I had been looking for Left Hand’s Flamingo Dreams quite literally all summer long. Not only were they on sale, they special ordered four cases that I was able to pick up the NEXT DAY! They claimed right then and there that they were the best liquor store out there, I could not agree more. Thank you so much!

Its always a pleasure to go shop at this facility for any liquor. Its organized and staffed well and plenty of product selection selection. I like the 15% off wine offers which is every Tuesday is every Tuesday And if you buy a case of wine they still give you the 15% off or at least 3 boxes of wine.

There is amazing help at Brown Bag Liquor! The staff goes above and beyond to help you find what you need and lets you know if and when it will become available. Ive asked questions both in store & via email, and have received consistent and timely help. Additionally, they are the kindest and enthusiastic of liquor store employees. I live in Lawrence, but I still love shopping at Brown Bag Liquor in Olathe-- for both the selection and the quality service.

I was having trouble figuring out a bourbon that I would like. The staff member Jordan went beyond what a normal employee would do to ask me proper questions! Even found me the best local whiskey. Its hard to find good employees that go beyond like that.

Prices are good and they have a few store picks on the shelf. They raffle off their allocated stuff, which is much fairer then price gouging it or hording it.

Great atmosphere and best prices

Helpful management and staff that will walk you straight to what youre looking for or be honest if they dont have it by looking it up right away. Lots of wine selection, beer, whiskey and vodka to choose from. Sometimes I just look at new labels to compare with other distilleries/breweries.

It amazes me how knowledgeable everyone is at this store! Each employee knows so much about their products, and if they don’t they take the time to thoroughly research what you need. If you’re looking for anything at all the staff will help you without hesitation, and answer literally any questions you may have.

Had a terrible experience there. I called ahead of time to see if Brown Bag would match Gomers weekly special on a box of wine. I was told by Colby or Colton that as long as I had the coupon, they would match it. When I got to the store to ring up my wine, I told showed them the ad. They said it literally had to be a coupon. Ive never seen coupons for wine in my entire life and told them this. They still wouldnt honor the competitors price so I left my wine on the counter and went and bought it there. It was sad that this place doesnt want your money.

Love these guys, they have most everything youll ever hear of and super quick special orders. Knowledge of there product line is incredibly impressive.

Great selection, staff is always very helpful, have even special ordered items at the same price I purchased at the store I found that item at in the first place. I find a lot of neighborhood liquor stores to be kind of dark and dingy, this one is more open and bright. They frequently have samples and I have found a couple of new favorite from these.

We drive clear across town to go to brown bag. Their curbside pickup process is so easy, convenient and contactless. We got home without one of our items.I didnt realize it u til 5 days later (it was a large order) and they were able to check the cameras and even delivered the missing item!! I loved Brown Bag before the latest move to an even better location. Very easy to get in and out. Appreciate the fine selection of craft beers and also good prices on just about everything. My wife especially likes the wine selection and the staff always offering to help her carry bigger purchases to the car. Did I mention they have nice people working there? Highly recommend!

Brown Bag just happens to be the closest liquor store to my home, and boy am I glad it is! They have a great selection of everything, including one of the biggest mini bottle collections Ive seen. The staff has always been friendly and extremely helpful, and will probably joke around with you. You can tell they dont take themselves too seriously and it makes for a great atmosphere. I had a particularly good experience getting top shelf bourbon and scotch recommendations for a special occasion. Highly recommended!

First of all, I have to say that Brown Bag has a great selection of Whisky, Wine, and Craft Beer. I can’t comment on their other selections since that’s where my shopping ends. One way that Brown Bag excels is their special requests. If you don’t see what you want, the staff can put in a special request to see if they can order what you didn’t find in store and they haven’t let me down! I definitely am pleased with Brown Bag and have made it my regular liquor store.

If you in the Kansas City area and looking for a great liquor store you have to stop here. They had a great selection of hard to find bourbon that my state doesn’t carry. I was actually recommended to this place from a buddy in one of my groups and he was 100% correct. I was able to find a few nice bottles to add to my collection and even picked up a few extra recommendations. I can tell you that the pricing was on point. We stopped at another store less than 10 mins down the road on the same street and they tried to sell me a bottle almost double the price of Brown Bag. If you haven’t I would also recommend adding them on Facebook as they let you know what’s going on at the store and any upcoming events.

Their attention to detail for what our vision of the event for our 400 guests to experience but keeping in mind our budget worked hand in hand. But for even a small gathering Brown Bag Liquor is #1.

My kid got scared because of the Halloween decorations. Hes only three and a half years old and Im a single mom so I have no choice but to take him with me when I get a bottle of wine and I hope he doesnt have nightmares from all the scary things in the store. I like those kinds of things but Im grown and I guess hes going to see more of that come Halloween time but we just didnt expect it and he got really scared. I would have given two stars but Im giving three stars because the lady actually went and got my wine for me since my kid would not stop holding me and holding onto my leg. Thank you for that. Editing my review to 4 stars because it seems my kid had no weird nightmares or hasnt been affected much after that night.
