Havent been there before. Went and bought some 1/4 inch steel to make a new log stand for my fireplace. They had everything we needed. And I saw they had what I needed to repair the railing on my front steps.

I have done business with Royal Metal for several years. I am a hobbyist who just does things for myself. I really enjoy the greetings I get from the ladies at the counter. Royal Metal has pretty much everything a person or company would need, in regards to metal. They sell whole lengths of square tubing, round tubing as well as plate material from 10 gauge to 2 inch thick. Two inches is the thickist material that I have seen. They may have thicker stuff, but Im not sure. What I especially like is that they sell the small leftover pieces at a significant discount. This is the stuff I normally buy. They are just east of Lone Elm road, south of old 56 highway, in Olathe Ks. Their customer entrance is in the rear of the office building with clearly marked lane parking. Its very easy to get in and out of their location. The guys in the yard are also very helpful if youre looking for a shorter piece of heavier material. They give you the best prices they can. Their service is always top notch. Great place to spend your money!

Royal Metal was recommended by a friend, and man did they deliver. I am doing a remodel on my house, needed posts and a large metal beam. From the beginning they treated me like like family. I had lots of questions that they answered completely and gave me all the information needed to make a rather large purchase. An almost 30 foot I beam was delivered to my house. Then they used the boom truck to help me put it inside the house thru a large window opening. I was dreading this part and they did the job no problem. The whole process was done right, on time and with a smile. For a reasonable price. Great job !! As a small business owner myself, I tell my staff to treat everyone like they were your mother. I highly recommend Royal Metal. Thanks for taking the stress out of the equation.

Wow. This place is retail friendly. So much so that I dont mind it being a little on the expensive side. I like the fact that they have extras and mess-ups available for purchase. I got some 1/2 triangles that made perfect corner brackets saving me a lot of cutting.

I am hobby metal worker so I buy smaller quantities of metal, and I buy it all from Royal. They appreciate my business, even if it is in small purchases. From the sales desk to the guys in the yard, the customer service is second to none. Prices are alway good as well.

Found this place by accident, and glad I did. I was making a floor to ceiling bike rack, and they had everything I needed right there in the store. Price was very good, and everyone was helpful. Definitely will be going back.

I went in looking for some unusual metal to make a rail to hang a siding door at my warehouse. They were able to suggest an alternative piece & able to provide a fair quote, including delivery!
