From a phone call to determine whether the irrigation sprinkler head was in stock to the in store visit the next day, the service was great. I had chopped off the riser of the Hunter sprinkler head, so I only had the upper part that survived the lawn mower. When I showed Dave at the parts counter he knew exactly what I needed an walked me to the isle and bin where it was found. Unlike some supply stores where only the staff have access to the inventory, this shop has open isles where you are free to browse to find what you need or as in my case ask for help. Dave answered all of the questions I had. Great service and will definitely come back.
