Excellent customer service! Bought my cart a few months ago and a wire on the radio came loose. Within hours, Mike sent Steve to my house. He picked up the cart, fixed the issue, and even checked the cart over while it was in. Had it back in 24 hours! Fantastic service and I recommend buying a cart here. I’ve had carts I purchased other places and nowhere comes close. Thanks RMI.

Tony - and now Ramon have done a fantastic job with my older 2001 Yamaha G16e. I bought it used not-working but strongly suspected a wiring issue. They not only found the issue, but took the time to strengthen the battery boxes, re-run and protect all of the exposed wiring, and got the cart running for me. I couldnt be happier with the service they provided me and will be bringing all of my carts to them for service from now on!

Just topped my list of the worst places I have ever done (attempted to do) business with. For a little background (that none of the employees cared to hear) our lift kit was bent up and a replacement for the front was needed. Took the bent up pieces off of my golf cart and brought them with me to be looked at. The whole reason for this was because I knew these guys were supposed to be the experts and I was hoping they would recognize the brand. When we first arrived, after the long fifty minute drive there, everyone seemed to be busy and did not even care to properly greet us. No worries, I had been before and decided to go see if there was anything cool in the showroom. Quick PSA, there wasnt. After being in there a short period of time, we were approached by the owner, Matt Rogers. I told him what he could do to help us and all he cared to know was if the golf cart was bought from him. Not the fact that it was an EZGO, which they sell, or anything else. After I attempted to clear up the confusion there, he then proceeded to tell me that all lift kits were sold out and back ordered till who knows when. Still not what I was asking. Then, still trying to clear up confusion, I said, I am trying to figure out who to buy a replacement from. He said, Well you can buy that from whoever you want. At this point I decided it was no longer worth my time staying in this dump of a business. The owner had had an answer for everything without even caring to listen to what was being asked beforehand. I told the person I was with come on lets go, this is no longer worth our time. To which Matt, who couldnt just let an already irritated customer walk out the door, said, Good talk buddy. At this point a few foul words were exchanged all while Matt stated that I (of all people) need to learn how to communicate better. Well Matt, the only disruption for communication that I noticed came from the fact that you are unwilling to listen to what the customer is actually asking. You also seemed to always have an answer up front for everything. Whether that was actually the answer to my question or not. Then when your preceded answers did not answer my question you continued to get more and more irritated. Maybe you should try listening to the customer buddy. To conclude, do not waste your time going to this business. All they want to do is sell you a new golf cart. Not deal with parts or service or anything else. Sad that this is the only EZGO dealer to serve the KC area.Edit...Just so anyone reading my review knows the whole truth, Matt in fact did not tell me to have a nice day. If that would have been the case, no foul words would have been exchanged and I simply would have left the store like I was planning on. Instead, like I said in my original review, he said, good talk buddy undermining my age and my intelligence all while showing no respect to me as a customer. That will not be tolerated and yes it will result in me calling you an A-hole. I dont care who you are. If the shoe fits, I will let you wear it. Matt buddy you are definitely no exception. As for stomping off like an immature teenager I would not consider exiting a business when I feel my time is no longer best used there stomping off but thats just me. Like I also said before, I could tell that Matt had no interest helping us or answering the question I originally came for him to answer. Sorry but Im not gonna stand around and beat around the bush until you finally comprehend what Im saying. In just five short minutes, as you stated Matt, you managed to irritate me enough to forget about over an hour and a half of driving and just want to leave. How is that for customer service?! Sorry buddy but we are in fact not buddies and I cant even stand you. Not sure why you decided to start off calling me buddy when I walked into your store anyhow, pretty unprofessional. Next time Matt, try at least being honest in your weak efforts to try and defend yourself. Oh and by the way, I checked with my Grandma and she did not apologize. Quit lying Matt!

Matt has been extremely responsive helping me with a cart that I didn’t purchase from them, but they originally built. I speaks volumes that Matt will spend time helping me with a cart that I didn’t purchase from them. I would not hesitate purchasing from RMI.
The manager let me and my friend behind the scenes. We bought a golf cart and it was awesome because they let us test drive and didnt breathe down are necks. They arent pushy and their operation is very impressive.

On their website i got approved for a yardcard. found a cart was ready to buy and they said there website was outdated and they dont take yardcard anymore. And want me to apply for a different line of credit. I told them NO i got approved thru there website for a yardcard. Im not going to have 2 lines of credit open just to buy a damn golf cart.
Great place to shop for all size carts. I just bought a 6 seat battery operated cart for my church.Great price. The owner matt walk and talked me through the process. Matt also took my calls when i had a question. Delivery was fast and on time. Cant wait to use it.
Seem like not to bad of service, but my brother bought one where he lives south of Missouri at creach cart. They have 2001 whole lot for $1500 look brand new. So more variety and all prices. I just need one to move nothing special if he had reasonable prices. Dont seem to be the deal here overpriced even on older golf carts.

Bought a 1999 electric cart in May 1018, motor went out December 2018, was told it only had a 90 day warranty but bring it in and they would see what they could do. I decided not to have fixed and bought a new cart. Matt gave me nearly what I paid for the broke cart trade in. This is the 3rd cart that I have purchased from RMI and they have my business for life. VERY GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
Could not ask for a better experience buying a cart. Owner took time out to explain golf carts 101 to newbees.
Called ahead. Rick said they had a used seat bracket in stock. Said they needed an hour to get it pulled. Drove 35 minutes each way to find out they didnt have one. Not a good experience.

My company purchased a Yamaha golf cart around 2 years ago for our business. Last year I needed new tires for it and they drove to my location and put them on. They even took the old tires to dispose for me . Today I needed a new cover since the one I had became damaged due to misuse. I called to order one but they already had one in stock and I was able to pick it up right away. My golf cart has a NICE new cover now and I couldnt be happier! My girlfriend bought a golf cart from them, top of the line, lift kit, wheels, etc etc... within months the front tires were showing cords due to the cart not being aligned from assembly. back tires still look like new. The front of the tires were 4 spacing different than the back... the cart has never been wrecked or damaged... they basically told us too bad, so sad, you should have told us right after you bought it, if you wanted us to fix something. Well you dont know there is an issue till you have had it a few months. She called and the owner was rude, so I called and he was just as rude to me. We are both businesses owners and Ive never had a business be so completely unwilling to solve a problem they caused.
They picked my cart up at the lake. The cart had no compression and would not move. The cart was there several weeks and several calls to find out what was wrong. I was called and told that it would cost 1000.00 to repair because the seals needed to be replaced. It was an old cart so I said no. They returned it back to the lake and charged me 93.00. To make the story short, a local man found the problem to be a broken spring and charged me 30.00. If you did not want to work on my cart, do not lie to me. You owe me my money back .IK
