIME I highly recommend this shop! Thanks to everyone at MOTIV Cycle Works for the great work and getting me back on the road with some change in my pocket!

Don does a great job. He does first class work at a reasonable cost. Besides Ducatis and cafe customs, he went out of his way to keep my Moto Guzzis tip top. He was able to locate some hard to find (expensive) parts for me cheap. Hes done several fixes for me that I couldnt find anyone to do.

Don came to me highly recommended by a co-worker with his expertise in Ducatis. However, mine was a 2005 Yamaha YZF-R1 but I figured he could work on it with equal ease. I purchased the bike on ebay for a relatively low price and although I knew it had some work on it to be done, I was constrained by the cost. Don was very understanding with my situation and suggested I complete the comprehensive 65 point inspection (which I recommend everyone does when they hand in their motorcycle for the first time). In addition to the list I prepared which included body panels, brakes, headlights, turn signals and the biggest-the electric wiring harness, he was able to come up with repairs required to bring the bike up to pristine condition, ordered in terms of importance. Don has a keen eye and is very observant and was able to explain to me a lot of things about the bike and what could be done to make it better. In addition to Dons expertise, Mike, was very good with his work on my bike.Don is a proponent of putting on OEM parts on a motorcycle but he will also work with you on cheaper non-OEM parts. It took about a weeks time for the parts to arrive and put it on, de-grease, clean and lube the chain, refit body panels correctly, sort out the wiring harness and a lot other things which Im not technically inclined to comment upon. But the bike felt amazing to ride after he was done with it. Although the cost exceeded the unrealistic budget I shorted on him, it was only marginally more and it was worth every penny. There is still a bit of work left on my bike, mostly cosmetic, and I will keep returning to Don as and when I find the time and money to sort them out. Hes definitely found a regular customer in me.Thanks Don!P.S.: Don will be able to pick up your bike if its unrideable (if thats a word) for a small fee and get you back on the road quick. I highly recommend his services if youre looking for quality work done on your motorcycle at an affordable cost.
