Highly recommend Anderson Automotive. Out the door with taxes was lower than original quote and they provided a loaner car at no cost. Everyone I dealt with was honest, friendly, and accommodating. Best shop Ive found anywhere. Will definitely use them again for something I cant or wont fix myself.

Took my vehicle in with a list of issues. They diagnosed the problems. Came up with options to repair and get my vehicle safe and give me confidence to travel with it. I was really surprised at the end result and very happy. They also got the work done very quickly, and provided transport for drop off and pick up. So very convenient. They deserve the 5 star rating.

Patrick is a very professional business owner. I had hub repair work completed and also some fan/belt issues they fixed. There were some initial communication issues, but Patrick made it right with the charges which you dont see very often. I will definitely return for car repairs.

I have taken my car to a lot of different places around the area. Anderson is the best service and the best price of any place. Much more affordable than most places and they will shoot you straight on what your car needs and not just attempt to make as much money as possible on you.

The owner called me after I left my negative review within an hour or so and took the time to hear my concerns. He is an honest man as his is going to fix our issues and concerns at no additional cost. He was prompt in taking care of us and our issues we will try and do business with them again in the future.

Took my wife’s mini van in to have 4 new tires installed Bill calls me back and says all 4 air sensors are bad. And it will cost &300 really! Had no problems with them in the past. No light on the dash. Nothing. I said no way that can happen all at once. Mechanic at Kia said in 10 years he never seen that.People read the reviews. This is not an honest garage!!!!!

Took my truck in for a 2nd opinion on things that needed to be done. They provided me with a very comprehensive check, listed from most important to things i could wait on, and after doing some price quotes, they were among the most reasonable mechanics I called. They offer shuttle service within reasonable distance and explained the needed repairs in detail. I am getting work done this week and I have full confidence i am dealing with honest and trustworthy mechanics.

Tried to charge me almost $1,900 to replace my AC compressor, dryer, and suction line in my 2010 Ford focus after charging me over $800 for the condenser last year. Took it somewhere else and got it done for under $700. They do not understand the concept of building good business relationships. They just want to get as much as they can from you now. I will never be going back

I write this on Behalf of my father who I was with at the time. We took his Ford F150 to them to have the side mirrors checked because they were not working. An hour later they called claiming there was a floating short somewhere in the wires. They claimed that because they couldnt tell what part of the mirrors had this short and the many motors in our electric side mirrors that both mirrors needed replaced at the cost of $2,300. So, we could not do that and instead, for the diagnosis we paid $141.85.Yet, we took it to a different mechanic who simply found it was a pinched wire, he fixed it & both mirrors are now working. It took that mechanic 30 minutes and costs us $50. The fact that Anderson wanted to rob us is so horrid. All people should know.

I have used this place several times in the last 7 years. We had the ball joints replace on a E450 truck at 119,000 miles around 5 years ago. Took it in last week for a DOT inspection, they said the ball joints were bad. It currently has 142,000 miles on it. That means it only had 23,000 miles on it. They would not warranty it. They only give a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty. I have seen modern vehicles go 300,000 miles with replacing ball joints. A good shop would have taken care of it.I have done business with them many times and have spent close to $20,000 in these last few years. This is how they treat you. I will never use them again and will never recommend them again.

Previously, I had encountered numerous negative experiences with auto shops and feeling judged for not ever knowing what I was talking about regarding cars, but that is the complete opposite of the experiences Ive had with Anderson Automotive. I am so glad I found Anderson, they are the only shop I trust with my familys vehicles. I used to use a different shop and did not feel like they were being truthful about what was wrong with my vehicle so looked for another shop and choose Anderson and come to find out I was right about the other shop trying to scam me out of repair that was not needed. Anderson has my business and I have referred a couple friends/co-workers to them as well.

They took it upon themselves to do work they thought needed done instead of doing what we asked. Either replace the starter or alternator, yet neither was done. We will never turn to them for service again. It was a car I share with my disabled mother Kathryn Nelson and I did call with my concerns and was blown off by the person on the phone. I reiterate the work we wanted done was not done and we will never use your service again

Moved away from Oklahoma and our regular mechanic. We asked who our guy recommended in Kansas City and he said Anderson. That’s where we went and continue to go. It felt like we had always gone there from day one. They keep in touch with us; we don’t just have to think of them when we need help. You always need a great Doctor, Mechanic and attorney. Haven’t needed an attorney, thank goodness, but the mechanic part is solid.

I appreciate that I know I’m going to be well taken care of regardless of my car/truck issue.

Efficient, professional repair shop. Good work done here. Only gripe is you will get full synthetic oil and charged that price even when your vehicle doesn’t call for it. You’ll be told that after the fact.

They were able to fit me in to do a complete brake job the same day that I went to get my oil changed. The materials they use are top notch, ceramic brake pads etc.. Hate to say because havd had. Several good experiences with them on grandkids car repairs but decided few weeks back to take buick envision for general oil change tire rotation, since not in warranty anymore. called several days ahead given a date snd time to bring in, a 8:30 appointment at 4 car still on racks, thought we give another try on wifes lacrosse again called made appointment gave date and time friday 10.30 am left with wife never recieved any update on car called around 1 pm they said had not even started, i said i was on way to pick up this was 2nd time messed around on just plain simple oil change with appointment ....

Pricey. I try avoid the chain stores because I prefer the atmosphere/people of a local shop... did not get that vibe here.

I brought my car in for an oil change and to have brakes serviced. Brakes needed to be replaced (expected) and everyone was great about timely calls regarding cost, parts needed, timing to get fixed, etc. Great overall experience. Ready when expected and brakes perform great. Very happy I brought my car to Anderson Automotive.

Had a substantial repair done (>$2k). Unfortunately, my recent repair wasnt very well done. I had the car in for routine maintenance and also to have oil consumption evaluated. Was determined that a seal needed to be replaced. Upon completion and return home after this repair, found oil was starting to leak on the garage floor and there was a coolant leak. Neither of these conditions were present before I had the work done. If I wasnt watching the car closely, the car could have had the coolant and oil depleted. Neither fluid being lost is ideal. Would like to have seen more attention to detail on a repair of this magnitude to ensure it was fixed from the beginning. Had to end up returning the car for further work to be completed to stop the leaks created by the initial repair. The second repair was done with no charge. Would like to continue to be a customer but I am hesitant to return after this experience.

This establishment is great, everyone is friendly and they do their absolute best to get your vehicle fixed and get you on your way. They have a great rewards program and follow through on their previous work and their warranties from that work. I always recommend them to friends and family and even though usually having to see them is not a good thing they leave you feeling better about it.

A rarely found reputable shop. We have taken our cars here for years. Everything from basic maintenance, to new transmissions, to rewiring our entire car. They did it all, and let us know the costs up front. They may not always be the cheapest, but they stand by their work.

I went somewhere else to have some work done, and should have never done that. I had to get the previous work fixed and Anderson took care of it. They provide great diagnostics and offer solutions. I never fell like I am being sold something I dont need. I would give 0 stars if possible. I know several people that go in for the oil change coupon and leave with an estimate for hundreds of dollars in needed repairs that have for the past most part not been needed. For example my friend just picked up their car for oil change and said it needed all kinds of maintenance including rear brakes they were 3/4 mm. After being asked if they actually measure them they said it is a visual inspection. The rear brakes had just been replaced less than 3000 miles ago and are fine. Be aware and make sure you ask all the questions and see for yourself.

I have been here a few times now. Anderson is great when they answer the phone, they are professional when I walk in, and they let me know about upcoming service needs I will probably have in the upcoming year, based on the age and mileage of my vehicle. I now have a reminder in my calendar that in the next six months, I should prepare myself for a 60,000 mile service. I can start planning to set aside monies for that, instead of getting it sprung on me at the next oil change. These are the little things that mean a lot to me and will keep me coming back.

I drive an Audi and it’s been very difficult to find someone that could diagnose the problem my car was having... even after trying the Audi service center. It took the mechanic at Anderson a couple hours to figure it out. Had to order replacement parts- which took a week (the only negative but it’s a German car so it seemed reasonable) but they got the car done in one day and it’s driving like new. Will be taking all of our vehicles here from now on.

I can across Anderson Automotive two years ago and have continued to do business with them ever since. They are honest and reliable, but also continue their customer service care follow up to create a relationship. Great work!

Thank you Anderson Auto for helping us! We were driving from AZ to IL when our Dodge truck lost all acceleration on highway I-35 at 6pm. Andersons was able to diagnose that the fuel pump died. They shuttled us to and from a hotel and had us back on the road by 11AM the next day. Since then we have put on over 3,000 miles with no issues.
