Not happy with this place at all! I have had issues with my washer and dryer for months now and nobody ever bothers to fix it and then they don’t have any loaners and expect me to pay every week on a broken set!! Tracy needs to be retrained on how customer service works !! Very confrontational person. District Manager is even worse !!!

The lady working was pretty rude I think it was time for her to get off work but she had to help my son first. So she was really short with him.

This location is horrible I drove 45 minutes to get 4 different items that they told me that they had there I arrived and they had 2 out of 4 items when I got the 2 finally they were infested with cockroachs and would not treat my home and I couldnt connect them to come get it when they finally did I wasnt home my 15 year old was they forced themselves in my house to get it back and threatened with sheriffs office if they couldnt get it right then, to a CHILD. Totally unprofessional management. Do not use this location. Others are fine I have purchased multiple items from other locations with no problems.

I returned a bed and when I went back to rent it out again they said they couldnt because it was so dirty. That was a lie. It just made me wonder if one of the workers were just being hateful Tracy, seems to be moody Everytime we go. I dislike dealing with her I almost went to Stanleys
