I come through the drive thru for fast service I have been sitting here for almost an hour while they let people sit and wait for their prescriptions to be filled. After waiting an hour I get to the window for them to tell me its not ready. I need a new pharmacy this is always a recurring thing

Dont believe the ads about walk-ins welcome! I took my 90 year old mom to get her COVID booster today. They wouldnt give it to her because she didnt have an appointment. The pharmacist said they wanted to be sure they had enough serum for those who did make an appointment.Is that false advertising??

The pharmacy refilled a non refillable rx. instead of my post surgery pain meds. The person in the drive through wasnt comprehending what I was saying, so I took the rx. It was only aspirin, but I didnt need it and needed to get home.. I had a screenshot of the rx. my Dr. sent me the day before, for confirmation. I called the next day and they said they didnt receive it. The nurse said to tell them to look a little harder, as they couldnt send it again. It took 3 days to get my rx. I rarely complain but Ive had several issues at the pharmacy where my meds arent getting filled.

Switching all scripts to another pharmacy. Nothing is ever ready on time. Called a refill in said it would be ready at 11am. I go there at noon, still not ready. 3 people on line were given the same excuse. CVS needs to get it together. Customer service sucks!

Poor customer service had passport photo taken the way Kevin talked was rude after I inquired why the photos are too dark. Wanted to see my picture before printing and he was hesitant at first until i called somewhere else and was ready to leave. 2 passport not good..went to Walgreens good passport picture taken good quality and good customer service and infact cheeper..

The pharmacy is extremely slow and have told me multiple times my prescription is ready just for me to come in and find out it’s not and end up wandering the store waiting 15-20min. Now I just expect this to happen lol. Wouldn’t recommend getting prescriptions filled here. Go to Walgreens on 151st and blackbob.

Called ahead asking for flu shots, got there within minutes and they said they’re done giving them for the day! Two days later I called again and they said they had them but this time I made an appointment online and got confirmation for me and my kids at 8pm. When I got there, the main pharmacist said he doesn’t see our appointment online!! He said he can’t do it because he’s understaffed and he has back up of prescriptions to fill and that he’ll be there till 2am!! Seriously!! I went to another place and got my flu shots! I complained to manager on duty and he said he’s frustrated as well.. there have been complaints about this pharmacist. He gave me a number to call and I’ll be doing just that!

Last 3 trips there waited 15-20 minutes in drive through.one lane is closed for repairs and they are testing COVID and doing pickups in one lane.not all the time is testing,I’ve seen people do business at the window and a sign says do business inside. I’m changing pharmacies, CVS doesn’t need the money,I guess.second lane has been closed two months.

Fantastic pharmacy staff that seems to genuinely care about any problems that me or my wife have. Although sometimes understaffed (many corporate pharmacies seem to be), they manage to exceed expectations consistently. Great pharmacists and fantastic interns. A young man working there did a great job of walking me through my medication list. Would definitely recommend.

Usually good service, but it’s been going downhill lately. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed. I just waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line to be told to go to the back of the line because I was in the wrong lane. They decided to put out a “COVID testing line” sign after I was trapped in the lane I was already in. It would have taken 2 minutes to hand me my script, and after waiting so long with two impatient small children in the car, I won’t be back.

Quick and convenient for script pickup on my way home. Friendly service. Good place to get your flu shot!

I dont know why the average review is so low for this location. The pharmacy is great, and I have a lot of prescriptions to fill on a regular basis. I also go there to do some quick grocery shopping, and the entire staff is very nice.

Terrible pharmacy service. Waited 3.5 for my perscription and then they tell me they only had one of the two.

Pharmacy isn’t very friendly and trying to call them and dealing with a robot is so frustrating.

The store itself is great as well as the staff that checks you out. I have been underwhelmed with the pharmacy though. The lines are always long, their customer service is mediocre and they dont always do what they say they are going to. Because of the pharmacy, I give this location 3 stars.

No waiting in drive thru line and medication was ready to pick up.

If youre looking to get a prescription filled here and they tell you itll be ready in 20 minutes if you would like to wait for it do not waste your time as that is really code for itll be ready tomorrow. Over and over they tell us itll be ready in this much time then if you show up or call them hours later they tell you itll be ready in 30 minutes. Its always the same answer of itll be ready in 30 minutes

Overall, I have had very good experiences at this store. The pharmacy department has been very helpful to me and my wife. The cashiers at the front are friendly. My only complaint is that I have to wait in line to check out on occasion due to only one cashier and too many customers.

The absolutely worst pharmacy you could ever use. Incompetent and short staffed. 2 hours and cannot fill a simple script and the guy said we can expedite for you and when I asked him how long that would take he said next year so I left. Incompetence at its worst.

The manager Kevin was incredibly rude and unhelpful during my visit. I won’t be visiting this CVS again.

Pharmacy customer service was excellent. On hold time was very minimal. My question was answered quickly and they were able to fill my prescription.

It is hard for clerk Jerry to just smile and check out. I purchased the wrong item and returned and replaced with right one. When I returned it, Clerk Jerry said I have many returns and refunds to the same credit card per their system. Actually, I didnt return anything the whole year. I doubt he was just lying. when we are ready to check out. My husband ask him to print off or show us what their system said. He got mad and yelling at my husband you are threating me, I am gonna call 911!!. I ask my husband not to argue or ask for anything and not to get mad because of Jerrys attitude. It was 9:00pm at night and we need to go home. I told Jerry We dont need anything else. We just need to check out. Could you check out for us? Jerry yelled at me: no. go out of MY Store!!! I was very nice all the time. I am fine with his lie. after I said several Please to him. He finally check out for us.My husband print out our credit card statement which shows no returns and refunds in 2014. and he brought it to the manager next morning. and told him the story. The manager said he will need to listen to story from Jerry.My Husband called manager after several hours. Manager said Jerry will treat you fairly if you treat him fairly. It means we were not treating him fairly. We deserve the attitude.What kind of manager will hire same kind of employee. Maybe lie is good thing for this store.About the lie regarding return and refund, We went to other CVS stores and they all told me no such thing and their system can not track credit card activities.After I saw many negative feedback on Jerry, I realize Jerry was intend to insult me since I was not native America. He treats others with different colors with bad attitude as well.I wish CVS managers can review the post and hire the right person all the time.I wouldnt go to any CVS in the future. The pharmacy department needs to work on their customer service. While they could fill my prescriptions on time, they were rude, and as another user stated, incompetent, when picking up presciptions. They do not care if they have your business or not, I was even told, If you dont like it, you can go somewhere else. Thats just what Im doing. Please regard the reviews as accurate and dont put yourself through the horrible experience of this pharmacy! Steer clear from this one!

Front store staff and pharmacy staff always pleasant. Store clean and stocked. People write reviews to complain about their health insurance - not the stores fault. People complain about the web site - not the store staffs fault. Been using this pharmacy and store for 12 years and never had a problem, ever.

I love the staff. They are always helpful. Go to Walmart and you deal with Walmart staff.

Asked for my script 7 hrs in advance and I didnt ever receive it. Called back and the tech said it was going to be ready in an hour. When I showed up, the script still wasnt ready and then he recomened for me to come back at closing. Still didnt get my script.

This CVS just brought in a new staff for their Pharmacy department, and they are Great! Fast, Friendly and know what they’re doing. for a while I was ready to leave and use a dif. pharmacy, because the staff seemed incompetent, and the place was just dirty. since these new Pharmacists started working, everything has been much improved, and they seem to know how to run a clean top notch operation!

We just moved out this way and really miss our old CVS Pharmacy. This one is fine, but the service is relatively slow.

Pharmacy is incompetent... they would not fill my daughters prescription because they didn’t except our insurance and said it’s probably just one bad apple but we had to go to another one and they filled it just fine. This one has a terrible drive thru too and you have to drive by smelly dumpsters!

Pharm closed at 6pm but website makes it look like they close at 10pm on weekends and even provides a bar graph outlining when the pharm is most busy...all the way up to 9pm. But the pharmacy closes at 6pm on weekends. So I am withdrawing because I could not pick up my wellbutrin.

My complaint is surprisingly not with the pharmacy as most reviews for cvs usually are. My complaint is with the casher, Jerry. Usually a very nice to every customer who wants in but me. He always cracks jokes and talkative to the customer but when its my turn up he doesnt say a word, his body language is obviously distance, and he doesnt say the basic things you are suppose to say when you work at cvs. I know because I use to have the same job title as jerry, shift supervisor. You are suppose to say how are you, did you find everything okay, and have a great day. Not a word from him. I dont know if its because Im asian or because he feels that I am a big inconvenience since I ONCE used coupons like an extreme couponer or because my sister lost a gift card she bought for me from that store and I was told from their corporate to come back to their store and get a new one. Im so sorry your yearly report has to have a 75 negative because of my gift card but Im sure you will have more than that with theft and Inventory scans. Anyways I did confront him and asked if he had a problem with me and all he said was that he didnt, he didnt understand why I would think that way, he connects with everyone else but not me, and no apologize. But he obviously admitted he just didnt connect with me. On the way out he told me, Maybe when you need help, Karma will get you. Wtf does that mean? Jerry if you get to read this please remember, when CVS loses millions/billions from not selling cigarettes anymore I hope Karma gets you then. Oh and people should really go to Walgreens (I use to work for both companies.) Walgreens is cheaper, its much cleaner and brighter, and at least there you know the floors are cleaned.

Terrible service. They appear to be busy, but even the cashiers at Cicis pizza can grasp the concept of greeting someone.

Worse pharmacist, they don’t have any clue regarding medicine or administration of medication. No body including a manager was able to help.

I would give zero stars if possible. Worst service from a pharmacy i have ever received. Rude staff.
