Jill was a great help getting my car set up with an appt.. then since dropped it off the night before, she made sure to call and let me know they saw it was there and would let me know what was found. She called later in the day, I missed the call and we started playing phone tag, causing us both to laugh. She did let me know what was wrong and how much to fix including the diagnostic. Once she got the word they get it done swiftly. I have never had any bad service from Olathe Ford.

Brought my Focus ST in under warranty with an appointment to diagnose the issue with break fluid leaking out of my car. They had it in the entire day. Got a call before close saying they wanted me to come up to discuss the car. I got there and they said looked over everything and couldnt find the issue. As the tech was stepping out of the car they noticed the clutch slave cylinder had been leaking brake fluid all over the floorboard of my car. This should have been checked let alone noticed almost immediately if their techs had any sort of real experience under their belt. Somehow they hadnt noticed this the entire time they were looking at it, then told me to bring it back as soon as possible. I set up another appointment to get it worked on. At this point we already know the issue. Brought it in the morning as requested, and was told they hoped they could have it done that day. I expressed how I drive for a living so I needed it back as soon as possible. I just got a call at almost the very end of the day saying they couldnt even look at it today. Not even to see if they had the part in stock. What is the point of making an appointment to have your car sit in the lot the entire day even after its already been diagnosed? I will never be buying a car from this dealership again. Even if I did, I would not be paying anything for their premium warranty. The service department is insanely slow and will literally just run you around in circles every time you go in.

We used to love Olathe Ford service and one particular service writer. Now, we are less impressed since that service writer moved on and I get the feeling I am being sold more than I believe I really need. Also, the last service performed required removing the radiator. Two days later my wife was driving the vehicle and the air dam beneath the radiator fell off. Wish I had more positive to say, but sadly I cannot.
I had to bring my work truck in, received fast service . Real friendly staff.
They have been a pleasure to work with. No issues getting my Ford Explorer worked on under warranty. Made arrangements for a loaner which they offer.
