Shady!!!Installed my countertops, backsplash was chipped, drilled the holes for my sink incorrectly (so that I could not install the new sink or soap dispenser, had to have plumber come fix this), did not apply caulk to my under mount sink, and measured my countertops so that I could not reinstall my stove(had to have someone come trim both sides). Tried to call the estimator Bryan Marquez, and he blocked my number and blocked me on facebook......shady craftsmanship here. Wish I would have paid by check or credit card.

We had granite countertops installed in our kitchen and both of our bathrooms. They were scheduled to install the countertops at 8AM. They didnt show up until 10AM. Once they arrived they rushed to get them installed. There is a chip in our main countertop in our kitchen and one of the slabs isnt squared. In our main bathroom the countertop isnt flesh with the wall. There is about 1/4 inch gap that they tried to fill with epoxy between the countertop and the wall. They took our mirror down in our master bathroom and didnt re-install it correctly. It fell off the wall and shattered. When it fell it busted our bathroom door. We had to clean up the mess on our own and when we contacted them, they took blame for the mirror and said they would order us a new one. We also told them about the other issues with the kitchen and bathroom countertops. They agreed that when they came back to install the new mirror that they would try to fix the other mistakes. We waited patiently for 2 weeks for the new mirror. Bryan contacted us to let us know the mirror had come in. We agreed that they would come to install on Tuesday the next week. On that Monday, I messaged to see what time they were coming the next day and I received no response. I messaged again on Tuesday and still received no response. I tried to message again and found that I had been blocked. We tried to call and left a message but no one returned our phone call. The service we received was terrible and they rushed to install. I dont want this to happen to anyone else.

AAA Countertops just installed granite countertops in our kitchen, and they are beautiful! They are dependable professionals who provide fair pricing and quality work. My only regret is that I didnt discover them sooner!

This company is sketchy. I work night shift and I was set up to get my countertops installed from 3-6. I stayed up all day (when I had a shift that night) awaiting their arrival. I called a few times throughout the day to confirm the appointment and they assured me several times the team would be there “in an hour”, and that they were already in route doing other installs, with my countertops/sink in the truck. Every time I called, the response was that they would be there “in an hour.” After 6 pm, I get a call that my sink “never arrived in the mail” and that the install would be pushed to tomorrow morning at 9 am, when magically it would arrive at the shop. This was after I was told several times that my countertops and sink were already in route. I assume that the contractor forgot my sink when he loaded the truck. They finally show up at 730 pm, throw the countertops on my cabinets and say they will return the next morning at 9 am to seal the counters and install my sink. I told him several times that I work nights and need him to be on time. They were late the next morning as well, closer to noon. Two weeks later, my sink is nearly falling through the countertops and won’t support any weight. The company has been slow to respond and show no urgency to fix their mistake. The countertops also look uneven around the edges and were not sealed very cleanly. I won’t be using this company for my backsplash and would not recommend.
