I waited a little over a month to make sure there were no issues with the tint (All good). Service was fast and they explained exactly the quality of the different options.No bubbles and tint is cut very well and all the windows seemed to be cleaned very well before applying tint.Price was slightly higher than local competition but the other reviews were way too poor to even consider. Extremely happy with the product I received. 35% tint used.

Very reliable company. Ive had.. four (i think) vehicles tinted here thus far, and every one has come out exactly as i wanted it (Im a little picky/ocd). Even when they experienced an issue (due to manufacturer design, not due to tech error), they figured out how to make it work at no additional cost, even though they had to lay film a couple of extra times to figure out how to solve it.Very honest, upfront pricing. Knowledgeable and professional staff. Lots of integrity in this establishment.

I was looking for a window tinting company. Out of the three that I reached out to only a one reached back. Their customer service was remarkable. They even sent me windows tint samplings through the mail. I had my appointment scheduled for a day that they do not normally work, however they accommodated me going above and beyond with their continued customer service. The installer was very nice as well as professional. After I inspected the windows I saw one window that I did not approve of. He immediately peeled off the film and replace it with a new cut! I can’t express how wonderful it is to have light in the house without the heat. Thank you A1 tinting! A1 tinting gets an A+ rating from me.

My car is my office and I am on the road constantly for work. I recently got a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have owned and tinted many cars and suvs in the past and have never even considered getting my rear factory windows tinted. I have always figured “the glass came tinted at 20% tint save the money and just tint the front windows”.This time around “privacy” or matching my front windows to my factory tinted rear windows was NOT my priority. A1 asked what my goal was, and I said I wanted to reject as much heat in my car as possible without breaking the budget.They explained a product from SolarGard called VortexIR ceramic film. Do your own research on ceramic film - It’s where it’s at! I’ve been tinting my windows all wrong by another company.They suggested to put the VortexIR 70 on top of the already tinted factory glass. So I didn’t know the factory glass is dipped/ dyed so it may have a “dark tint” but you aren’t getting the UV protection and solar rejection you get with a ceramic film! I ditched that horrible ugly baby shade. I also had them put VortexIR 25 on the front windows. I am so glad I went here and did that. My car looks better than it did before! Michael (the owner) was awesome, and so was Armando. I was never pressured at all. Pricing is up front and never hidden from you. In fact it is on a big board in their waiting room. I am looking at them coming out to my home to tint. I passed a lot of other tinting companies on my drive to A1 and will continue to do so. You should do the same.

8/29 - Would not recommend using this company for anything but maybe vehicle tint. Theyre a lot of talk/sales and little ability. I wanted a custom window graphic replaced in my kitchen, they assured me they could install it easily.Next thing I know, theyve destroyed the previous graphic and new graphic claiming it was too small. Just an excuse for not being able to install the graphic properly.They said sorry, left and charged me $400. Now I have to pay to reprint the graphic and pay to install it again. They also left a 20ft high interior window dirty and damaged the wall below. Suspicious of the previous reviews, to say the least.Update 9/18 - Hector was unwilling to remedy the situation. He hung-up and refused to answer calls. Hed rather file in small claims court than talk to his customers. Strange behavior, after lecturing me about how he treats customers well.

Hector is a great guy! I got a new MALIBU and my tint was applied quickly and professionally. The price was really affordable. I love it and now no creeps can look in my windows.

I got my windows tinted on my Jeep today. The windows turned out great! But I was unhappy with the eyebrow of the windshield. Ive been taking our cars and recommending all my friends and co-workers to A-1 Window Tint to get the windows tinted for the past 6 years. They do an excellent job every time and charge me a reasonable price. I normally call ahead to schedule a morning appointment, then drop off the car and its always done before lunch time. The film is good quality and comes with a lifetime warranty. They are pre-cut by a machine, specific to the year and model of the car, so they fit perfectly and has no jagged edges. The film are installed properly, so theres no bubbles or imperfections. If there is, theyll remove the film and install a new one for free. Ive taken my previous cars to other places in the KC area and either the installation was bad (jagged edges at the top of the windows, soapy water all over the door and car seat, bubbles and lint under the film, etc.) or I found the backseat of my car dirty and with an extra 100 miles driven on my car when I picked it up next day. Never experienced anything bad at A-1 Window Tint.

These folks are by far the most efficient, organized and friendly group I have met!! When they came out to the house, they answered all my questions regarding tinting my home windows and explained the process very thoroughly. Pricing was very reasonable, and the outcome was well worth the expense. My home is much cooler, my bills are slightly lower, and I can actually open my curtains now and not roast in the heat in my living room!! A got my car tinted today, it’s the second time in my life I’ve tinted my windows on my car. A-1 Window Tint in Olathe was recommended to me 4 years ago and they did an awesome job then. That for me was all it took for me to go back the second time to get tint on another vehicle. I called them today and they said they would not have time to do the job today but they could give me an estimate and probably get me in tomorrow. After all was said and done they had a cancellation and got me right in and out in just over an hour. Another awesome job and satisfied customer to boot!

I normally don’t post reviews but the price quote I just received minutes ago was ridiculous to say the least.I called about a quote for a 4 door passenger car. He quoted me $195 which is somewhat pricey but not bad in itself. My vehicle has existing tint on only the 2 back windows that I need removed. That’s only 2 windows of tint I need removed. I specifically told him 2 windows and he quoted me $150 to have tint peeled off of those 2 widows!! Holy moly!! I said soo like almost $400 to get my windows tinted and he said yes. I simply thanked him and I ended my call. 🤦‍♂️

I went to A-1 Window Tint a couple of years ago to have my car done. I was completely satisfied with the results and they still look amazing! I recently had someone break into my car through the drivers side window. I took my car back to A-1, and within 15 minutes they were done tinting the new window. All of the staff are very friendly as well. My drive there is a little over 30 minutes, but both the service and products are really worth the drive!

These guys tinted my house a few months ago and I was shocked. My electric bill dropped 25%!! and I can finally see my TV in the late afternoon (no more glare!!!!). I checked around for prices and these guys are about average price, but the quality was amazing. They where real professional and even did my 25 foot high windows. Also, I was worried they would put the used car sales tactic on me like most of these type businesses, but these guys were friendly, answered all my questions, and didnt pressure me at all. I guess they wouldnt be around 20 years if they sucked.

Went out of their way to install security tint on my storm chase vehicle when that tint is designed for home windows. They have always done a great job tinting all my vehicles. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

They tinted my 6 window vehicle and was done in a few hours and did a great job. I waited a week to roll down all my windows and when I did my front passenger window got caught on one of the seals. I called them and they told me to bring it up the next day. They took off the messed up tint and put a fresh one on. The guy that helped me explained what happened and said that sometimes it does happen. He was very helpful and very nice! I will defiantly be recommending them.

A friend told me to go to A1 Window Tint, and I am sure glad I did. The tint is flawless and looks absolutely amazing on my Subaru. It keeps the heat out of my car, and no one can really see inside. While my car was being worked on, my door handle accidentally broke off. Needless to say, Hector (Owner) took the initiative to call Subaru and get a replacement put back on my car immediately. He felt very bad that that happened, and has called me a few times to make sure everything is working correctly. I will never go anywhere else for tint, and have referred many of my friends to him with the same amazing results. A couple to a few months ago I had my 2016 Honda Civic Coupe windows tinted with a front brow. A1 did an amazing job and I will be coming here again very soon because I have a truck that needs its Front windows tinted to match the back factory tinted windows or legal if the back ones are too dark for legal.

A1 Tint came out to my home with samples of the film so that I could see how the tint might change how my home was lit. A1 measured each window and provided a thorough estimate. I thought about it for a few days, contacted A1 and set up a time for the installation. I had cut a few windows off the original estimate, but A1 didnt pressure me about that at all. He set up a convenient time for the install and when A1s installer came, he was professional and got the job done quickly.What can I say about the tinting? Its crazy to think I just spent money on something I cant even see, but its that good! You have to get within a few inches to see any sign of the film. There is a noticeable difference in the temperature in the rooms where I tinted and my ac isnt working as hard as it was last week.A1 uses quality film and I highly recommend calling them for an estimate.
