I order these for our customers on behalf of a car dealership, and the quality and service is excellent. Mary has been my primary contact for the last few years and is always cordial and personable. Our customers love the gifts (Branded insulated tumbler with our logo and cookies) and often leave good reviews for our dealership as a result. These are the BEST chocolate chip cookies I have had! The new company I was hired to work for sent the new hires a tin of cookies the week before we started. My cookies were left in the property managers office and I was not aware of it until 2 weeks later! Of course by this time they were stale. I was so disappointed because my coworkers kept talking about these cookies. I took a chance and looked up their website and sent an email via the contact us form on their website. I thought I would at least see if I could by any chance get a replacement batch. The owners, Rockey and Mary, responded to my email early the next morning. Without hesitation they offered a replacement batch. Keep in mind this was NO FAULT of their own and they did not have to do this. I told them my son would come pick them up for me. When he went in, they had made a snack size bag for him too! How nice!! It seems customer service has diminished over time, but they definitely proved it does still exist!! I would very much recommend them for personal and/or businesses. The package that was originally received was in a nice tin with a nice card as well. Very impressive.BTW....dont worry about cookies getting stale....they wont be around you that long! :)

We received a tin at work. Warmed mine up in the microwave— yum!!

I didnt get anything and I was horribly disappointed.
