I have a lift chair by Golden Technologies that screws and back broke on. I contacted Bernie who told me it could not be fixed. Bernie then said if we could find back it would be okay. Not only did Bernie go above and beyond by getting new back for old chair it is a perfect match. Golden Technologies also was above and beyond in their customer service. Both are superb companies, best people and I would use again anytime.

So thankful for the gentleman that helped me with renting the scooter for my ex-husband. I felt so bad for walking in 5 minutes before closing, not once did he rush me. He was so helpful. Thank you!

Was at this store on 8-8-18. The sales clerk ( she said she was the owner) was unbelievably rude. I needed info on an item and she was pushy saying she had an appointment and needed to leave. I took the item to the counter to purchase and asked about return policy. Again was rude. I asked her not to be so rude. She grabbed the item and said Im not going to sell this to you. I was completely stunned and left the store.

They went to great lengths to find what I needed when my resources were exhausted. They were personable and helpful with assembly instructions. There’s a sense of calm and caring in their store.

Bernie helped me with the wheelchair rubber handles to be secure. He had a simple fix. I appreciate his care and helpful assistance.

Great service and among other things they have sold me, I have been using the electric chair I purchased to get around for years now with no problems except the expected replacement of batteries.

Helped me find what I needed. Even caught my SEE PHOTO ID on the back of my card. Very friendly. Will be back next time I need medical hardware.
