I was referred out by my insurance for DME equipment and after driving in and talking to a representative and the billing lady, I was told repeatedly that my insurance NEVER covers that item. I had the rx in my hand with a PA. It was however suggested that I rent it from them on a monthly basis. I will say this, I was given a phone number of someone that could help me when I refused to rent the equipment, so I guess that was helpful. After driving elsewhere, I was given my DME equipment in less than 15m. The other DME facility stated that CareSourse probably just didnt want to go through the hassle of the paperwork.
Outstanding customer service and very helpful. Delivery techs do a great job making sure all the equipment is set up and explained very well. Job well done Caresource. Highly recommended!

Any time I’ve needed CPAP supplies or a new setup Caresource OKC has been there to help and hook me up with a new machine and new setup. I even had the opportunity to purchase an at home cleaning setup for my wife and I’s CPAP set up! Thank you to the Caresource staff for being so helpful with my medical needs!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! If there was a negative star available, I would be using it. When I called to talk with a supervisor, I was placed on eternal hold. They call constantly to get new orders scheduled. When I try to order myself (without them reminding me to order), my order was not processed.
Customer service is horrible! We had to walk them through the steps of sending off a machine for repair. Then went we took the machine in to have them send it off, I was told they were doing us a favor by servicing us. I hope that they don’t “mysteriously” loose our machine now. Wish we would have read the reviews on this place before we took our business here.
